The article discusses the problem of quality control of a neural network model with feedback, without using a reference model of a dynamic system. An approach is proposed based on the analysis of time series of input and output of the observed neural network model using a cross-correlation function (CCF) and a neural network autoencoder. An autoencoder is used to detect the CCF anomaly that occurs due to changes in the dynamic response of the observed neural network model. A change in the dynamic response relative to the normal one, that is, a disorder, may mean inadequate behavior of the model. Experimental confirmation of the performance of the quality control method for an autonomous neural network model was carried out using the example of a model with GRU architecture, trained like a nonlinear dynamic object.

Visual information plays an important role in speech separation. It has been illustrated by many studies that audio-visual speech separation has better performance than audio-only speech separation. However, it is not always possible to capture high-quality visual information due to various factors. In this paper, we propose a novel audio-visual matching-based speech separation method. The network exploits audiovisual correlations in the training process, but does not require visual information during testing. The proposed cross-modal speech separation method is evaluated on GRID dataset. Experimental results show that the proposed method has a significant improvement in multiple evaluation metrics for different types of mixtures compared with other advanced speech separation methods. © 2023 IEEE.

Time-slotted channel hopping (TSCH) is a synchronous MAC protocol designed to meet the requirements of many internet of Things systems and applications. TSCH requires a scheduling scheme to construct a rendezvous schedule between a communication pair, and autonomous scheduling is the state-of-the-art approach where each node schedules autonomously without extra control overhead. However, autonomous scheduling is oblivious of the schedules of other nodes due to its autonomous and thus near-sighted characteristic, and this gives rise to the cell conflict problem where multiple nodes attempt to communicate with a single node simultaneously, leading to communication failures and network performance degradation. To this end, we proposed ECA, an exclusive cell allocation scheme for autonomous scheduling in TSCH. ECA utilizes the parent-child relations in routing information to construct a local regulation that ensures exclusive cell allocation without additional control messages. Moreover, ECA is compatible with existing autonomous scheduling schemes such as ALICE and A3. We implement ECA on real embedded devices using ContikiOS, and evaluate on a 71-node testbed to confirm that ECA improves link-layer packet reception ratio by 39.8%, latency by 86.3%, and end-to-end packet delivery ratio by 22.9%. © 2023 IEEE.

The network autonomous learning monitoring system is a subsystem of the learning quality monitoring system in the network education platform. Based on the training objectives of network education and the course learning objectives of learners, and on the basis of educational evaluation theory, it makes value judgments on learners' attitudes, knowledge and ability development level in the whole learning process. Through the planning, inspection, evaluation, feedback, control and adjustment of learners' learning activities, timely guide learners to correct their learning attitude, adjust their learning strategies, and effectively use learning resources and modern information technology means to carry out autonomous learning, so as to achieve the expected learning goals. The network self-learning monitoring system is based on the database created by SQL Server platform, supports C/S structure, has good scalability and usability, and is used to extract and analyze data. SVM algorithm is used to extract system features, which has the advantages of low system load, low response delay and good performance. An accurate network autonomous learning monitoring system model is constructed. After system test, the network autonomous learning monitoring system based on SVM algorithm has high data analysis ability, easy to understand, easy to maintain, reasonable structure and easy to use, which meets the needs of learners. Using SVM algorithm for feature extraction, the evaluation performance of the algorithm is improved by more than 3.2%. When learners learn in the system, the system load is small, the response delay is low, and the performance is good. It is an accurate network autonomous learning monitoring system. © 2023 ACM.

—This study looks at the variables that influence microgreens from traditional culture in closed systems in populated regions in terms of germination and growth. The study's findings guided the creation, advancement, and evaluation of an intelligent microgreen crop growing system utilizing internet of Things technology. Light-emitting diodes provide the light that is used. Band of frequencies: 430–660 nm from 06:01 am to 06:01 pm. This method allows vegetables to grow faster, have plump stems and weigh more than normal seeding. methods for controlling soil moisture, water temperature, and relative humidity as well as quality. When the outside temperature drops below thirty degrees Celsius, the designed system can regulate it. Maintain a reasonable level of soil moisture, a range of 60–90% relative humidity, and a water temperature as low as 28 degrees Celsius. From the experiment using a comparison method with conventional farming to cultivate sunflower, water spinach, and spinach. The results indicate that vegetables grown using a factor control system produced more than conventionally cultivated ones, with an average tray length of roughly 3.9 centimeters longer. On the tray, the vegetables grown by the system grow roughly in the same way, and harvesting time can be reduced. 2–3 days. ©2024 IEEE.

In recent years, the fusion of Cognitive Radio networks (CRNs) and the internet of Things (IoT) into Cognitive Radio Based IoT (CR-IoT) networks is a quite promising proposal. But, achieving a high level of stability for such networks is extremely challenging. In this work, we present an improved and stable Half-Duplex (HD) routing protocol with a unique sensing method and no Common control Channel (CCC) that employs a compound accumulative routing metric to select the required quality of Service (QoS) paths featured with the highest level of stability and maximal throughput. Moreover, the proposed protocol makes all the essential calculations while sending the Route Request Packet (RRQP) leading to reducing many overheads. Not only to this extent, but rather, the presented protocol introduces a path recovery technique during the HD data transmission stage. The simulation results demonstrate an explicit significant improvement over the most relevant protocol called the MultiCast-based Half Duplex Routing Protocol (MC-HDRP).

Steel's performance is usually tested by a set of evaluation index system and the testing result is issued in formal reports. The reports are difficult to satisfy the steel quality analysis for long-term evaluation from different dimension. To evaluate the strength quality of steel, based on feature engineering method, we identify the data attributes and clean the raw data from steel strength test report first, and then construct the dynamic features of its mean, variance, and coefficient of variation using time window method for different dimension. Finally, integrate the multi-feature evaluation result. Experimental results show that the data definition is no redundancy and by time window dynamic feature the quality evaluation become more flexible for material control and achieve better result effectively. © 2022 IEEE.

Impurities and imperfect grains in dense wheat are critical factors affecting wheat quality and secondary production. Despite the significance, detecting dense wheat grains still faces challenges, mainly due to poor detection accuracy and severe leakage. These issues hinder the model from meeting the reliability and real-time detection requirements in practical scenarios. To address these challenges, we propose an attention-guided oriented bounding box network (AG-OBBNet) for real-time detection of dense wheat imperfect grains and impurities. Firstly, the oriented bounding box method(OBB) is integrated to introduce the orientation of wheat grains into the YOLOX framework, which dramatically improves the accuracy of image analysis and result information visualization. Next, we construct a novel strong feature extraction network that integrates low-dimensional localization features with semantic features enhanced by DS-CSP and a global attention mechanism before fusion. This network facilitates deep mining of semantic information, improving wheat grain classification, reducing computational overhead, and enhancing the utilization of low-dimensional localization features to improve the leakage detection problem in dense wheat grains. Finally, we introduce the Focal-EIOU loss function for faster convergence speed and better localization effects, replacing the original IOU loss function to further enhance model detection performance. To validate the effectiveness and generalization ability of the model, we construct a dense wheat grain dataset (DWGD) categorized into 12 different classes. Experimental results indicate an average accuracy (mAP) of 96.4% for detecting imperfections and impurities in wheat grains, with the Frame Per Second(FPS) of 148.6. Additionally, the model features fewer parameters and meets real-time images analytics and visualization requirements in practical scenarios. © 2024 IEEE.
