A brushless DC motor that does not have the physical brushes and does its work through electronic commutation. It has low maintenance and a longer life span while being of high operating efficiency. Motor control methods have been developed and both of these methods have been implemented in this work to analyze the performance of a Brushless DC (BLDC) motor. This purpose of this work was to evaluate how the speed (RPM) of the BLDC motor changes as the voltage levels vary (from 1V to 24V). The Proposed method eliminates the Hall Sensor and using the back-EMF signals for rotor estimation, thereby reducing system complexity and cost. The Hall sensor informs the controller of the motor's position in the sensor based approach while in the sensorless method, the motorʹs position is estimated with the back-EMF theory. This contributes to lowering costs. The RPM range for motors without sensor RPM is from 120 RPM to 2880 RPM and for motors with sensors from 99 RPM to 2180 RPM. This allows the BLDC motors to enhance the effective control system reliability at low cost. It has many useful applications in electric vehicles, automated tools usage and robotics.

Addressing uncertainties in data is crucial for real-world applications, including social networks, where relationships often lack clear definition. Soft and rough graph theories allow for nuanced modeling of such data by extending traditional graph structures with parameters that account for uncertainty. Social networks exhibit complex, often ambiguous relationships that traditional graphs cannot fully represent, especially in dynamic, imprecise settings. This study aims to explore soft and rough graphs as effective tools for extracting knowledge from social networks by modeling vague or partially known relationships. Our rough graph analysis identified strong, definite communication channel between employees sharing dual expertise and different weaker channels based on single expertise, suggesting potential collaboration points. In soft graph analysis, two subgroups were detected around shared interests in Sports and Music, identifying central and bridging users within the network. Soft and rough graphs enhance knowledge extraction from social networks, enabling insights into communities, influencers, and communication channels that reflect the uncertain and dynamic nature of social interactions, which can also be used in data science to evaluate ambiguous or incomplete datasets, find hidden patterns, and enhance decision-making in fields like network optimization, fraud detection, and recommendation systems. This approach is shown to be beneficial in structuring and understanding intricate social data patterns.

In today’s digitally driven world, advanced security for online transactions and communications is more crucial than ever. This paper introduces a groundbreaking digital signature authentication framework leveraging Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) sequencing for enhanced cybersecurity. Departing from traditional cryptographic methods, our approach uses the unique complexity of DNA sequences to create unforgeable digital signatures. A Federated Optimization Approach for Resource Allocation in Multi-tenant Environments Multitenant applications that provide common application/data/computation resource units for multiple independent users (or organizations) have implemented federated optimization techniques to optimize their utilization. PRIVACY AND AUTONOMY: Multi-tenant systems are designed to provide services to multiple tenants; thus, their privacy and autonomy must be guaranteed. Appropriately then federated optimization provides a broad basis for optimizing resource allocation across multiple tenants without centralizing the data which is an important requirement in situations where data privacy and safety of new data is paramount. In a nut shell, federated optimization for multi-tenant systems is aimed of course at decoupling the local computation for all tenants (each on their own data) from the global knowledge propagation by aggregating the local knowledge after computation of the global model that concerns all tenants. Within this collaborative learning setting, the system can improve its resource allocation plans by learning from each tenant requirements and preferences while ensuring privacy. Resource allocation in these types of systems is a fundamentally hard problem because of contention from multiple tenants that can have distinct priorities, cost objectives, and output requirements. Also, different tenants can have different levels of access to system resources and run under different workloads, leading to increased optimization complexity. Federated optimization algorithms(e.g., federated gradient descent or federated averaging) can be employed to enable resource allocation across tenant to be optimized simultaneously to address this. The problem in subjective evaluation of answer is that the traditional evaluation is not consistent, not fair, and not time efficient. Utilizing Generative AI (GenAI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), this project presents an innovative technique which automates the evaluation process for subjective answers. It consists of the system that analyzes student’s response using predefined grading rubrics to assign them scores based on quality and relevance and gives them personalized feedback. The system, using a fine tuned GenAI model, reduces human bias and inconsistencies by being nuanced on context and coherence. The system is an easy to use and user friendly tool for Educators to manage and review evaluations through Streamlit hosted system. The solution proposed aims to achieve higher grading accuracy, reduce assessment workflow complexities, while providing perspective that can inform students learning on what is being assessed. The potential applications of this technology are great and include essay grading, peer review and professional training test selection.

This study presents a high-resolution Diabetic Retinopathy dataset collected from Eye Care Hospital in Aizawl, Mizoram, highlighting its importance for advancing DR detection in underrepresented populations. The dataset includes 495 retinal images captured using an OCT RS 330 device, with quality maintained through a preprocessing pipeline. Images were filtered for clarity using blur metrics and enhanced with adaptive histogram equalization to emphasize diagnostically relevant features. A baseline deep learning pipeline for multiclass DR classification achieved training, validation, and test accuracies of 50%, 49%, and 56%, respectively, reflecting the dataset's complexity. Advanced augmentations like MixUp and CutMix were applied, setting a benchmark for future research. This work underscores the dataset's unique contributions by providing a foundation for robust diagnostic models. This study supports inclusive and practical AI applications in ophthalmology.
