Physics-aware machine learning (ML) techniques have been used to endow data-driven proxy models with features closely related to the ones encountered in nature. Examples span from material balance and conservation laws. Physics-based and data-driven reduced-order models or a combination thereof (hybrid-based models) can lead to fast, reliable, and interpretable simulations used in many reservoir management workflows. We built on a recently developed deep-learning-based reduced-order modeling framework by adding a new step related to information of the input-output behavior (e.g., well rates) of the reservoir and not only the states (e.g., pressure and saturation) matching. A Combination of data-driven model reduction strategies and machine learning (deep-neural networks – NN) will be used here to achieve state and input-output matching simultaneously. In Jin, Liu and Durlofsky (2020), the authors use a NN architecture where it is possible to predict the state variables evolution after training an autoencoder coupled with a control system approach (Embed to Control - E2C) and adding some physical components (Loss functions) to the neural network training procedure. In this paper, we extend this idea by adding the simulation model output, e.g., well bottom-hole pressure and well flowrates, as data to be used in the training procedure. Additionally, we added a new neural network to the E2C transition model to handle the connections between state variables and model outputs. By doing this, it is possible to estimate the evolution in time of both the state variables as well as the output variables simultaneously. The method proposed provides a fast and reliable proxy for the simulation output, which can be applied to a well-control optimization problem. Such a non-intrusive method, like data-driven models, does not need to have access to reservoir simulation internal structure. So it can be easily applied to commercial reservoir simulations. Based on the basic concept of digital twinning and virtual reality, this paper constructs the five-dimensional structure model of logistics distribution digital twinning and the overall framework of logistics distribution system driven by digital twinning. At the same time, this paper studies and designs the intelligent scheduling management system and establishes the software system architecture and communication network. The system aims at the problem of simultaneous distribution vehicle routing with random cargo demand under multi-center joint distribution mode. At the same time, the width and depth of adaptive neighborhood search frequency strategy and adaptive inferior solution acceptance mechanism are proposed to balance population evolution. The experimental simulation shows that the system can effectively solve the road disturbance caused by vehicles or vehicles in the distribution process and achieve better logistics distribution.

In flip chip packaging, the molded underfill(MUF) integrates the underfilling and molding processes to reduce manufacturing cost and cycle time of process, but is difficlut to obtain high quality filling due to void trapping problem. Virtually, from a technical perspective, it is a microinjection molding process, the MUF process can be thought as a pressure-driven suspension flow. For transfer molding, the main factors affecting the reliability of products include the properties of filling materials, injection process parameters and the geometry of the cavity. In this paper, 3D mold flow modeling of the transfer molding process with MUF using Moldflow is applied. By designing DOE experiments, the MUF process parameters were optimized under different packaging structures of flip chip, and the influence of different methods of chip placement on the molding results was discussed, providing a basis for the design and optimization of process parameters and chip geometry structure.

The Predictive Cruise Control (PCC) algorithm is currently being utilized to address the high energy consumption issue in heavy-duty trucks. The premise for achieving significant energy-saving effectiveness with the PCC algorithm lies in accurately obtaining engine fuel consumption model. In this paper, we develop a data-driven fuel consumption model, which uses Gaussian processes regression to learn the prediction error between static fuel consumption map and actual fuel consumption rate. This model possesses the following characteristics: (i) Improved accuracy in predicting fuel consumption rates; (ii) Online parameter updating; (iii) Assisting PCC algorithm in higher energy-saving rates without increasing computational complexity. Through simulation validation, the learning-based model improves fuel consumption rate prediction accuracy by 26.9%. Moreover, the PCC algorithm, which uses this advanced model, has been compared with Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and the original PCC, achieving energy-saving improvements of up to 9.6% and 3.1%, respectively.

Concentrate grade is an important evaluation index in the flotation process, which reflects the rich degree of specific recovery components in the concentrate. In this paper, the copper and silver ore grades in LinXi Mining Co., Ltd are taken as the research object. Given the difficulty in identifying the flotation process through mechanism modeling, the recurrent neural network model of the flotation process is established by using the idea of data-driven. Considering that the learning parameters are randomly selected, an improved RNN model is proposed by introducing the index function which optimizes the model parameters to obtain better modeling performance. The simulation results show that the improved recurrent neural network model can effectively identify the flotation process compared with the traditional RNN model and ARMAX model. Despite the vast research on the flexibility of buildings consumption, current literature is more about predicting the impacts of energy flexibility than focusing on its modeling. In this paper, a methodology is provided to go from data-driven modeling of the load consumption to an optimization problem with a Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP) formulation. Illustrated on an Energy Intensive Industries (EH) with an economic point of view, the methodology is suitable for any consumption site, allowing optimal energy planning studies at the district scale. Thus, it facilitates the definition of flexibility strategies to exploit the complementary of uses of the districts.

The task scheduling of administrative system makes use of the business transmission of data in the system, which brings an opportunity for the development of electronic administration. The task scheduling technology of administrative system refers to an optimization technology driven by administrative tasks and control requirements, which can eliminate constraint conflicts in the process of administrative system tasks execution and maximize the benefits of administrative system tasks and control by modeling tasks and resources. The decision tree (DT) algorithm is applied to it. The advantages of DT method are high computational efficiency, easy to understand, low computational complexity, and strong advantages for discrete data processing. The advantages and disadvantages of DT can be evaluated from two aspects: the correctness of DT and the testing of the sample library. This article uses the DT algorithm to analyze the task scheduling algorithm of administrative management systems and generate relevant DT. Afterwards, through the analysis of DT, it can help us better understand the key points of evaluation, so as to make more plans for our work and improve work efficiency.

Traditional methods of operation and resource management are unable to keep up with the growth of air traffic and passenger numbers. Delays, congestion, and suboptimal resource allocation have become urgent problems requiring efficient solutions. RBF networks offer the potential to optimize various aspects of aviation and transportation systems by leveraging historical data, real-time information, and predictive modeling. The optimization of flight routes is a complex endeavor that requires consideration of numerous factors, including weather conditions, air traffic congestion, fuel consumption, and flight schedules. By utilizing RBF networks, we intend to analyze these factors and provide recommendations for optimal flight routes that minimize travel time, fuel consumption, and emissions while ensuring passenger safety and convenience. We propose integrating intelligent RBF networks into existing aviation and transportation infrastructure to address this issue. By analyzing real-time data and historical patterns, RBF networks can identify optimal flight routes, suggest alternate routes when necessary, and aid in adjusting routes based on dynamic conditions. This integration seeks to streamline operations, reduce flight times, improve fuel efficiency, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the system. The originality of this study resides in its application of RBF networks to the optimization of flight routes in aviation and transportation systems. While RBF networks have been utilized in a variety of domains, their incorporation into the complexities of flight route optimization remains understudied. By leveraging the power of RBF networks, we intend to provide intelligent solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and contribute to the development of sustainable transportation systems.
