The article analyzes queuing systems' stationary, ordinary recurrent streams of applications. The effect of correlation between the incoming flows of requests for queue sizes is determined. The article shows that the queue formation process in systems with a batched stream is cyclic. This process is divided into two sub-cycles: active and passive. Due to cycle analysis the generalization of the well-known Khinchin-Pollaczek formula is found. This formula was applicable only for Poisson queue flows before. The determined effect of correlations on the queue's size is shown. The article proves that the maximum value of the covariation function's integral of the applications' number on intervals of the application's service fully determines the middle size of queue into primary queuing systems with established load factor.

The paper presents the methodological aspects of numerical method for capacity estimating for channels with memory caused by its frequency selectivity, when a multipositional phase shift keyed signal is used as a signal. The capacity estimations were made for such communication channels with the most common amplitude-frequency responses. A variant of code-time-division multiple access is considered. The emitted radio signal is a structured relatively short code constructions that performing a direct extension of the carrier frequency spectrum, immediately consecutive and modulating it. Herewith, the uniform amplitude envelope ( modulus of the complex envelope) of the resultant group signal emitted into the radio channel is retained, if the influence of low-pass filters that limit out-of-band emissions is not included. The structure of the codes allows to implement modulation methods of the carrier frequency, similar to QAM, but more efficient. All structures include fragments of arbitrarily long code that couple them and is designed for solving a wide range of tasks related to the temporal structuring of the communication channel, synchronization, processing of multipath signals in the Rake-receiver, positioning, etc.
