The paper discusses the application of the methods of hybrid intelligent multi-agent systems of heterogeneous thinking to solve the problem of planning the restoration of the regional distribution grid after large-scale accidents. In case of large-scale shutdowns in the distribution grid, the problem of optimizing the material resources (stocks, stuff, equipment, human resources) of the energy supplying organization arises to minimize the consequences of the outages. It is characterized by the decision-making time shortage, heterogeneity of continuously incoming information, distribution of the subject and control object, partial observability of the latter, as well as its dynamic nature, which determines the interdependence of the performed actions and the complexity of erroneous solutions correction. Abstract-mathematical models are limited and irrelevant to such problems, and time limits do not allow for a comprehensive collective discussion of the problem by experts. In this regard, the development of intelligent information systems that integrate the knowledge of experts of various specialties, the coordination of many optimality criteria and restrictions in the context of dynamic directly unobservable environments and the lack of time for decision-making, is proposed in this paper.

In this paper a suggested control system for a solenoid coil is proposed. This control model is based on the employment of the electrical part of the solenoid with a conventional proportional, integral, and derivative (PID) controller unit to investigate the performance of the control system. A mathematical model of the system has been derived, and the entire control system simulated via the MATLAB software package. The simulation process included tuning the gain parameters of the controller unit to achieve best behaviour of the system. In the computer simulation, two mathematical models of the electrical part of the solenoid coil were implemented;the first one involved the typical transfer functions of the coil, while the second dealt with an approximate model. The obtained results showed that the control system using the approximate model of the electrical part of the solenoid coil provides a more stable system and can thus be applied with acceptable response.

The potential for using wave energy is very high. According to various estimates, the energy of the world's ocean waves can range from 146 TWh/year to 29,500 TWh/year. A number of mathematical models have been developed for the wave parameters analysis. The mathematical description of wave behaviour is a very complex process. Not least this is due to the complexity of the interaction of the wind that forms the waves with the water surface. As for the Black Sea, the mean annual wave power flux in this region can reach 4.8 kW/m. Such conclusions were made on the basis of modelling; the input was data on bathymetry of the region, wind speed and its direction. The obtained results on significant wave height, wave length and period were compared with the data obtained from the satellite. Many devices that convert wave energy into electrical energy have been developed. The choice of a particular device is based on a number of factors, including the installation site characteristics, weather conditions and economic opportunities. The article proposes a simple mathematical model of a wave, representing it in the form of a sinusoid. It is possible to estimate the wave energy conversion theoretical potential in a given region by analysing the obtained values of the energy received by the converter working surface (for example, turbine blade) after interacting with the wave. Calculations were carried out using the parameters of the Black Sea waves near the Crimean peninsula in winter.

Several statistical distributions are used in generating synthetic temperature data such as normal, gamma and others distribution. However, selecting a best marginal distribution from a variety of distribution is time consuming. If the marginal distribution is misidentified, it led to the underestimation of multivariate model. Hence, this synthetic temperature data failed to represent the actual temperature data. Therefore, a more accurate and general application of probability distribution and a study on how to reduce the discrepancy between variance of observed and synthetic data are needed. In this study, the values of the synthetic variances are observed by incorporating the appropriate level of dependence among the individual monthly amount. Three selected meteorological stations which are Alor Setar, Bayan Lepas and Chuping are used from January 1994 to December 2017. The gamma distribution is proposed to fit the marginal distribution which will be used later to transform the data to uniform unit formed. The correlation coefficient is calculated. Next, the synthetic data will be generated using skew-t copula and the correlation coefficient will be noted. The correlation coefficient of the observed data will be matched to the correlation coefficient of the synthetic data. The result shows gamma distribution is suitable for modelling the marginal distribution of the temperature data. It is found that the skew-t copula can be used to generate synthetic temperature data that is close to the observed data with strong correlation values between the temperature stations. It also shown that the skew-t copula is ideal for modelling synthetic temperature data for strong correlated stations. The synthetic generation of temperature data is important in cases where data is limited or unavailable. The copula model is also expected to reflect approximately real situation of the temperature data in Malaysia that can support flood risk management.

Despite many lower-limb exoskeletons requiring the use of crutches to maintain upright postures, limited research has assessed control of standing balance recovery in these systems. Using a model-based approach, the current simulation study investigated the performance of impedance controllers designed to assist with standing fixed-support balance recovery. A novel multibody dynamic model of the integrated humanexoskeleton system was designed to move in the sagittal plane. Development of the exoskeleton model (Technaid Exo-H3) was accompanied by parameter identification. The balancing torques produced by the human in the model were derived from offline linear control methods and saturated to approximate the torque-production of a young individual either with or without incomplete spinal cord injury. Without intervention, the injured user was not able to recover upright posture following a forward push of specific magnitude. Thus, three feedback control laws, inspired by robotics research (exoskeletons and humanoids), were implemented in the simulated exoskeleton. Each law assisted with balance recovery via reference tracking within the joint and/or whole-body center of mass space. Following optimization of control parameters, all proposed exoskeleton control laws were successful in assisting the injured user return to an upright posture. Joint space control yielded the best jointlevel reference tracking during recovery, while center of mass control better reduced forward center of mass excursions - albeit at the cost of joint-level tracking accuracy.

Prior knowledge of the expected steady state as well as the dynamic response of a machine is useful for hardware operation. In this work, the study of the electromechanical behaviour of an induction machine is carried out through MATLAB, wherein the dynamics between a high rating induction machine and a low rating induction machine is presented. A generic model in combination with the dynamic model is represented for the analytical research purposes. Critical parameters for the transient-stability performances of the two types of induction machines are perused with the aid of mathematical equations.

This study investigates a novel way of analyzing the rheometer curves obtained front an Oscillating Disk Rheometer (ODR) for predicting the non-isothermal curing characteristics of a rubber compound. A mathematical function is proposed to predict the change in the observed rheometer torque as a function of the temperature to model the state of cure under transient temperature conditions. This was achieved by modeling the rheometer curve with the aid of six temperature dependant parametric constants. The proposed function was observed to accurately describe, the shape of the torque rate at any given temperature. The characteristics variation of the parametric constants too have been briefly examined.

This article presents the topical progresses in the arena of an approach to articulate an experimental databased model for jaw type flexible clutches. The developing countries are facing very acute problems of the energy crisis. It has become essential to use human energy for energizing the manufacturing process machine. This kind of machine necessitates a flexible clutch for torque transmission. Due to the intricate impact phenomenon, flexible clutches cannot be deliberate without experimental data. Therefore, the experimentation methodology and experimental setup to evaluate the performance of torque transmitted by the clutch have been augment. It is obliging for selection of the optimum clutch-type for various applications in low powered processing machines. This study of analysing suitable material can be useful for the comparative study of Jaw type flexible clutches and their transmission ability. mathematical model and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) development are essential, to evaluate the belongings of altered components and to make forecasts about behaviour.
