Intersection of adversarial learning and satellite imageprocessing is an emerging field in remotesensing. In this study, we intend to address synthesis of high resolution multi-spectral satellite imagery using adversarial learning. Guided by the discovery of attention mechanism, we regulate the process of band synthesis through spatio-spectral Laplacian attention. Further, we use Wasserstein GAN with gradient penalty norm to improve training and stability of adversarial learning. In this regard, we introduce a new cost function for the discriminator based on spatial attention and domain adaptation loss. We critically analyze the qualitative and quantitative results compared with state-of-the-art methods using widely adopted evaluation metrics. Our experiments on datasets of three different sensors, namely LISS-3, LISS-4, and WorldView-2 show that attention learning performs favorably against state-of-the-art methods. Using the proposed method we provide an additional data product in consistent with existing high resolution bands. Furthermore, we synthesize over 4000 high resolution scenes covering various terrains to analyze scientific fidelity. At the end, we demonstrate plausible large scale real world applications of the synthesized band.

Digital imageprocessing technology is the product of the times with the rapid development of science and technology, and has been applied in many fields. Digital imageprocessing technology includes many practical technologies, and image segmentation technology is one of them. At present, the widely used patternrecognition technology is realized by image segmentation technology. Based on this, this paper mainly studies the application of image segmentation technology in digital imageprocessing. This paper first introduces the methods of image segmentation, including threshold segmentation, clustering segmentation and edge detection segmentation. Secondly, according to a need to extract a road image for image segmentation, and achieved very good results. Finally, this paper mainly analyzes the application of image segmentation in digital imageprocessing. It is found that image segmentation has good application in automatic license plate recognition, biomedical engineering, remotesensing engineering and fire prevention and detection.

remotesensingimage retrieval (RSIR) is the process of ranking database images depending on the degree of similarity compared to the query image. As the complexity of RSIR increases due to the diversity in shooting range, angle, and location of remote sensors, there is an increasing demand for methods to address these issues and improve retrieval performance. In this work, we introduce a novel method for retrieving aerial images by merging group convolution with attention mechanism and metric learning, resulting in robustness to rotational variations. For refinement and emphasis on important features, we applied channel attention in each group convolution stage. By utilizing the characteristics of group convolution and channel-wise attention, it is possible to acknowledge the equality among rotated but identically located images. The training procedure has two main steps: (i) training the network with Aerial image Dataset (AID) for classification, (ii) fine-tuning the network with triplet-loss for retrieval with Google Earth South Korea and NWPU-RESISC45 datasets. Results show that the proposed method performance exceeds other state-of-the-art retrieval methods in both rotated and original environments. Furthermore, we utilize class activation maps (CAM) to visualize the distinct difference of main features between our method and baseline, resulting in better adaptability in rotated environments.

This paper describes the design, development, and validation of an integrated infrastructure of sensors network with an intelligent agent for crop monitoring grow in a greenhouse or a tunnel. This infrastructure supports the agriculturists to remotely monitor and advise the farmers to take appropriate measures, according to the environmental conditions. The main modules are the data acquisition, the imageprocessing to find out deficiencies of nutrients, and the advice provided according to the events detection to minimize critical effects.
