The intrusion detection model based on deep learning has become a research hotspot in the field of network security, aiming at the high FPR and low DR of current intrusion detection systems, this paper proposes an anomaly detection model based on deep learning. The system is first optimized by particle swarm optimization. Data feature extraction, and then through the fusion of MLP's bidirectional GRU model to better mine the information contained in the data set and its correlation, and improve the efficiency and quality of feature extraction. Finally, experiments show that the model has good performance, with a detection readiness rate of 98.74%, a false positive rate of 0.029, and a detection rate of 98.42%. The results show that the detection effect of PSO+BI-GRU+MLP is better than other algorithm models. © 2023 SPIE.

The study aims to investigate how combining many technologies may improve the scalability, adaptability, and security of network engineering systems. Some of the technologies that come under this category include the internet of Things (IoT), network Function Virtualization (NFV), Machine Learning (ML), and Software Defined networking (SDN). Examining potential effective merger strategies for these technologies is one of the study's objectives. Our study has shown that our approach improves organizational effectiveness, defect finding, and engineering productivity. This is accomplished via the use of machine learning (ML) and the internet of Things (IoT) to real-time data collecting, predictive analytics, and quality control assurance. By making use of these two technologies, this assignment may be successfully completed. The case studies demonstrate the potential of our suggested machine learning models to decrease training time and improve engineering quality control assessment accuracy. The fact that our models can do both of these tasks in comparison to earlier machine learning models serves as evidence for this.

The problem of resilient robust model predictive control (RMPC) with hard constraints based on an adaptive event-triggered mechanism for a class of polytopic uncertain systems is investigated in this article. To reduce the burden of network communication, a novel adaptive event-triggering mechanism is introduced between the sensor and the controller (S/C) network. The objective of this paper is to design a resilient RMPC controller while considering the system performance degradation caused by the adaptive event-triggered mechanism, aiming to maintain high system performance while conserving communication resources. Moreover, by solving an online optimization problem, sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure that all states of the system are in the time-varying terminal constraint set. To conclusively validate the efficacy of the proposed resilient RMPC algorithm under the adaptive event-triggered mechanism, we adopt a specific distillation parameter example for illustration.

Software-Defined Wide Area networking (SD-WAN) has emerged as a popular solution for today’s enterprise networks, where Traffic Engineering (TE) plays a crucial role in optimizing traffic distribution across different overlay tunnels. During network congestion, traditional SD-WAN approaches often switch traffic to backup Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) tunnels with high economic costs. To address this issue, we introduce Dynamic Path Switching (DPS), a novel SD-WAN TE solution that leverages underlay path diversity within an internet overlay tunnel to maintain high quality of Service (QoS) while substantially reducing economic costs. DPS operates on a Virtual extensible Local Area network (VXLAN) overlay and controls the 5-tuple flow ID in the outer encapsulation header of traffic flows at SD-WAN gateways, which enables internet Service Providers (ISPs) to dynamically switch traffic flows across multiple underlay paths based on the hashing results of their flow IDs. Moreover, we leverage extended Berkeley Packet Filter (eBPF) to implement DPS with high efficiency. Our prototype implementation, evaluated on a real internet testbed, demonstrates that DPS can provide 99.974% service availability for enterprise traffic while reducing economic costs by 64.26% compared to traditional MPLS-based SD-WAN TE solutions.

Electronics play an important role in today's home appliances. Many electronic control units (ECUs) are used to make everyday life and home activities more enjoyable. Fault detection and identification are the characteristics of high performance and quality production systems in checking and monitoring programs. These systems are designed in a way that allows real-time detection and error detection to realize these qualities. Errors are indicated by diagnosis, and the diagnosis identifies the root cause. ECU is a real-time microcontroller-based system equipped with multiple sensors and actuators for collection of data and control. The primary purpose of the test is to reliably detect non-functioning units;however, the ultimate goal is to reduce the rejection rate and increase output. More and more quality tests are being replaced by 100% automated testing by human operators. Accurate identification of the key characteristics and features of the device under test is required to identify the overall quality, perform quick measurements that provide useful data, and obtain the correct pass/fail result. Without separating the electronic and electrical systems, ECU firmware allows diagnostic and self-detection results to be read at the end of line testing station. This system is implemented by connecting the 'test tool' to the UART line provided by the ECU. The design of the PC-based integrated test platform is described in this article, ensuring that ECU development is not delayed by the absence of an actual tester at the end of the production line. © 2022 IEEE.

PHP implementation of the comprehensive evaluation platform for innovative talent training quality based on internet data clustering and integration is studied in the paper. The feature space reorganization technology is combined to reorganize the industrial internet abnormal dataset structure and obtain the active defense control and detection of industrial internet abnormal data through fuzzy feature matching and neural network control. The unified data platform adopts a distributed, multi-layer architecture, which is divided into application layer, platform layer, infrastructure layer, access layer and data source layer from top to bottom. Hence, with this feature, this paper then studies the implementation of a comprehensive evaluation platform. The performance is then tested under different aspects. © 2022 IEEE.

At present, due to the continuous access of new energy, in particular, the penetration rate of distributed power supply to the grid continues to increase, a flexible and smooth contact interface is needed to complete the efficient absorption of new energy in peak scheduling. The establishment of the energy storage station is based on the smooth interface of the provincial power grid peak regulation means, so that the energy storage, distributed power supply and load can be regarded as a coupling unit, and the health of the coupling unit can be improved by improving the protection performance within the unit, so as to achieve a high degree of integration of the power grid. At the same time, by analyzing the distribution of ground points in the network and the value of the zero-sequence fault quantity of the grounding system, this paper gives the choice of different grounding modes on wind field and solar power field collector systems and the choice of system-side grounding modes. At the same time, through the analysis of power-frequency overvoltage level and the size of the zero-sequence voltage, is given of the selection principle of reclosing mode of new energy grid-connected power station, which has guiding significance for engineering application. © 2023 IEEE.

Nowadays, the construction and development of urban rail transit network is facing many challenges. With the increasing demand for transportation capacity, the shortage of on-board computing capacity has become one of the important problems. In recent years, edge computing (EC) has become a new solution. Through edge computing, complex on-board control computing tasks can be unloaded to the trackside computing server, and the computational power of on-board equipment can be liberated. The fifth generation (5G) mobile communication has the advantages of high capacity and high reliability, and combining 5G with edge intelligence (EI) can show lower delay and higher stability in train control systems. In this paper, we propose an autonomous train control system with edge intelligence and *** system is based on Google Kubernetes high reliability edge computing platform to implement automatic train control algorithm, which is divided into infrastructure layer, edge computing layer and cloud service layer in function. The linear quadratic Gaussian control (LQG) algorithm is used to model the train autonomous control process, and the cloud safety computer is used to ensure the high reliability of the whole system without being affected by local faults. Extensive experimental results show that the train control system proposed by us based on 5G and EI has high operational reliability and data security, as well as low delay performance in the communication packet interval. Using this train control system can greatly improve the efficiency and safety of train operation, so as to improve the quality of train operation.
