The traffic safety of an automatic transport facility is one of the most pressing and interesting problems. The use of neural networks to solve this problem is the most promising development. The problem of constructing the trajectory of a transport object in the event of a dead-end obstacle is described in our article. A model of the control system is proposed, in which the constantly updated information received from the sensors is analyzed. At the same time, it should be noted that this information contradicts some unchanged data that are taken from global sensors. An external object that can change the rules for the movement of vehicles in the current conditions conducts data analysis. Based on the results of this analysis, it is proposed, according to a certain algorithm, to change the route of the autonomous object in accordance with the shortest option for returning to the original trajectory. The article defines a neural network according to the energy function that minimizes the cost of movement and ensures the safety of an autonomous object. © 2022 IEEE.

This paper is dedicated to solving the task of linearization an amplified tract in order to reduce the nonlinear distortions level of amplitude phase shift keying signals with different orders. Wiener model was used as power amplifier (PA). Digital predistortion method based on a memory polynomial model was used as a linearization method. The studies were carried out in MATLAB/Simulink visual programming environment. Evaluation of the efficiency of the realized compensation algorithm was based on the following parameters: Adjacent Channel Power Ratio (ACPR), Error Vector Magnitude (EVM), Amplitude Modulation/Amplitude Modulation (AM/AM) and Amplitude Modulation/Phase Modulation (AM/PM) characteristics, Bit Error Rate (BER) dependence on bit signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Thanks to the inclusion of Digital Predistorter (DPD) in the channel, we were able to achieve significant improvements in all parameters for each modulation case. © 2022 IEEE.

The article presents the interim results of a study of forming the functional architecture of the dispatching control system for public transport with the advent of highly automated public transport. In particular, the issue of the composition of information protocols for data exchange between a vehicle and a dispatching system were investigated. The first section analyzes and synthesizes the capabilities of modern dispatch control systems in the context of the main control systems based on open sources of information. The second section analyzes the applicability of the SAE classification to route passenger transport, taking into account the specifics of public transport operations. In the third section, the possibilities of modern automated dispatch control systems (ADCS) to switch to automatic control are considered. In the fourth section, the material presented in the first three paragraphs is used to form a list of dispatching commands, develop their format, as well as the mode of exchanging information messages between a vehicle at various levels of automation and application programs of an automated dispatching system. © 2022 IEEE.

Existing technological trends in using of various types of gas motor fuel (GMF) on transport require more thorough control of the technical condition of motor vehicles running on GMF (compressed natural gas and compressed hydrogen) and infrastructure facilities. The main problems are related to the increased danger of gas motor fuel due to the occurrence of possible leaks and non-compliance with the requirements for the operation of gas equipment. The article discusses the causes of emergencies, measures to prevent them, the requirements for intelligent systems for monitoring and preventing accidents and disasters due to leakage of combustible gases GMF. To analyze the main causes of accidents on GMF vehicles and on infrastructure, the method of constructing and analyzing fault trees (FTA) is used. According to preliminary estimates, when creating and using intelligent safety monitoring systems (ISMS), it will be possible to reduce the probability of failures leading to GMF leaks on vehicles and objects of infrastructure by about 15-20%. © 2022 IEEE.

Ensuring flight safety is a priority for the development of modern both civil and military aviation. In particular, navigation systems and on-board information systems being developed to improve safety. Database is the kernel of a modern on-board complex and information system. At the initial stage of design of such systems, it is necessary to construct their functioning effective models. You can use both analytical and simulation models for it. When construct an analytical model of the database of the on-board computing complex, it is necessary to take into account many factors, including the nature of the allocating law of input flows and of the service time of of queries. In this article constructed an example of such model. To show assess the adequacy of the model, a comparison of analytical results and simulation modeling given. © 2023 IEEE.

At present, there is a need for on-board antenna of radio date communication of target information. This is actually for all types of spacecrafts, including small spacecrafts. An overview of the using types of on-board antennas of radio date communication of target information is presented. Advantages and disadvantages are shown. In this paper a scheme for constructing an antenna array of polarizers with a linear partition is proposed, which provides the required energy and polarization characteristics of the antenna array of radio date communication of target information installed on-board the spacecraft. Numerical modeling of the element and the antenna array is carried out. The influence of the element design parameters on the directional characteristics and frequency characteristics is determined. The methods of synthesis of the radiation pattern of a multi-element antenna array and the issues of its practical implementation are considered. © 2022 IEEE.

The problem of ensuring economic security in the field of development and production of intelligent on-board systems is considered by choosing the optimal set of operations and measures of an organizational and technological nature, identifying and analyzing the cause-and-effect nature of threats and choosing adequate measures to counter them according to the criterion of optimal expected costs or maximum security with restrictions in the form of given allowable costs for them.
