Faced with the problem of the "black box", which is prevalent in the traditional workshop manufacturing industry, the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry have become a focus area of research with the continuous development of a new generation of information technology. This study focuses on the rebar straight thread processing line, and explores the construction and application of the production line cloud platform with digital twin. Firstly, the overall framework of the production line digital twin cloud platform was constructed. Then, the digital twin modelling technology was explored from four perspectives: geometry, physics, behavior and rules. Additionally, an internet of Things (IoT) platform was constructed to enable bidirectional mapping between the physical system and the virtual model using data as the driving force. Finally, a digital twin prototyping system for the rebar straight thread processing line with integrated hardware and software was developed, relying on the sawing and cutting head line of a one-dragger. Through actual engineering cases, the proposed theory and technology are tested, verifying their effectiveness and practicability. The study demonstrates the application value of digital twin technology in remote monitoring, health operation and maintenance, quality inspection, and intelligent production, providing a certain reference for the realization of intelligent manufacturing of rebar processing. © 2023 ACM.

In today's context, the use of the internet has significantly increased, and new technologies keep evolving. Traditional networks are struggling to keep up with the growing demand. The advent of Software Defined networking (SDN) has become essential in data centers and also large scale area networks, playing a pivotal role in modern network architectures. SDN is characterized by its separation of the logically centralized design, along with the control plane and data planes. In SDN, the controller is a critical component that ensures smooth operations and consistent behavior across network. Determining optimal placement, quantity of controllers is vital for enhancing network performance. Identifying the best locations and the most efficient number of controllers is crucial to achieving seamless and resilient network operations. This study explores various advanced techniques for controller placement, focusing on minimizing latency. It emphasizes the development of optimization strategies that dynamically adapt to network conditions and traffic demands, presenting an approach to improving SDN controller placement.

With the proposal of “internet plus” and the penetration of internet technology in all fields of society, the importance of communication information network security has become increasingly prominent. Communication information data dissemination has brought unprecedented new challenges and problems to national security and social stability. According to the isolation and authentication requirements of information security protection of power grid enterprises, based on the research of the relevant smart grid business scenarios, system architecture and security requirements with wireless public network as the channel, the monitoring architecture of wireless public network channel for intelligent power distribution is designed, including the monitoring scheme of intelligent power distribution business terminal, system master station, wireless public network channel and other links. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of power communication access network, encryption, authentication, isolation and other security protection measures are mainly adopted. Another important index to measure the network performance of power communication network is the quality of service ($Q_performance$S), which will be sacrificed at the cost of network security. This paper proposes a method of information system security situation assessment based on DM. Situation assessment is one of the most important measures to detect the security of information systems, which can provide power system security status information for managers. Managers can obtain the abnormal problems in the system and take targeted measures to improve the security performance of the system.

With the integration and penetration of the internet, the structure and form of education curriculum and system are changing and transforming. The construction of sports curriculum is an important way to cultivate and improve the comprehensive physical quality of young undergraduate in our country. In recent years, the physical health of undergraduate in our country is not optimistic. It has become a trend to bring physical education into the new era, such as the formation of online and offline mixed learning mode. The purpose of this paper is to explore a kind of internet learning mode, so that it can be integrated with physical education, to improve undergraduate’ interest in sports and hobbies, and form a health education mode. Through the teaching experiment method, this paper applies mobile app to physical education teaching, analyzes the influence of physical education mode based on mobile internet on physical education performance, learning interest, learning ability and other aspects of teaching, and sends out questionnaires and carries out statistics to analyze the physical education performance, learning interest, learning ability of two classes before and after the experiment The statistical data of learning ability and methods were analyzed. Through the experiment, it is found that after using the mobile app, the sports performance of the test group and the control group has been improved. For example, in the 50 m dash, after the application of the mobile app in the teaching of the test group, the growth rate of the students who are rated as above average in sprint skill is 22.9%. At the same time, the sprint performance of the students in the control class was also improved, with an increase of 5.7%. Under the impetus of industrial internet of things and smart manufacturing applications, realizing the development and deployment of decentralized industrial controller networks is crucial. This paper designed an industrial controller network gateway, combined with the Grafcet virtual machine, for rapid development and deployment with distributed decentralized controller equipment. A gateway architecture with three microcontrollers for communication protocol management, Modbus device management, and real-time data collection and monitoring engines, respectively, was proposed in this study. The communication protocol management engine is responsible for transmission between the gateway and cloud system, thereby providing an implementation mechanism for cyber/physical system. The device management engine uses Modbus RTU to communicate with the underlying PLC controller. This engine comprises an IEEE1588 time synchronization protocol that provides PLC controller time stamping and synchronization mechanisms. The real-time data collection and monitoring engine is in charge with the data sorting management function, which is used to make the database management have efficient data query function. Finally, experiments were conducted on the basis of multiple PLC controllers and robotic arms motion control to validate this industrial controller network functional usability and performance.

Modern large language models (LLMs) show good performance in the zero-shot or few-shot learning. This ability ability is a significant result even on tasks for which the models have not been trained is in part due to the fact that by learning from textual internet-scale data, such models build a semblance of a model of the world. However, the question of whether the entities on which that the model operates are concepts in the psychological sense remains open. Relying on conceptual reasoning schemes allows to increase the safety of models in solving complex problems. To address this question, we propose to use standard psychodiagnostic techniques to assess the quality of conceptual thinking of models. We test this hypothesis, by conducting experiments on a dataset adapted for LLMs from the psychological techniques of Kettel and Rubinstein and comparing the effectiveness of each of them. In this paper, we have shown that it is possible to distinguish several types of model errors in incorrect answers to standard tasks on conceptual thinking and to evaluate the type according to the classifications of distortions of conceptual thinking adopted in cultural and historical approaches in psychology. This makes it possible to use the tool of psychodiagnostic techniques not only to evaluate the effectiveness of models, but also to develop training procedures based on such tasks.

In this paper, we propose an innovative method to control the increasing traffic volume caused by the proliferation of IoT devices, utilizing Software Defined networking (SDN). Our method leverages a genetic algorithm, a powerful numerical optimization technique, to determine the optimal forwarding probability that maximizes quality of Service (QoS) across the network. We experimentally evaluate the TCP throughput of the proposed method under various conditions in a multi-route network topology. The results of these experiments confirm the effectiveness and robustness of our scheme, showing significant improvements in network performance compared to traditional methods. This approach is particularly valuable for future network environments where IoT devices are expected to dominate, providing a scalable solution to manage network congestion and maintain high QoS standards. The potential applications of our method extend to various IoT-driven industries, making it a crucial tool for network administrators in the era of ubiquitous connectivity.

Software Defined networks (SDN) has revolutionized modern network architecture by providing enhanced flexibility, agility, and programmability. This paradigm change makes centralized control and dynamic network configuration feasible by separating the control plane from the data plane. Various studies have explored techniques to optimize network performance within SDN frameworks. Critical approaches include load balancing, efficient controller selection, and performance analysis, which aim to improve metrics such as throughput and latency. Innovative methods, such as evolutionary synchronization-aware controller placement and integration with machine learning, further enhance SDN's adaptability to complex network environments. SDN's flexibility is underscored by its ability to dynamically allocate resources, manage quality of Service (QoS), and control network flows. This programmability supports diverse applications and environments, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost-effective operations. SDN's integration with emerging technologies like quantum networking and machine learning extends its adaptability, enabling the creation of innovative network architectures. Research highlights SDN's potential across various contexts, including vehicular ad-hoc networks, wireless sensor networks, and IoT applications. Techniques such as the African Vulture Routing Optimization (A VRO) algorithm and Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) have significantly improved network performance, underscoring SDN's robustness and versatility. In summary, SDN provides a robust framework for modern network management, offering enhanced flexibility, scalability, and performance optimization in diverse networking scenarios.

The convergence of Industrial control systems (ICS) and Information Technology networks has enabled manufacturers to embrace modern automation technologies with the Industrial internet of Things (IIoTs). However, the existing ICS network protocols lack robust security mechanisms, as they were originally designed for isolated environments. This vulnerability has exposed ICS networks to emerging cyber threats, necessitating the development of robust intrusion detection systems to promptly alert security personnel. The effectiveness of an IDS heavily depends on the quality and quantity of its training data. Insufficient and imbalanced data present challenges that impact detection rates. Generative Adversarial networks (GANs) offer a solution by generating realistic data based on existing information. This study utilizes Conditional Tabular GAN, known as CTGAN, tailored for generating tabular data, along with traditional fuzzing for synthetic data generation. Specific rules are defined to ensure data accuracy. Evaluation results demonstrate that IDS trained with a combination of CTGAN, fuzzing data, and existing data yields the best performance.

This paper develops a performance improvement control strategy based on residual generator to improve the control performance of the multi-inverter parallel system in the presence of load disturbances and line parameter perturbation. This study establishes the state space models of the electrical network and inverters to analyze the performance degradation issues. The model-match technique and multi-agent consistency algorithm are used to design the dynamic and steady-state performance improvement controllers, respectively. Experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed control method.
