Spoken text disfluency detection is an important component of speech computer recognition systems, and its goal is to effectively identify and remove spoken phenomena such as repetition, pauses, corrections and redundancy contained in AI speech recognition text data, thereby making spoken text data more concise and increasing the readability of its text data, and the technology helps to improve the correctness of computer language information processing tasks. However, in computer science or in linguistics, research on computer language disfluency detection techniques for modern Chinese word classes is almost in an academic gap. Based on a qualitative and quantitative analysis of 50, 000 items of Chinese conference corpus, this study defines what is non-sentence elements in modern Chinesen and using the spoken language corpus, established a reference model for computer processing of disfluency detection components. © 2022 SPIE. ECG signal is an important basis for the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, which contains a lot of information related to disease treatment. Therefore, it is of great significance to process and identify the important characteristics of ECG signal in clinic. Extracorporeal counterpulsation is a kind of equipment to exert pressure on the lower limbs to treat cardiovascular diseases according to the characteristics of ECG signals. In view of the low accuracy of the existing external counterpulsator in the pressure process, based on the traditional medical signal processing methods, an algorithm based on adaptive wavelet threshold is designed to identify the characteristics of ECG signal, and the accuracy of the algorithm is verified by using the data of MIT -BIB standard database. Then, using the ECG signal collected from the negative collector of the external counterpulsation device, the experimental simulation analysis of noise removal and R-wave feature recognition is carried out to verify the feasibility of the algorithm in the application of external counterpulsation. The results show that the recognition accuracy of the wavelet threshold algorithm designed in this paper can reach 99.9%, which is 0.8% higher than other algorithms, which lays a good foundation for the detection and recognition of other wave groups. The application of this algorithm in external counterpulsation device has high safety and reliability. © 2022 IEEE.

The density of electric and magnetic fields reveals the physical mechanisms of absorption phenomenon. This paper presents perfect multiband absorbers formed by Weyl semimetals (WSMs) and dielectric layers over a metallic ground plane. The tunability of absorption frequencies is achieved by changing the WSM chemical potential. Multiband absorbers show absorptivity over 99% and are insensitive to the polarization angle of electromagnetic waves. The proposed absorber has significant potential in terahertz detection, radar stealth, and biological monitoring. © 2021 IET conference Proceedings. All rights reserved.

Every day, a large amount of data is transmitted through the Internet. It is essential that a message be sent to the recipient directly from the sender through the network without the interference of a third party. Hash algorithms can be used to verify the sender and receiver’s identities. Hash algorithms are used to ensure the sender and receiver’s validity and secrecy. The photon algorithm is used to construct a lightweight hash algorithm. When compared to other hash algorithms, the method has an extremely tiny footprint. The report includes the details of the implementation of proposed hash algorithms on the ARTY A7 FPGA board using Vivado 2018.1. The proposed photon algorithm is described in detail, as well as the results produced. When compared to other photon variations, the 80/20/16 variant has the lowest footprint, making it ideal for resource-constrained devices. Our proposed design of photon hash algorithm uses the design of photon 80/20/16 and includes an custom design of standard 8-bit AES S-box. The simulation of our algorithm provides the implementation for very small area-constrained devices with high rate of hash security. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

photoplethysmography (PPG) signal captures blood volume change in the arteries that carry blood. PPG signals are often used to check the cardiovascular health in patients. Health care automation have made more importance into study of PPG signal and its automatic prognosis and diagnosis. In this paper we aim to achieve motion artifact reduction using low rank minimization and PPG signal representation in mathematical form using statistical distribution models. The proposed approach has been tested for Gaussian, Bifurcated Gaussian, Exponentially broadened Gaussian and lognormal distributions. The accuracy of each distribution in modeling the PPG signal was also studied. © 2021 Institute of physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

According to the current development status of Spindt cathode, this paper puts forward the problem that the short circuit failure between emitter and gate seriously affects the yield of Spindt cathode. It was found that the adhesion of metal particles inside the emission unit is the main cause of short circuit. The formation of the particles was investigated. Improvement measures were proposed from the aspect of process to fundamentally avoid the formation of the particles. And the emission unit structure was optimized to make an easier washout of the already formed particles from the cathode cavities. Furthermore, some cleaning techniques were analysed which were expected to effectively remove the firmly adhered metal particles. These feasible solutions to solve the short circuit failure of Spindt cathode are the basis of follow-up research work, and are of great significance for the preparation of Spindt field emission cathode suitable for microwave vacuum electronic devices.

Millimeter-Wave (MMW) imaging technology has been used to detect concealed weapons and contraband carried by personnel in airports and other security locations. In this paper, the MMW near-field holographic imaging based on the vector network analyzer (VNA) is researched. A VNA test system with the MMW horn antennas is established to verify the feasibility of near-field holographic imaging. The MMW image is reconstructed using the wavenumber-domain (ω-k) algorithm. Experimental results confirm that the effectiveness of the VNA test system in near-field holographic imaging. © 2021 IET conference Proceedings. All rights reserved.

At present, high-power terahertz THz radiation sources have received great attention. In order to increase the output power of sheet electron-beam devices, a sub-THz multiple-sheet electron beam traveling wave tube TWT with rectangular metal columns RMCs uniformly positioned along the wide side of the double-staggered grating waveguide dSGW is proposed in this article, contributing to the extended transverse dimension of the sheet electron beam. This SWS operates at high-order TM51-like modes and the RMC is introduced to suppress the mode competition. The initial 3-d particle-in-cell PIC simulation predicts a maximum output power of >1404 W and a gain of > 34.5 dB at 220 GHz with the beam parameters of a voltage of 32 kV and a total current of 1.25 A 0.25 Au5 . © 2021 IET conference Proceedings. Graphene, a single layer of carbon atoms arranged in a two-dimensional honeycomb lattice, has garnered immense attention for its exceptional electrical conductivity, transparency, and mechanical strength. These properties make graphene an ideal candidate for photodetectors, as it can efficiently convert incident photons into electrical signals. The integration of graphene into surface plasmonic devices has opened up new avenues for photodetection technology. In our research, we combine graphene and surface plasmonic devices to realize a high responsivity mid-infrared graphene photodetector with a grating metal/graphene/SiO 2 structure. The Bruker Vertex70 Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used for the mid-infrared spectrum measurement. With different linewidth of Au grating structure, the peak of absorption redshifts as the grating linewidth increases and the intensity is also different. Further, by adding graphene, the total absorption increases. due to these advantages, the Au-grating graphene device can be used as infrared photodetectors.
