Purpose of this study is effective registration of low-amplitude high-frequency components with predictive value - ventricular late potentials (VLPs) - in electrocardiosignals (ECS) by Ist standard lead. 232 signals were preliminary evaluated to detect VLPs by Simson's method. VLPs were detected in 34 signals. Modification of signal-averaged approach was applicated to analyzed signals. Power spectrums of heartbeat signals' terminal part were analyzed in this study. Designed algorithm showed 82.75% of correct decisions. Originality: new parameter to detect VLPs by Ist standard lead lead was proposed. Parameter's threshold value is calculated. Threshold frequencies with maximal percentage of correct decisions were determined. Opportunity to detect VLPs in signals by Ist standard was evaluated: it is possible to detect VLPs using spectral analysis. Practical significance: results will be useful for ECS analysis block in telemedicine systems and onboard communications. © 2023 IEEE.

Frequency plan of the new standard of mobile communication systems 5G New Radio contain a large number of time division duplex bands. At the same time number of antennas in MIMO systems increases at the both sides on base station and on user equipment. The main goal of new technologies applying is to achieve high throughput according new enhanced mobile broadband scenarios: eMBB, uRLLC, mMTC. There are a lot of different methods for spatially signals processing, including precoding, beamforming, space-time codes, antenna selection. We proposed combined precoding technique with antenna selection, based on channel reciprocity principle, implemented in frequency bands with TDD mode. Proposed precoding technique with antenna selection can significantly increase the energy efficiency of multi-antenna systems with antenna configurations of the considered type, where user equipment has a large number of antennas. In addition, the proposed precoding algorithm has a low computational complexity and does not require the high efficiency feedback channel. © 2021 IEEE.

The article proposes a Connected Vehicle Remote Diagnostic System, designed for operational monitoring of the technical parameters of the vehicles systems in real time, from anywhere with a connection. This function is achieved by the fact that the data collection and transmission equipment is equipped with an adapter for monitoring the technical and operational parameters of vehicles and transmitting these parameters to the terminal device for subsequent sending to the telematic server, the adapter is connected to the CAN buses through the diagnostic connector in the vehicle and is coordinated with them on the software and hardware level. The system is designed to remotely communicate with owners and maintenance personnel to vehicle and provide vehicle warnings and information, including location, performance and service data, to make decisions about where and how the vehicle is used. The system provides critical system readings of temperature and pressure for specific vehicle functions, including hydraulic, transmission and cooling systems. © 2021 IEEE.

IP video cameras and camera modules are widely used, including in on-board equipment, due to the lack of reference to television standards for image decomposition and interface flexibility, and they are coming to replace solutions based on analog, SDI family and other standards. On-board systems commonly control objects whose position changes over time. IP cameras, due to the applied video processing algorithms, usually transmit the image of static objects with the best quality. Methods of measuring parameters and video cameras involve the use of test tables, thus, the degradation of the quality of time-varying scenes is not controlled. A method for controlling the quality of transmission of moving objects is proposed. Along with subjective assessment, a methodology for obtaining objective parameters characterizing the degree of degradation of a moving image and threshold values of the speed of movement of objects and their illumination was developed. © 2020 IEEE.

At that moment the volume of transmitted data grows according to the exponential law through all available communication channels. In this regard, more and more often this leads to the need to work in data transfer mode at a speed higher than the Nyquist rate. In this article, resolution time theory is used to develop novel approach jitter analysis dependent on the data that contributes to the overall jitter in frequency selective channels with PAM-n-signals. A novel approach has the following features: 1) the computational complexity is sub-exponential in the amount of effective memory;2) no restrictions associated with the shape of the pulse;3) strict rule is given for estimating the channel memory when using PAM-n-signals, which does not use the rule of maximum a posterior probability © 2023 IEEE.

Modelling of multipath signal propagation at 1.9 MHz has been carried out for different locations of reradiating objects relative to the transmitting antenna. Objects in the form of a vertical rod, a mast, a flat screen and towers of various shapes are considered. It has been shown that distortions of the phase radiation pattern of more than 10 degrees can appear at distances between the reflecting object and the antenna up to 500 m or more. The object height and shape are of great importance. ©2024 IEEE.

The express diagnostics of multi-mode discrete-nonlinear electronic systems based on the non-harmonic spectra of their signals is considered. A new technique for constructing multidimensional non-harmonic fractional power spectra of signals has been developed. A criterion for choosing the optimal form of basis functions in the non-harmonic spectral analysis of fractal signals of discrete-nonlinear electronic systems is proposed. Multidimensional non-harmonic fractional power spectra of diagnosed discrete-nonlinear Lorentz and Chua systems are proposed and investigated. An approach in the express diagnostics of multimode discrete-nonlinear radio-electronic devices and systems with chaotic dynamics, based on multidimensional fractional power spectra of fractal signals, has been developed. © 2020 IEEE.

The number of electronic and service devices using GPS/Glonass/Beidow/Galileo receiver location data is continuously increasing in the modern world. This process can be attributed to the ever-decreasing cost of the elemental base, as well as the improvement of distribution and logistics problems due to accurate knowledge of object coordinates. Mass production of receivers of global navigation systems (GNS), as well as any other electronic devices, is critical to the cost of electronic components included in it. The paper presents a methodology for assessing the probability of communication disruptions in one beam of a radio communication system operating on the technology of space-time coding of signals. Expressions are given for an accurate and for an approximate estimate of the probability of communication disruptions in radio channels with multipath and signal fading. Long-term experimental studies of signal fading on a long-range tropospheric radio link have been carried out. It has been experimentally proven that the Rayleigh description of interference fading in multipath propagation of signals is observed in 60% of the time of communication sessions. For the rest of the communication sessions, other laws of probability distribution are observed. It is confirmed that they, together with Rayleigh's description of fading, are special cases of the four-parameter law of probability distribution. Convenient for practical use formulas are obtained for estimating the noise immunity of a communication channel. The graphs of the dependence of the probability of communication failure on the ratio of the average received signal power and the threshold level of the receiver signal are given. © 2021 IEEE.
