The article presents the current problems related to optimization of MSW (municipal solid waste) transportation and sorting. The relevance of this topic in the modern world is at the highest level, the amount of garbage is growing, and territories are limited, which leads to the issue of waste recycling. One of the modern technologies for automation of waste recycling plants was considered. And also, the economic aspect of processing, with the possibility of excluding a person from the process of monitoring the performance of the technological process. © 2021 IEEE.

The present article engages with the ongoing discourse surrounding the implementation of artificial intelligence and explainable artificial intelligence within the domain of information security systems. In the context of escalating cyber threats and mounting data volumes, conventional defense methodologies are proving to be inadequate. Consequently, the integration of artificial intelligence has emerged as a pivotal strategy to enhance the efficacy of threat detection and response processes. The article delves into the intricacies of explainability in artificial intelligence decision-making, exploring explainable artificial intelligence techniques such as local interpretable model-agnostic explanations, shapley additive explanations, gradient-weighted class activation mapping, and layer-wise relevance propagation. These techniques facilitate a more profound comprehension of the rationale behind artificial intelligence models' decisions, thereby enhancing the interpretability of these models. The discourse further encompasses the trade-offs between the accuracy and explainability of artificial intelligence models, along with their potential applications in security information management systems to enhance the efficiency and quality of incident analysis. The integration of explainable artificial intelligence into information security systems has the potential to enhance user confidence in artificial intelligence technologies and optimize human-machine interaction.

The problem of increasing the noise-proof feature of communication systems, along with increasing the communication channel capacity, is currently important. In many areas of wireless engineering (in radiolocation and communications for example), it becomes necessary to receive and process signals, some characteristics of which (for example, amplitude, frequency, or initial phase) are unknown. Methods of statistical radio engineering, as well as algorithms for blind signal processing, can be used to eliminate a priori uncertainty. The problem of comparative analysis of some common algorithms for blind signal processing in the tasks of separating radio signals from mixtures with interference and noise was considered. In the study, the algorithms JADE, FastICA, SOBI and AMUSE were considered. Amplitude-, frequency- and phase-shift keyed signals against the background of additive noise, impulse noise and cochannel noise were considered as useful signals. Based on the results of simulation modeling, the effectiveness of these algorithms is compared when distinguishing between several types of signals in the presence of various types of interference. The above research results can be useful when choosing a blind processing algorithm for subsequent practical application. © 2021 IEEE.

Learning management systems are an important element of the educational process, providing students with a variety of educational material and giving teachers the opportunity to monitor students' knowledge and assess their progress. However, an increase in the number of students leads to the growth of the load on data transmission channels, which can negatively affect the quality of education. To solve this problem, content delivery networks are used, which speed up the loading of web resources and reduce the workload on servers. An enterprise service bus can significantly improve the performance of content distribution algorithms in a content delivery network. It is especially useful in distance learning, where fast and reliable delivery of educational material, feedback, performance analytics and other functions are required. In this work the features and benefits of using an integration bus to optimize content delivery network operation within learning management systems are discussed. The results of experiments using the content delivery network with an algorithm for optimizing content delivery based on the integration bus 1C:Bus are presented. It is shown that the average time of content distribution across network nodes is reduced by 25%. Implementation of an integration data bus in a distance learning system can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of the educational process.

The article is devoted to modeling a subsystem to ensure the safe movement of an autonomous object. The influence of other vehicles on safety is considered. To determine the position of various traffic participants, it is proposed to predict their position after a certain time interval. Vehicle location data can be obtained from local sensors. Global positioning is used when building a route for an autonomous object. To ensure the processing of large amounts of data, it is proposed to use neural networks. They can perform real-time calculations, which is important for autonomous operation. A combination of neural networks is used to predict the position of objects and to select a safe trajectory. This makes it possible to take into account the possible exit of vehicles moving along the sidewalk onto the carriageway. The simulation was carried out in the C# programming language

The article deals with the problems associated with servicing the population in the field of solid municipal waste removal from garbage containers/bunkers. The authors propose a concept for the development of a software and hardware complex consisting of a device for collecting, processing and transmitting information, which is equipped with garbage containers / bunkers, and special software that uses the transmitted information. The device proposed by the authors is equipped with sensors of filling, smell, location, which allows operators for the removal and disposal of waste to optimize logistics activities due to the timeliness of waste removal, minimizing idle runs. The authors have developed an algorithm for constructing a detour route for containers in need of export, which is based on a genetic algorithm, as well as information received from sensors. The approach proposed by the authors will help solve a number of other problems in the field of waste management by controlling the timeliness of their removal.

The article discusses possible areas of work in the software package for 1D modeling AVL Cruise M. An example of calculating the driving cycle of a passenger car with classic and hybrid power unit is given. The object of the study and the results of validation of its model are given. It is shown that the model has a high similarity with the real prototype. Acceleration to maximum speed and the NEDC driving cycle for both variants of the power unit are simulated. According to the calculation results, acceleration characteristics and maps of the main operating modes of the internal combustion engine are formed.

In this paper we discuss the problem of establishment of estimated parameters limits for on-board radio electronic equipment. An indicator of compliance with a multi-parameter electronic equipment is proposed, based on minimizing the dimension of the vector of parameters that directly determine the objective function, approximating the tolerance region by hyperplanes, taking into account changes in parameters during operation. The correspondence indicator has the form of a hyperparallelepiped, and when assessing the correspondence, both the location of the point of the state space inside the parallelepiped and the distance from the point of the state space to the reference plane (the face of the hyperparallelepiped) can be determined. The example of using the developed indicator for analyzing the movement of an aircraft in an air corridor is proposed. © 2021 IEEE.

The article discusses the use of continuous processors to generate analog signals of a given shape in a continuous time interval. The purpose of the development is to create built-in devices for monitoring signal parameters for radio engineering systems. The main element of the generator is an analog function interpolator controlled by continuous processors. The generator's operation is based on the approximation of signal functions by its tabulated values. The signal is synthesized at conjugate time intervals by the method of forming a spline model of the function. To calculate the spline coordinates, the polynomials of Newton, Bessel and Stirling are used. The proposed approach makes it possible to create small-sized devices for synthesizing signals of a given shape using analog elements. © 2021 IEEE.

At that moment the volume of transmitted data grows according to the exponential law through all available communication channels. In this regard, more and more often this leads to the need to work in data transfer mode at a speed higher than the Nyquist rate. In this article, resolution time theory is used to develop novel approach jitter analysis dependent on the data that contributes to the overall jitter in frequency selective channels with PAM-n-signals. A novel approach has the following features: 1) the computational complexity is sub-exponential in the amount of effective memory; 2) no restrictions associated with the shape of the pulse; 3) strict rule is given for estimating the channel memory when using PAM-n-signals, which does not use the rule of maximum a posterior probability
