Current trends in the design of road systems are driven by the digitalization process. Work on the introduction of intelligent transport systems is being carried out all over the world, because the improvement of the road network is an important element in creating comfortable conditions for the movement of people in an urbanized environment;a tool for improving road safety. Based on interdisciplinary research methods in the framework of urban planning, the paper proposes a methodology for assessing the prospects for the development of an intelligent city transport system within the framework of the concept of participatory design. The formation of the transport system is seen as a process of coordination of institutional and civil needs. The goal of the joint work of urban planners and civil society is to improve the safety of road infrastructure, not only through the development and implementation of quality standards, but also through the internalization (recognition) of the value of new technologies by the society. It is necessary to introduce the principles of participatory design of the transport system into the development of the road network, the urban space should remain free for co-creation. The problem of the study is that technologies for improving road safety, including the use of artificial intelligence, automation systems for traffic management processes depending on the rhythm of the city, weather conditions, time of day (traffic flow detectors, CCTV cameras, "smart traffic lights", weather stations, vehicle traffic sensors, navigation information systems, weather information display systems, environmental pollution sensors, traffic control centers, etc.) can be perceived by citizens primarily as devices that restrict freedom of movement, and not as means of improving road safety © 2023 IEEE.

This article is a continuation of the topic consideration of reverse intermodulation distortions (RIMD) analysis begun by the authors in [1] for class D RF power amplifiers (PA) with a resistive load in the voltage switching mode (Voltage Mode Class D - VMCD). In this article, a theoretical analysis of RIMD in class D RF PA with a resistive load in current switching (CMCD) and bridge (BMCD) modes was carried out. A comparison of the various circuits parameters requirements in order to achieve a given RIMD level not exceeding minus 70 dB showed that: - the VMCD circuit imposes the most stringent requirements for all influencing parameters: the switches saturation resistance variation should not exceed 20%, and the total switches saturation time deviation in any combination should not exceed 0.01, which is 2% from half a period;- the CMCD circuit allows a similar switches saturation time deviation, but the distortion in it does not depend on the difference in switches saturation resistance;- the BMCD circuit allows a 70% difference in the switches saturation resistance. The permissible total switches saturation time deviation depends on the operation mode and is 2.4% for overlapping and 18% for undercovering. The choice of the class D RF PA configuration used in a particular application is based on a large number of factors - efficiency, power level, the ability to work with collector (drain) modulation in a wide frequency range, resistance to load mismatch, element base, etc. The conducted research allows developers to take into account one more parameter - resistance to induced electromagnetic radiation. © 2023 IEEE.

The effect of slow multiplicative noise on the energy spectrum of the noise modulation function is analyzed. Two cases of determining the energy spectrum are considered: with signal distortions described by a narrow-band normal stationary random process, and under the influence of pulse-fluctuation noise. The corresponding mathematical expressions of the energy spectra are obtained, including the case of deep phase distortions. It is shown that when narrow-band multiplicative noise affects the signal, a discrete component is present in the energy spectrum of the noise modulation function. Wherein the depth of the phase distortions will determine the power of said discrete component. The distribution pattern of the continuous part of the energy spectrum of phase distortion is determined by the ratio of the width of the named spectrum to its average frequency. With pulse-fluctuation modulating noise with a deterministic clock interval, the energy spectrum of the noise modulation function is the sum of continuous and discrete parts. Expressions are obtained for determining the discrete and continuous parts of the energy spectrum of the noise modulation function under the influence of modulation noise. The conditions under which the spectrum consists only of discrete components are given. © 2023 IEEE.

This article discusses the problem of implementing the Data Fabric architecture as a technology for sustainable data processing and storage for the modernization of industrial platforms in transport and road systems. To perform complex tasks like monitoring road transport facilities entails huge resources for storing interactive data online. The concept of transport enterprises moving to cloud systems opens up gaps in data management in hybrid and multi-cloud systems. To solve such problems, the implementation of the Data Fabric structure allows you to integrate data and metadata for use on various platforms. The sustainable development of such platforms is facilitated by the use of the Data Fabric mechanism as a built-in system for standardization and coding, the implementation of semantic compatibility, proprietary knowledge graphs and the domain of data values of the transport industry. Data Fabric helps organizations solve complex data problems and use cases by managing their data regardless of application types, platforms, and storage locations, while ensuring seamless data access and sharing in a distributed data environment. The article analyzes the stability of the Data Fabric platform as a domain-oriented decomposition model based on a distributed data architecture with centralized management, but not as a fragmented data warehouse. Using the example of such a decomposition, it is necessary to model an architecture that organizes analytical and other data by areas. In this architecture, the domain's interface with the rest of the organization includes not only operational capabilities, but also access to the analytical data that the domain serves to scale the system. © 2023 IEEE.

The article is devoted to improving the quality of management of an educational organization by automating personalized data collection, storage and ranking in the preparation of specialists in the on-board communication systems. The authors have developed a module of the university's corporate system - an electronic portfolio of students, which implements a multi-criteria optimization method for calculating students' ratings based on the collected and stored data. The object of the study is multicriteria ranking methods. The subject of the research is the automated calculation of the student rating in the electronic portfolio. The aim of the study is to develop tools for collecting, storing and processing data on individual student achievements and the implementation of a mathematical method of multicriteria optimization for ranking students based on portfolio data. The practical significance of the study is to provide a tool for effective management of the learning process. Method and toolkit. A prototype of the module of the corporate system of the university 'Electronic Portfolio' based on the developed configuration in '1C: Enterprise 8.3' is presented. For the ranking of students in the module for data analysis, a special case of the method of ranking alternatives is implemented - pairwise comparison according to their relative importance, using a unified scale of relations. Results. The authors described the scheme of functioning of is 'Electronic portfolio', showed the scheme of interaction of processes on formation of portfolio, presented the scheme of business processes at calculation of an individual rating. A fragment of the sample on which the performance of the multi-criteria optimization block was checked is shown. The criteria taking part in calculations and the rule of selection of alternatives for finding the optimal solution are de-scribed. Discussion and Conclusion. A high performance algorithm is proposed to provide efficient separation of transmission paths in single carrier duplex satellite systems. The algorithm is based on direct estimation of Wiener-Hopf equation solution on each iteration in real-time. Several approximations and fast calculation techniques are implemented to reduce computational complexity of the algorithm proposed. In particular, the algorithm uses predefined autocorrelation matrix, fast procedure of cross-correlation vector calculation and fast procedure of Toeplitz matrix multiplication by vector. The approximation of cross-correlation vectors array is also implemented. Algorithm efficiency is been studied on simplified model of earth stations and satellite. The study results demonstrate that the algorithm provides echo interference suppression more than 40 dB in typical for bandwidth optimization techniques conditions and allows to use QAM modulation with 256 levels. The proposed algorithm was compared for robustness with other commonly used adaptive filtering algorithms, such as: conventional RLS, QR-decomposition RLS, Householder RLS, NLMS, frequency domain LMS and affine projection algorithm. In considered application, the proposed algorithm outperforms other algorithms in terms of echo interference suppression. © 2020 IEEE.

The article deals with the estimation of passenger's transportation process amount and level of service. The relevance of this topic is determined by the fact that urban passenger transport plays an important role for the population of cities in Russia and in the world. The administrations of large cities and mega polices consider this type of transport as the main tool for improving the difficult transport situation daily appearing in the sections of the road network. These problems can be solved successfully if the population begins to use urban passenger transport more and use personal vehicles less. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to significantly improve the quality of service provided by urban passenger transport, based on the use of automated control systems for urban passenger transport, which, first, should ensure the regularity of the movement of public transport vehicles and, secondly, provide comfortable conditions for passenger transportation. A particular influence on the quality of passenger service in urban passenger transport is the reliability of the transportation process, which is directly related to the regularity of traffic, and the comfort of transportation, which is estimated by the degree of vehicle interior occupation. The passenger transport management system should receive information about the degree of passenger vehicle interior occupation in order to be able to regulate the transportation process on-line and not allow the passenger compartment to be overflowed. For this purpose, a special phase space model of the transportation process states is suggested. Two dimensions coordinate system enables to represent transportation process at any time for any route of public transport. Moreover, the phase space is divided into subspaces each of them corresponds to a certain level of service. In this paper, the types of modulation that support high-capacity transmission in 5G networks and beyond are discussed. Different types of digital modulation (DP-PSK, DP-QAM) and their impact on the quality of received bits are discussed. Appropriate methods are suggested for transmitting the signal for distances up to 200 km and with an acceptable bit error rate (BER) with acceptable values of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) with totally transmission bit rate approximately 6.4Tb/s. So, we describe the architecture of coherent wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) passive optical networks (PONs) that can back up 5G and future services. © 2023 IEEE.

The paper is devoted to the problem of estimating the state of a complex system with nonlinear dynamic behavior using nonlinear filtering. Modern numerical methods of nonlinear filtering for estimating the unknown state vector of a stochastic differential system of Itô type with discrete measurements are studied. The relevance of the work is due to the necessity to improve the accuracy of state vector estimation in dynamic systems under conditions of a priori uncertainty of information about the system functions and measurement. In this paper, a nonlinear system with formant Wiener noise is considered. As the chosen method of nonlinear filtering the sigma-point Kalman filter is used, which has sufficient accuracy of state vector estimation at low computational complexity. The paper discusses ways to improve the accuracy of nonlinear system vector estimation using sigma-point Kalman filter. Mathematical description of the sigma-point Kalman filter operation is given, and the methods of improving the quality of operation under conditions of a priori unknown functions of the system and measurement by estimating the values of covariance matrices of random processes are proposed. The paper presents the results of modeling of the sigma-point Kalman filter for both linear and nonlinear measurement functions. The obtained values of RMS error under conditions of a priori uncertainty of system and measurement functions under approximation of covariance matrices have the same order as in the case of a priori known functions. The paper presents the results of nonlinear filtering simulation at different values of the sampling period. In conclusion, recommendations for the choice of parameters of the sigma-point Kalman filter when working under conditions of a priori uncertainty of system and measurement functions are given. ©2024 IEEE.

The ability of society to synthesize modern knowledge and successfully apply it in practice in all areas of activity assumes special importance under modern difficult conditions. This relevant knowledge is a kind of driver for the formation of the scientific and technical potential of the state, as well as ensuring the quality of the population's life, safety, and well-being of society as a whole. The leading role in the implementation of such processes now belongs to higher education. The effectiveness of the implementation of a hierarchical set of educational processes determines the quality of absolutely all processes in society. Modern information and communication technologies (ICT) make it possible to create unique conditions and opportunities for the synthesis of innovative knowledge. However, the achievement of the relevant goals (organizational, technological, economic, financial, social, political, etc.) is determined not only by the available conditions (favourable and not favorable) for the implementation of a particular activity but primarily by the effectiveness of their management. Managing the objects, phenomena and processes in the education sector, based on the ideas of both systemic and cybernetic approaches, involves the formalization of a set of goals that must be achieved as the final result, and the processes for implementing a targeted impact (influence) on management objects, as well as criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of this activity. In fact, a hierarchical set of models of educational processes and systems should be synthesized, the key moment for the creation of which is the hypothesis of some correlation between the parameters of the control actions of the management entity and the gradient of the parameters' state of the educational system itself, as an object of management.
