Multi-area power integration and its distribution is an essential direction of power grid control. Consequently, investigation of multi-area power grid system (MAPS) is very crucial for improving the power quality. Crucial issues of MAPS include the operating system frequency and automatic voltage regulation (AVR). The controlling of these parameters sustain the steady output voltage at the specific required level. This paper represent the optimization of an automatic generation control plan(AGC) for multi-area power systems with a Proportional Integrator Differentiator(PID) controller. In this study, a control line tracking system has been brought up for interconnected three areas - solar thermal (STPP) and two thermal power systems (conventional mean coal, petroleum) by using generation rate constraints (GRC) & Artificial Neural network (ANN).The simulation results clear that an ANN-based PID controller enhances the dynamic performance of the interconnected system and reduces the overshoots concerning the change in operating frequency in each area.

this work we explore the uncertainty in measured attributes of events, correlating with other events happening in a near time window. The conceptual framework of the method is the event graph concept. Our objective is to filter out the unreliable events and obtain an optimized fraction of data, in order to compute decent statistics, to be able to evaluate the data and build derived measures. Developing our framework, we proceed with some experiments using data from wearable devices, both synthetic data sets and a public available benchmark.

With the rapid development of electrical engineering, electric control systems have entered a period of high-quality development. By focusing on fuzzy logic-based neural networks, new proposals should be submitted to meet the needs of intelligent and adaptive electric control systems. Based on the dynamic evolution of electrical control systems, we establish a theoretical analysis framework for modeling electric control systems according to fuzzy logic. It allows us to explain the integrated system state identification mechanism and performance optimization of electric control systems, including fuzzy logic and neural networks. In addition, we use numerical examples and practical deduction to explore the possibility of moving toward the high-quality development of electric control systems. The development of an electric control system is to provide electrical equipment with functions that meet expected standards. Managers are committed to continuously improving electric control systems' quality and equipment satisfaction. To this end, we have taken measures, including strengthening fuzzy logic control based on fuzzy rules and internal circulation, constructing a mechanism for interaction and learning between fuzzy logic and neural network quality perception, and establishing an evaluation system for electric control system and electrical equipment, to achieve high-quality development of electric control system, boost technological upgrading, and truly meet user needs.

This paper presents a novel line-of-control (LoC) monitoring system that leverages the internet of Things (IoT) to improve border security. The system creates a strong infrastructure for real-time monitoring throughout critical border regions, especially the Line of control, by utilizing IoT devices, sensors, and communication technologies. The coverage, timeliness, and data quality of conventional border surveillance systems are frequently compromised. As opposed to this, the suggested system makes use of a wirelessly networked network of intelligent sensors, such as infrared, acoustic, and video cameras. By utilizing sophisticated image processing algorithms and machine learning to analyze the gathered data, the system is able to differentiate between regular activities and any security risks. To help security staff make decisions quickly, real-time updates are transmitted to a centralized control center. Integration with cloud computing also makes data analysis, retrieval, and storage simpler and guarantees data accessibility for forensic investigations and trend research. © 2025 IEEE.

Design and development of an innovative air-borne particle filtering system integrated with internet of Things (IOT) technology. The proposed system is an automated device that filters dust particles from the atmosphere using an embedded system approach. It comprises two main components: the filtering unit and the embedded control system with IOT connectivity. The embedded control system incorporates a Arduino uno, which regulates the speed of the DC motors based on real-time air quality data obtained from a dust sensor. The system leverages IOT technology to enable remote monitoring and control of the air quality. The microcontroller interfaces with an IOT module or a Wi-Fi/Ethernet interface, allowing data logging, monitoring, and remote control through a cloud-based platform or local network. Real- time air quality data, including dust particle concentrations, can be accessed and monitored remotely, enabling facility managers and environmental health and safety personnel to track air quality conditions effectively. By implementing this air-borne particle filtering system with IOT integration, textile facilities can proactively address the issue of dust particles in the workplace, promoting a healthier and safer environment for employees while ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Energy Consumption in Telecom and internet Service Provider (ISP) network is increasing day-by-day due to the rapid growth of traffic volume. Software-Defined network (SDN) is an emerging technique that separates control and data planes of the networking devices, e.g., routers and switches, enables centralized control over the network, and provides flexibility in network management. The minimization of the energy cost depends on the active components e.g. switches, links, etc. that affects the performance of network. Therefore, this paper formulates the energy-aware routing problem considering Equal-Cost Multi-Paths (ECMP) in the SDN network. To solve the problem, proposed link utility-based ECMP Routing prioritizes the hop count while re-routing the traffic flow pass through the below threshold (under-utilized) links. The proposed approach is compared with the similar other existing approaches, e.g., Next Shortest Path (NSP), Next Maximum Utility (NMU), and modified Maximum Ratio for Energy-saving in SDN (i.e., modified MaxRESDN) by considering performance of network and quality of Service (QoS) parameters, e.g., links saved, energy-saving ratio, average link utilization, average path length. The comparative analysis shows that the proposed approach outperforms another state of the arts further overall performance improved in average path length is observed as 25% to 30%.

With the development of internet of Things (IoT) applications, there is an explosion in demands for data sharing between IoT nodes, which needs the IoT network to provide a data sharing platform to enhance data privacy and security. IOTA Tangle has been considered as a promising Distributed Ledger Technology to establish such a platform because of its affinity to IoT nodes. Additionally, Tangle proposes an access control system to prevent congestion of the platform by allocating a number of tokens to each node, and limiting data sharing rate of each node based on its hold tokens. However, this poses an inconspicuous but fatal problem that high-rate-demand nodes with few tokens cannot acquire an ideal rate. In this paper, we optimize the access control system for the Tangle-based platform by setting a token transferring mechanism, where a chaebol node can sell tokens to provide IoT nodes with ideal data sharing rate. Since the chaebol node needs more profits and IoT nodes need ideal data sharing rate, we formulate the token pricing and purchasing problem as a two-stage Stackelberg game. We analyze the equilibrium of the game in a uniform pricing scheme and design an access control algorithm TTM based on the equilibrium. Finally, we verify performance of the algorithm by experiments. The results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the state-of-art in terms of providing high-rate-demand nodes with the ideal rate. © 2023 IEEE.

Most English foreign language (EFL) studies focus solely on human beings. This research explores how edge computing can facilitate learning for all things. The XoT (Xducation of Things) framework was proposed to educate both human and all things. All things encompass two terms: AI-Agent and smartthings (covering physical and digital smart objects). At the core of this framework is Smart Question Answer Forwarding Mechanism (SQA-Forwarding), specifically designed to assist all things in building knowledge. To demonstrate this, the smartXoT environment was developed based on XoT framework, and its impacts on EFL learners was assessed. A quasi-experimental study involving 26 EFL learners, divided into an experimental group (EG) and a control group (CG), examined the differences in learning achievement of smartthingsand EFL learners when using the smartXoT environment with/without SQA-Forwarding. Findings, on one hand, indicated that smartthingsin the EG developed knowledge bases greater than those in the CG. On the other hand, the interaction between EFL learners and smartthingswith SQA-Forwarding significantly improved learners' writing skills, with revisions playing a crucial role in enhancing writing quality. Thus, the XoT framework offers a novel and promising approach to educating both humans and all things.

Software-defined networking is a mature technology that has been included into several networks and new designs including 5 G and 6 G. It is a paradigm change that adopts dynamic software-driven models instead of old hardware-centric paradigms, resulting in network infrastructures that are nimble, efficient, and safe. Additionally, SDN complies with the network Function Virtualization Framework’s virtualization design. SDN must, however, work harmoniously for a few years with the global distributed control of TCP/IP that has evolved over time. The standard chores of routing, load balancing, quality of service, security, and privacy need to be resolved, among other things. In addition, the initial centralization of SDN presents unique difficulties and problems for dispersed control that set it apart from conventional IP networks. The ability of the algorithms and protocols used in SDN to scale the network by adding new devices, respond quickly in real time, and use organized automation to make the network more flexible and adaptable are the three main requirements that need to be met in order for the algorithms and protocols to be proven effective. In addition to a critical analysis and comparison of multiple algorithms with the goals of routing, rerouting, load balancing, traffic optimization, and reducing rerouting delay, this paper offers a theoretical assessment of the most recent SDN optimization techniques. This paper also discusses important algorithms that can provide feasible solutions to solve problems in large systems or multi-scale routing.
