In order to properly control rabbles, we shall investigate computer vision and mechanical aid technologies with lending devices here. Machine intelligence, commonly referred to as AI, or algorithms, enables software to improve prediction performance while requiring a deliberate goal to do so. Machine-learning algorithms anticipate new output using historical data as their input. Since information is so crucial, creating novel approaches for effectively administering the neighbourhood, pervasive data gathering systems of today is a crucial next stage for actors and thus is entirely independent. Therefore, deep learning and its autonomous rabbel control support network will be discussed here. With the availability of information expanding through time, education for application in numerous sectors has become more widespread. Many fields have benefited from the use of machine vision, encompassing research and academia database and process visualisation, biomedical imaging, and more. These methods have been applied to safety, computer components, internet websites, and mobile applications. Thus, we can draw an opinion regarding an autonomous assistance system for effective kernel maintenance that is based upon deep ***, COvID-19 is causing mayhem throughout the world. There have found over than 110 million cases, or the number grows daily. Due to the outbreak, or more 4 million people died. The three most affected nations are the Usa, India, and Brazil, and many agencies are working to develop a vaccine. With respect to the expertise, background, and information that the communities of a social affair with a wireless sensor network (WSN) have contributed the purpose of this study is to offer an updated data communication technique under the heading of Secure Communication for Data Centric Social Affair in IoT powered Wireless Sensor Network. The system creates a decentralized and resilient network for the exchange of data using IOT devices. The proposed technique, IoT based Secured Data Exchange Protocol (IoTSDEP), is a new strategy for enriched data sharing across communities. The cross-validated results with the existing method called Network Data Sharing Protocol (NDSP), and the counterpart highlight its significant contributions towards efficient exchange as well as flow of information from one community to another. An IoT-based data sharing protocol is essentially the rules or standards that govern how different 'things' transfer and exchange digital information between them. This protocol is devised to ensure crossfunctionality, reliability and scalability within an IoT-based environment. It utilizes advanced cryptographic techniques, like lightweight encryption algorithms and secures data confidentiality, integrity as well authentication. The framework further includes secure routing protocols and intrusion detection mechanisms to defend against likely threats. The system enhances privacy, trust and collaboration among the members of the community with the provision for secure information flow in WSN. © 2024 IEEE.

Blockchain technology in the supply chain is set to transform how businesses conduct and transact their businesses. This study explores the transformative potential of blockchain through an analysis of key results in four critical areas: transparency and traceability, efficiency and cost reduction, security and fraud prevention, and interoperability with novel technologies. The prospects of blockchain technology are enhanced transparency and traceability through real-time visibility on the movement of products and exact tracing of product origins and histories. This high level of transparency creates trust among the participants in supply chain and smoothens the dispute resolution. Automation of blockchain has led to substantial efficiency gains as manual tasks and operational delays reduce. Such improvements have reduced the operational costs by 15% making the supply chains more agile and efficient. Through an impressive 98% reduction in security incidents and 95% decrease in fraud incidents after blockchain implementation, security improvements are noticeable. The tamper-resistant properties of blockchain play a huge role in achieving these results and ensure the trust of the stakeholders. The integration of emerging technologies, including the IoT and AI, has only made supply chain capabilities broader. Integrating IoT devices effectively enables real-time data capture and surveillance;AI-powered data analytics give actionable intelligence for data-driven decision-support. © 2024 IEEE.

Rigorous Coupled Wave Analysis (RCWA) method is highly efficient for the simulation of diffraction efficiency and field distribution patterns in periodic structures and textured optoelectronic devices such as vCSELs, LEDs, and DOEs. RCWA provides exact solutions provided the Fourier expansion has infinite order. In practice, the Fourier expansion must be truncated due to computer memory limitations. Researchers are trying to utilize fast convergence algorithms such as the `normal vector method' and `Li's rule' which could obtain accurate TM mode results with fewer Fourier orders. However, to thoroughly investigating the behavior of a structure usually requires thousand and even millions of RCWA simulations which may last hours and days. GPU is highly suitable for solutions of complex systems allowing large-scale multi-threaded parallel programming (> 1000 / low-end GPU, >5k / high-end GPU) to speed up matrix computations significantly. In this paper, we present a high-speed RCWA program utilizing optimized CUDA-GPU code and MAGMA libraries. It achieves 2-6 X speedup compared to conventional multithreaded CPU-based code utilizing the Intel MKL library running on IRIDIS 5 super-computer (1 NvIDIA v100 GPU, 40 Intel Xeon Gold 6138 2.0GHz cores CPU)

The Android application market has grown significantly, offering customers an ever-growing range of features to suit a variety of purposes. Users are exchanging more and more sensitive data thanks to the widespread usage of mobile applications, therefore safeguarding personal information is crucial. But this boom has also opened the door for a corresponding rise in cybersecurity risks, especially for malware and adware that target mobile devices. It is imperative to categorise mobile applications into distinct groups such as malware, adware, and benign in order to fortify the mobile ecosystem. This project's primary objective is to create and apply cutting-edge machine learning algorithms that can precisely categorise mobile apps into groups including adware, malware, and benign apps. This will necessitate investigating various machine learning strategies and ensemble methods to improve classification accuracy and robustness. Multiple machine learning models were developed based on feature importance, utilizing various machine learning techniques. The evaluation metrics showcase the effectiveness of the final model, especially the Tuned XGBoost model. While achieving a high overall accuracy of 92.51%, the findings highlight the importance of considering diverse features beyond traditional flow-based ones, providing a more robust and complete perspective on mobile network security. © 2025 The Authors. In today's digitally-driven landscape, where the fabric of business operations is intricately woven into the networks that connect us, the security and privacy of network communications have become paramount concerns. The relentless rise of cyber threats, ranging from sophisticated hacking attempts to insidious malware attacks, underscores the urgent need for organizations to fortify their network infrastructure against potential vulnerabilities. Against this backdrop, a comprehensive project is proposed to establish a robust virtual Private Network (vPN) infrastructure, designed to safeguard network communications and ensure secure connectivity in the face of evolving cyber threats. The cornerstone of this initiative lies in the deployment of a resilient vPN infrastructure, capable of creating secure and encrypted communication channels over public networks such as the internet. By encapsulating data within a private tunnel, vPNs provide organizations with a fortified barrier against unauthorized access and eavesdropping, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information transmitted across the network. This encryption-centric approach serves as the first line of defense, rendering intercepted data indecipherable to potential adversaries and safeguarding against data breaches and privacy infringements. Central to the efficacy of the vPN infrastructure is the implementation of robust encryption protocols. These protocols, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA), employ sophisticated cryptographic algorithms to encrypt data packets, rendering them impervious to interception or tampering. By leveraging industry-standard encryption techniques, organizations can mitigate the risk of data exposure and ensure the privacy of sensitive information traversing the network. Sharing data safely and securely is the need of the hour in many industrial sectors where large volumes of data are generated and shared over the internet. Conventional data sharing schemes rely on centralized storage platform with definite third-party access control mechanism. Hence, it is prone to single point failure, malicious attacks, poor transaction transparency, etc. Advancements in cryptography and blockchain technology are revolutionizing the rapidly growing information systems sector. However, the real-time deployment of blockchain technology encounters many problems such as storage explosion, data leakage problem, etc. An additional layer of encryption can overcome the problem of data leakage. In order to address these issues, this paper presents an Enhanced Attribute Based Encryption (EABE) scheme with lightweight optimal key generation for blockchain technology to improve the security and traceability of shared data. The data is encrypted using Enhanced Attribute Based Encryption (EABE). The underlying key generation step is optimized using bio-inspired metaheuristic optimization algorithms such as Green Anaconda Optimization with Improved Black Widow Optimization (GAO-IBWO). The issue of cheating during exams has become a significant concern, gaining widespread attention from the public and media. This issue has been made worse by the transition of educational institutions to an online format, making it simpler to engage in academic dishonesty. To overcome this problem, developed an innovative solution known as the Online Exam Proctoring Model using You Only Look Once (YOLO) Model. With the use of cutting-edge computer vision algorithms, the proposed model makes use of data from cameras and microphones to automatically spot and prevent cheating during online exams. Face orientation, face spoofing detection, mouth tracking, audio analysis, mobile device recognition, and person counting are among the primary elements built into the model. Object detection algorithms, in conjunction with pre-trained YOLO weights, empower the model to detect mobile devices and count the number of individuals present in the exam environment. The automatic termination of exams upon detection of mobile devices, multiple persons, or no persons for 10 seconds acts as a strong deterrent against cheating. The suggested methodology created a reliable and effective tool for online examinations, guaranteeing the academic integrity and enabling impartial assessment of the skills and knowledge of learners. By implementing this solution, educational institutions can foster a secure online exam environment, promoting a culture of honesty and trust between students and educators. As navigate the evolving environment of education, the model stands as a reliable ally in upholding the credibility and authenticity of online learning experiences. © 2024 Elsevier B.v.. The article discusses the possibilities of using digital twins to predict the bifurcation of the traffic flow. The use of digital twins at different levels of a nonlinear dynamic system makes it possible to stabilize its lifecycle. The system's abnormal states can be predicted by digital twins based on AI algorithms. But the possibilities of such analytics are limited by the large amount of data and calculations based on a traditional element base. A possible solution of the problem is to use neuromorphic computing devices in combination with a conventional element base. The analogue calculations nature allows for additional capabilities for real-time data analysis. That is especially important for making predictions of the behavior of quantities, which can lead to undesirable consequences for the state of the system. The purpose of this article is to explore the possibilities of preventing critical states of the system, such as bifurcation, using digital twins. © 2025 IEEE.

This work outlines a paradigm shift that is created by the integration of wearable devices with the Internet of Things for health consciousness. With the help of the proposed system, the user is given the constant readings of the key heath indicators including heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose level, physical activity, and the quality of sleep, all the data are transferred in real-time to an IoT platform, and the data analysis supported by machine learning algorithms provide the user with individually tailored heath reports. Wearable Medical today carried out a 90 persons trial over a six-month long program and noted changes in health parameters, user interactions and results. Several client outcomes highlighted that clients' heart rate, blood pressure and glucose levels, physical activity, and sleep quality improved. The system also provided strong control in data protection and the compliance with different regulations which is needed for any company. Although there are issues with device and network integration and the supporting architecture, the study demonstrates the system's capability of decreasing hospital attendance, increasing medication compliance and quality of life, thereby opening up possibilities for exploring wearable health technologies in clinical environments in the future. © 2024 IEEE.
