This study introduces an artificial neural network (ANN)-based machine learning controller for the DC-DC boost converter. The primary controller is a Disturbance Observer based Feedback Linearization controller, which serves as an expert to provide training data for the proposed ANN. After fine-tuning the ANN is seamlessly integrated into the feedback loop, directly facilitating boost converter control. The key advantage is in the ANN ability to enhance system identification, reduce model errors, and accommodate uncertain parameters. MATLAB/Simulink simulations validate the high performance of the ANN controller, showcasing its capability to follow dynamic reference commands fast, maintain output stability amidst input voltage variations, and effectively handle constraints on maximum duty-ratio and current.

The internet of Things is an evolving technology that effectively and efficiently enhances everyday activities. Reduce your living expenses by performing the necessary procedures. For synchronized communication, the tools and materials are integrated via the internet. The price of electricity is continuously increasing, so we need natural sources of electricity that can generate power without cost. In this case, photovoltaic panels produce electricity naturally from the sun. Photovoltaic cells are used in these systems that convert sunlight into electricity. In the power sector, renewable energy sources are currently an exceptional solution for filling the gap in supply. Since solar energy is widely available, unlike some resources that are geographically restricted, it is very beneficial for all renewable energy resources. An advanced plant-based monitoring system coupled with a web-based visual interface is required for this large-scale PV system distribution. In most cases, they are placed in inaccessible places so self-monitoring is impossible in a particular area. internet of Things (IoT) enabled devices can be used to build control systems. By using the internet of Things, objects can be detected and controlled remotely over a fixed network, offering opportunities for virtually integrating physical objects into computer-based systems. The use of IoT appears to be beneficial in monitoring renewable energy production. An Arduino-based system is used in this IoT app for tracking the parameters of solar panels. The system continuously monitors the solar panel, and the output power is transmitted over the internet to the IoT network A solar photovoltaic power generation plant can be significantly enhanced by using internet of Things technology for monitoring, analysing, and maintaining its performance. In contemporary times, utilization will be multilevel inverter in high-power applications is becoming increasingly prominent. These inverters are being favored for those abilities for provide pure-quality result voltage of minimal distortion, along with the advantage of requiring semiconductor switches with lower blocking voltage, as comparing to traditional voltage sources inverters. In the project, we introduce a novel configuration known as the dual-T-type five-level CMI, designed specifically for renewable energy applications. This innovation aims to address these challenges without comparing those desirable voltage-boosting capabilities. The core concept revolves around the integration of a half bridge and an inductor to facilitate the gradual charging of a capacitor connected in series with the DC source. The control strategy for this proposed topology is implemented using an Artificial Neural network (ANN) Algorithm. Furthermore, uniform, and coordinated operation can be achieved when extending this configuration in a cascaded manner. The operational principle of this innovative topology is thoroughly analyzed and elucidated. With the continuous development of mobile internet technology, its demand for network performance is also increasing. Although the traditional multi-level structure of network resources enhances the scalability and independence of the network, it cannot be used effectively, nor can it intelligently configure network resources. To this end, this paper explores a new network resource allocation method, namely, a machine learning-based large-scale communication network resource allocation method. This paper first explains the concepts of communication network resource allocation and machine learning, and then proposes the principle of communication network resource allocation based on machine learning. Finally, through experiments, this paper analyzes that the bandwidth utilization rate, data delay and packet loss rate of the communication network resource allocation based on the method in this paper are 78%, 5ms and 0.05%, respectively, and the comprehensive performance is better than other communication network resource allocation methods.

Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of the received signals in wireless communication systems and its estimation plays an important role in demodulation and decoding processing. In this paper, we propose an SNR estimation method combining deep learning and covariance matrix (CM). In the method, CM is used as the input of a convolutional nueral network (CNN) to reduce the compuational complexity. We compare our proposed method with other SNR estimate methods, including classical estimation methods and existing deep learning-based approaches. Results show that our proposed method performs the best in low to medium SNR range in terms of estimation accuracy. In high SNR range, it acheives comparable performance with existing deep learning-based estimation methods. More importantly, our proposed method has far lower computational complexity than existing deep learning-based SNR estimation methods. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, by establishing the Low Voltage Ride Through (LVRT) fault output model of Inverter Interfaced Distributed Generation (IIDG), the voltage information of the power quality detection device (PQMS) is used to establish the fault. Based on the location evaluation function, a new fault location method for an inverter-type DG distribution network is proposed. Firstly, the paper studies the low-voltage ride-through control strategy of inverter DG, establishes the fault characterization model of inverter DG, and analyzes the output characteristics under symmetrical and asymmetrical fault conditions. Then use the distribution network model with inverter type DG to analyze the fault characteristics under different fault conditions. By analyzing the fault component network, the equation of the node voltage with respect to the fault distance and the transition resistance is established, and the precise fault distance is solved by the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm. The method considers the influence of DG output characteristics on fault location of distribution network under fault conditions. Using the voltage information of PQMS, it solves the fault location problem of inverter DG active distribution network under low voltage ride through operation. Finally, an IEEE33 distribution network simulation system with inverter DG is built in DigSilent software to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method.

The internet is rapidly changing and evolving. The present communication form of internet is interaction between human to human. The future demand of internet is internet of Things (IOT) that useful for machine-to-machine interaction to increase the efficiency and quality of the system. The demand of IOT is rapidly increasing and becoming an integral part of wireless communication which is used for many applications such as home automation, health care, industrial process control. It is expected that in future the number of IOT devices increases rapidly. This paper provides the details of general IOT architecture. It also provides a wider sense of IOT interconnection technologies which are used for development of intelligent systems. There are various wireless IOT technologies are developed to support the requirements of smart communication among the objects. In this paper, the existing short range communication technologies in terms of technical parameters are discussed and the future challenges for network interface and massive connectivity are identified. Further, to address these challenges, the different emerging and promising network communication technologies are discussed and summarized in terms of advantages and limitations. Various IOT applications which can be implemented by using this technology are identified. There are various IOT applications in different area of our day-to-day life. Moreover, the key challenges of IOT field are discussed. The main aim to provide a framework to the applications developer that what are the possible interconnection technologies and challenges to be considered while designing the IOT applications. © 2022 IEEE.

When employing CDN for acceleration of streaming media, it is crucial to consider server performance limitations, as failure to do so might negatively impact acceleration results. Traditional CDN load balancing only takes into account network loads, providing limited flexibility in adjusting file servers, and consequently poor adaptability. To address this issue, this article proposes a load balancing algorithm based on Playback Volume and Server Remaining Resources, which can effectively construct a streaming media distribution network and improve CDN performance and efficiency. Specifically, this algorithm calculates the playback volume of each terminal video, dynamically selects CDN acceleration servers, optimizing the CDN network in real time. By employing this method, CDN server load can be effectively alleviated, resulting in improved file hit rates. Experimental results indicate that this algorithm can better adapt to different network environments and server resource conditions, significantly improving video transmission quality, and better meeting user needs and expectations. © 2023 IEEE.

LoRa (Long-Range) technology has imposed itself recently as a strong name in the wireless module market used in IoT (internet of Things) applications. Smart cities and long-range monitoring systems are examples of accomplishments made by the IoT that connect the physical and digital worlds to facilitate human lifestyles, but Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) communication is our concern. Dedicated Short Range Communication (DSRC) and Cellular Vehicle to Everything (C-V2X) are the common wireless technologies used in the V2V industry, as they were originally designed for this purpose, while LoRa is yet to be explored. Testing our experiment using a hardware setup instead of software-based simulations will produce practical and realistic results that can really help improve the performance of V2V networks by discovering new factors that can degrade the signal. LoRa does not consume huge power, as it was originally designed to be a good option for Low Power Wide Area network (LPWAN) devices, because LoRa can only handle small data packets like data coming from sensors. Consequently, the On-Board Units (OBU) supporting LoRa will be affordable to most individuals in society, which will help in increasing road safety and improving traffic management. This paper focuses on designing and establishing communication between two-enabled devices using Arduino MKR WAN 1310, as well as analyzing their performance after deploying a prototype in a real-world context. This prototype is developed with unidirectional connectivity between two nodes. Since the speed of the vehicle and its location from the sender node can affect the flow of data transmission due to the Doppler effect that occurs, the performance of V2V is evaluated based on data transfer consistency and the quality of the transmitted LoRa signals in the real-world environment. The experimental results demonstrated that LoRa is reliable and suitable for V2V communication. © 2023 IEEE.

Data must be transferred in a secure manner in order to transmit information through an industrial network, creating a high security root. A lot of study has been done on wireless internet network routing security issues. Routing security in wireless communication systems (WMN) have attracted a lot of interest. Although there are several solutions to this issue, they all have shortcomings that make it difficult to update WMN security. This problem's suggested solution is a dynamically frequency knowing categorized core differential safe routing (DRCKDS). The sensor nodes of this system keep an eye on a variety of environmental variables, including energy, transmission speed, success rate, and others. To determine the most direct routes between locations, this is employed. The method is used to calculate each route's secure route score (SRM). The optimal transmission path is chosen based on the Predictive control value. Similar to that, the technique creates a large number of encryption data and transmits them across the chosen transmission line. By using the same code that was used to send the packet over the chosen route, the data was encrypted. Both cybersecurity quality and WMN customer satisfaction are enhanced by the technique. © 2023 IEEE.
