With the development of information technology, industry 4.0, mobile applications, etc., the volume of data has shown explosive growth, NoSQL databases are widely used to support data storage and access services. To resolve the write amplification problem for the common storage architecture LSM-Tree, this paper proposes a novel merge scheme, namely LSMA-Tree, by combining the reading technique of leveling scheme and the writing technique of tiering scheme. For each layer of LSM-Tree, this paper maintains the order of the whole key by files like leveling scheme. Furthermore, in the merging stage of the upper and lower files, LSMA-Tree adopts the "append" rather than "reorganization" method to avoid the read and write operations of the lower files, thereby reducing the number of disk IOs. This paper also designs a new sstable file structure to adapt to the proposed LSMA scheme, and implements and verifies it on LevelDB. Experimental results show that the proposed LSMA scheme can effectively reduce write amplification and improve write performance by more than 50%, while the impact on read performance is less than 5%. © 2025 SPIE.

With the rapid development of rail transit in China, people usually choose to travel by subway, and the subway train system has become an urgent requirement for the advancement of rail transit. This article primarily focuses on the problem of the signal data of subway trains being easily attacked during communication with the central system and proposes a blockchain-based data encryption scheme. The scheme adopts a combination of on-chain and off-chain storage, which reduces the storage pressure of the blockchain. The blockchain is used to encrypt and store the communication data, which ensures data consistency and non-repudiation. At the same time, by employing identity-based proxy re-encryption algorithms, encrypted data is shared between two peer entities without providing valid information to third parties. This method safeguards data privacy and achieves secure data sharing. © 2025 SPIE.

Joint optimization planning of new energy, energy storage, and power grid is very complex task, and its mathematical optimization model usually contains a large number of the variables and constraints, some of which are even difficult to accurately represent in model. The study shows that the charging and the discharging situations of the six energy storage stations (the Dayan Energy storage Station) on September 1st were respectively counted. All six stations were charged during the low valley period in the evening (0:00-8:00), discharged during the peak period in the afternoon (12:00-14:00) for the first time, charged at the same level in the afternoon (17:00-20:00), and discharged during the peak period in the evening (20:00-22:00) for the second time. Daily power generation of each month exhibits the unique operating pattern, and the overall trend of power generation gradually increases in the first 8 months. And power generation characteristics of two typical energy storage power stations within 1-31 days are similar, with the main difference being that there are certain differences in the specific power generation. © 2025 SPIE.

With the increasing demand for supplier evaluation in the power industry, the traditional evaluation system is particularly inadequate in dealing with the complexity of data and intelligent requirements. Existing methods often rely on manual evaluation, which is prone to subjective bias, and lack of flexibility and efficiency when dealing with large-scale and diverse data. Therefore, this paper proposes a new evaluation method for power material suppliers based on the language large model. The method utilizes the powerful data processing and analysis capabilities of the language model, and improves the accuracy and reliability of supplier evaluation through the integration and intelligent analysis of multi-source heterogeneous data. © 2025 SPIE.

The availability of easy image editing tools has flooded the internet with multiple versions of the same image. No matter how vast a cloud repository is provided, it is never enough to hold the data growing at an unprecedented scale. data deduplication enables the removal of extra copies of the same data and manages the storage space efficiently. In this paper, we propose a secure data deduplication approach to identify the duplicate or near-duplicate images without actually looking at the underlying content. It is based on the client-server model where the client encrypts the image prior to outsourcing it to the server, and the server maintains only the unique copies at its end. The image is divided into fixed-size blocks by the server. and performs the deduplication at the block-level, treating each block independently. As a result, blocks that are common between two or more near-duplicate images are stored only once at the server’s database resulting in a big gain in the space savings. The client’s privacy is also preserved in the entire process as the data is encrypted using homomorphic encryption. Further, the data integrity is checked both at the server-side while upload and client-side during download. Experiments are conducted to validate the performance of the proposed approach against various potential attack scenarios, including poison attacks, dictionary attacks, side-channel attacks, and frequency analysis attacks. © 2025 SPIE.

A general data inspection software based on the basic data of multi-source radar was designed, which was the central part of the data pre-processing. In this paper, software requirements analysis, overall architecture design, workflow design and detailed function design were carried out. Detailed functions included radar basic data loading, data analysis and recombination, data inspection requirement analysis, preprocessing model loading and data inspection. data checks included normalization, completeness, correctness, consistency, current status, and satisfaction. Eventually, the software can present the results of the data inspection in the form of visualizations or reports. This software provided more general radar data review and filtering services. © 2025 SPIE.

China is actively promoting the development of renewable energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaic to achieve the goal of "carbon neutrality and carbon peaking". However, renewable energy sources such as wind and solar power have the characteristics of randomness and volatility, leading to a continuous decline in the safe and stable operation level of China's power system. There is an urgent need to equip a large number of reliable and flexible regulatory resources. Among the existing flexible regulation resources, pumped storage power stations are currently the most mature, reliable, and construction-effective large-scale energy storage power sources. They can provide peak shaving, frequency regulation, and other services, as well as undertake emergency backup for power grid accidents, improving the safe and stable operation level of the power grid. Especially, pumped storage power plants have a second level response speed, which can provide a large amount of flexible and reliable regulation capacity for wind power plants, storing excess energy generated by wind power instantaneously, and effectively avoiding waste of wind power *** is a chain composed of blocks one after another. Each block stores a certain amount of information, which is connected into a chain in the chronological order of their respective generation. Therefore, tampering with information in the blockchain is extremely difficult. Compared to traditional networks, blockchain has two core characteristics: first, data is difficult to tamper with, and second, decentralization. Based on these two characteristics, the information recorded by blockchain is more authentic and reliable, which can help solve the problem of people's mutual distrust. © 2025 SPIE.

This paper presents a performance evaluation of optical switches utilizing feedback and re-circulating type buffer architectures, emphasizing their implications for next-generation optical networks. As data traffic continues to escalate due to advancements in digital applications, traditional electronic switching methods struggle to meet increasing demands for speed and capacity. optical switches offer a compelling alternative by directly routing optical signals, thereby reducing latency and enhancing bandwidth. This paper presents the simulation analysis of feed backward and recirculating type buffers in terms of throughput and scalability of both feedback and re-circulating buffer-based optical switches under varying traffic conditions. Simulation results confirm that while feedback buffers have low delay due to short storage duration while re-circulating switches demonstrate superior throughput capabilities during peak demand. The findings provide critical insights for network designers in selecting appropriate switching configurations to optimize performance in future optical networks. © 2025 IEEE.

With the continuous development of photovoltaic power generation and energy storage technology, microgrid systems in industrial parks have gradually become an important means to achieve efficient use of green energy. Aiming at the energy demand of industrial parks, this paper proposes a multi-objective optimization strategy based on the cooperative operation of photovoltaic power generation and energy storage. By analyzing the fluctuation of photovoltaic power generation and the charge-discharge characteristics of the energy storage system, a multi-objective optimization model which can achieve energy balance and maximize economic benefits under different working conditions is constructed. Optimization objectives cover many aspects such as maximizing photovoltaic utilization, minimizing energy storage costs, matching load demand and reducing environmental pollution. In order to solve the multi-objective optimization problem, the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) was used to solve the optimization model, and the actual data of the industrial park was simulated and verified. The results show that the optimization strategy can effectively improve the photovoltaic consumption rate, reduce the operating cost of the system, and ensure the stable operation of important loads, which provides a new technical solution for energy management in industrial parks. © 2025 IEEE.

The software product is proposed for performing the dispatching task of distributing water A method for determining the location of out-of-state situations using the SDS-TWR method is proposed, which allows you to accurately establish the radius of their potential occurrence in the multimedia data store. A new informative parameter for measuring the distance between radio modules located in the multimedia data storage is presented, which is based on the control of the rotational parameters of the direct current electric motor. A new approach to distance measurement is used, which includes the procedure of converting the power of a radio signal into a PWM signal, which affects the speed of rotation of the shaft of an electric motor, which controls a special generator of the frequency of the light flux. Such a procedure allows not only to determine the distance between radio modules, but also to transmit information containing data on the penetration of multimedia data storage using optical communication. The presented technique opens up new prospects for determining the locations of occurrence of emergency situations related to the penetration of multimedia data storage, in the absence of a signal or its insufficient power for data transmission. © 2025 Copyright for this paper by its authors.
