The advent of connected and autonomous vehicles (CAvs) holds immense promise for revolutionizing road safety and efficiency. Communications between the vehicles and other road users or elements (v2X) opens various possibilities that can prevent accidents and fatalities. vulnerable Road Users (vRUs), like pedestrians and cyclists, are at particular risk since a collision with a vehicle has a high likelihood of inflicting severe injuries. On the other hand, vRUs usually have one or more connected devices, and these can be used to increase their safety by allowing the prediction and prevention of collisions with CAvs. However, for this to be possible, it will be necessary to ensure not only reliable and low latency communication between the vRUs, CAvs and, eventually, Road Side Units (RSUs), but also the development of robust and reliable collision prediction algorithms capable of anticipating potential collisions and enabling timely interventions to prevent accidents. This paper presents a system that can be used to track a vehicle and a vRU, predict possible collisions and alert the vRU about the incoming danger. Additionally, it delves into the intricate aspects of collision prediction algorithms for CAvs, addressing the fundamental requirements for effective collision prediction and presenting a balanced approach that meets the demands of speed, accuracy, robustness, adaptability, and scalability.

The study of the effect of quantum noise on the accuracy of modeling quantum systems on a quantum computer using the Zalka-Wiesner method is carried out. The efficiency of the developed methods and algorithms is demonstrated by the example of solving the nonstationary Schrödinger equation with allowance for quantum noise for a particle moving in the Pöschl-Teller potential. The analysis and prediction of accuracy for the Zalka-Wiesner method are carried out taking into account the complexity of the quantum system and the strength of quantum noise. In our opinion, the considered problem provides a useful test for assessing the quality and efficiency of quantum computing devices on various physical platforms currently being developed. The obtained results are essential for the development of high-precision methods for controlling the technologies of quantum computations. © 2022 SPIE.

IoT (Internet of Things) technology enables the connectivity and communication of healthcare-related equipment, medical devices, and sensors. This connectivity enables better monitoring, data collecting, and analysis, which leads to better patient outcomes and more effective healthcare delivery. However, with the rising use of linked devices, it is critical to detect and prevent Cyberattacks in order to secure sensitive patient information. In order to tackle this problem, the article delves into the application of machine learning methods like Support vector Machine (SvM), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Logistic Regression (LR), Random Forest (RF), and Naive Bayes (NB), These algorithms were evaluated using the WUSTL EHMS2020 dataset and demonstrated the highest level of accuracy.

Edge computing in this period makes it difficult to deploy, AI ensemble on resource limited devices together flow the computation complexity and the system performs. The methods state below presents a comprehensive approach to the optimizing envelope of resources in generative AI sheaves for edge computing while characteristic adaptability, privacy and efficiency are minded. With improvement of model compression, hardware acceleration, and model optimization, computational cost can be reduced with high quality generated objects. Privately-oriented algorithms like federated learning and differential privacy provide entity safety of the data in the distributed and collaborative edge environments. Intelligent distribution resources management policies perform such actions instantaneously on-demand and automatically, hence improving performance. The experiments prove that the methodology is worthy to trusted adopting as it facilitates calculational efficiency, generates high quality results and also protects the information of the users. The ongoing evolution and sharing of new technologies including generative AI enhance edge intelligence and stimulate innovative breakthroughs in next generation devices while influencing society.

Dairy farming faces challenges with traditional manual milk quality monitoring systems since it’s time-consuming and prone to errors. In response, the study presents a novel IoT-based milk quality monitoring system. In real-time, the device uses strategically positioned sensors to monitor essential characteristics like fat content, acidity levels, and microbial contamination. With wireless data transfer and central processing, the system provides timely feedback and alarms, allowing proactive intervention to maintain quality requirements. Machine learning (ML) algorithms improve the system’s ability to detect quality abnormalities, resulting in accurate and fast alerts for dairy producers. Compared to manual systems, the results show significant improvements in efficiency and specific quality parameters, including higher accuracy ($95 \%$), precision ($92 \%$), sensitivity ($94 \%$), specificity ($96 \%$), lower contamination levels ($10 \mathrm{CFU} / \mathrm{ml}$), and improved fat content $\mathbf{(} 3.8 \%$) and acidity $\mathbf{(0 . 1 5 \%)}$ measurements. The IoT-based method provides dairy producers a cost-effective, scalable, and dependable solution for optimizing milk production operations and preserving product integrity.

Compute requirements for state-of-the-art artificial intelligence applications are growing at a rate that is unprecedented in the field of high performance computing. New hardware technologies and architectures are being developed towards closing the gap between traditional compute advancement cycles, typically bound by an 18 month cadence, and what is required to power increasingly large parameter count neural networks. Silicon photonics is typically viewed as a communications platform. Here, we will discuss a brief history of optical computing in both the classical and quantum regimes, what's changed, and how silicon photonics can be applied to the problem of accelerating artificial intelligence algorithms. We will also discuss a novel, wafer-scale, switchable photonic fabric implemented in a hybrid CMOS photonics process with reticle-stitched transistors and photonic components and integrated III-v lasers.

Since quantum computing technologies are still in their early development phase, quantum circuits are created mainly by manual placement of logic elements. This development approach has the drawback of becoming inefficient due to lack of human comprehension when analyzing large circuits that correspond to complex algorithms. Because, even a slight increase in the number of operations in a quantum algorithm, could lead to the significant increase in size of its corresponding quantum circuit. Therefore, the purpose of creating Quantum Circuit Synthesizer "Naginata"is to improve the development and debugging processes of quantum circuits by introducing dynamically scalable compositions for common operations such as: the adder, multiplier, digital comparator (comparison operator), etc., turning them into building blocks for quantum programs, as well as providing a stable platform for creating more of these compositions. This way, our quantum synthesizer is opening an opportunity to implement quantum algorithms using higher-level commands. The programmer could implement a quantum algorithm with these generic blocks, and the quantum synthesizer would create a suitable circuit for this algorithm, in a format that is supported by the chosen quantum computation environment. With the help of simple command logging and using coding for building quantum circuits, this approach has the potential to significantly simplify and enhance the development and debugging processes of quantum circuits. The proposed approach for implementing quantum algorithms could have a potential application in the field of machine learning, in this regard, we provided an example of creating a circuit for training a simple neural network. Neural networks have a significant impact on the technological development of the transport and road complex, and there is a potential for improving the reliability and efficiency of their learning process by utilizing quantum computation. © 2022 IEEE.

Despite the extensive efforts devoted to fire safety campaigns, the annual incidence of fire outbreaks continues to surge. This alarming trajectory underscores the pressing need for an advanced system engineered to detect fires in their early stages and actively contribute to fire-fighting operations. Contemporary research endeavors are primarily oriented towards the refinement of multi-sensor algorithms designed for fire detection, with the overarching objective of bolstering the sensitivity of fire detection devices while concurrently curtailing the occurrence of false alarms. This intellectual work introduces a meticulously designed and implemented multisensor fire detection and notification system, employing fuzzy logic as its fundamental framework. The essential role of a microcontroller comes into play as it processes data collected from an array of sensors, including the MQ2 smoke sensor, TMP102 temperature sensor, and DFRobot flame sensor. The utilization of fuzzy logic algorithms facilitates precise determination of the prevailing fire status, further enhancing the reliability and effectiveness of the system.

the primary purpose is to investigate the possibility of utilizing quantum algorithms in order to improve the error rate of quantum computing devices. The Components and Procedures: We gathered twenty samples and divided them into two distinct groups. Novel Quantity Computational algorithms are included in Group 1, while the Deutsch Jozsa algorithm is included in Group 2. In Group 1, there are ten samples, and in Group 2, there are also ten samples. The G power is one hundred percent, and the Alpha and Beta values are 0.05 and 0.2 individually. End Result: A high error rate of $55.6 \%$ was created by the Novel Quantity computational approach that was proposed, in comparison to the Deutsch Jozsa algorithm, which produced a rate of $48.8 \%$. As a consequence of the results, it is clear that there was not a significant statistical difference between the two groups, and the $\mathbf{p}$ value is 0.2. This demonstrates that the hypothesis is correct, and it is accomplished by the utilization of an independent sample T test. The mean error rate detection is 2 standard deviations. Therefore, the error rate of the Novel Quantity computational method is significantly higher than the error rate of the Deutsch Jozsa algorithm. This is the conclusion that can be drawn from the findings.

Unprecedented levels of speed, capacity, and connectivity for billions of devices are all on the horizon with the introduction of 5G wireless networks, which constitute a significant leap in mobile communication technology. These improvements, however, bring with them significant security concerns that need to be addressed in order to protect sensitive data and guarantee the privacy of users. This study analyzes the data encryption methods and authentication protocols that are specifically created for 5G networks, which are specifically designed for the next generation of mobile communication. To begin, we conduct an analysis of the inherent weaknesses that are present in the wireless communication systems that are now in use. This analysis drives home the point that robust encryption mechanisms are required to protect against unwanted access and data breaches. Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC), Quantum Key Distribution (QKD), and homomorphic encryption are some of the advanced algorithms that are discussed in our research paper. A variety of encryption methods that are designed for 5G architecture are also discussed. As part of the 5G ecosystem, we evaluate how well they are able to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity of data while taking into account the limitations imposed by devices with limited resources. Further, we investigate novel authentication protocols, such as Mutual Authentication and Enhanced Authentication and Key Agreement (EAKA), which are designed to improve the level of security that is present during the interaction between the user and the network equipment. In order to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and resilience of these encryption algorithms and authentication procedures in the face of growing threats in the 5G landscape, we conduct a series of simulations and comparative data analysis.
