Improving the quality of software that implements distributed ledger systems based on blockchain technology is an urgent task for the transport industry. In this article, we will look at tools to improve quality such as testing, validation, and validation. This article proposes solution for analyzing road safety level on sections of road network (RN) using geographic information systems as part of intelligent transport systems (ITS). Namely, one of DCRE (Driver-Car-Road-Environment) system components - “road”, and its impact on traffic safety, were studied in detail, and solutions for identifying typical sections in geoinformation systems (GIS) were presented. Various factors affecting road safety, accident likelihood and severity of their consequences are considered, depending on hazardous areas location (in settlements and beyond).

Purpose of this study is effective registration of low-amplitude high-frequency components with predictive value - ventricular late potentials (VLPs) - in electrocardiosignals (ECS) by Ist standard lead. 232 signals were preliminary evaluated to detect VLPs by Simson’s method. VLPs were detected in 34 signals. Modification of signal-averaged approach was applicated to analyzed signals. Power spectrums of heartbeat signals’ terminal part were analyzed in this study. Designed algorithm showed 82.75% of correct decisions. Originality: new parameter to detect VLPs by Ist standard lead lead was proposed. Parameter’s threshold value is calculated. Threshold frequencies with maximal percentage of correct decisions were determined. Opportunity to detect VLPs in signals by Ist standard was evaluated: it is possible to detect VLPs using spectral analysis. Practical significance: results will be useful for ECS analysis block in telemedicine systems and onboard communications.

The author invites readers to consider some very unusual methods of calculations that he performed while solving the problem of analytic continuation of the Riemann function containing the critical strip inside of which there is an infinite set of nontrivial zeros of function by B. Rieman's hypothesis. Similar methods are used by the author when studying the properties of the generating function of Hermite polynomials with a nonnegative integer exponent.

In this work, the development and research of the method and means of technical diagnostics of electronic equipment of the on-board monitoring, measuring and regulating temperature systems with thermocouple sensors according to fractional power spectra of signals were performed. The physical processes that cause typical malfunctions of low-frequency onboard electronic equipment with thermocouple sensors are investigated. Peculiarities of non-harmonic spectral analysis of signals and diagnostics of low-frequency electronic equipment of on-board systems for monitoring, measuring and regulating temperatures systems by fractional power spectra of signals are considered.

The paper deals with the problem of landing a helicopter on a moving platform in difficult weather conditions. The article presents a study of the possibility of automatic determination of coordinates, using antennas located on the blades of a helicopter propeller, relative to the landing site where the radio signal sources are located. This arrangement of the antennas when moving in space allows you to measure the distance to the source of the radio signal due to the Doppler shift of the signal frequency. The implementation of such a system can make it possible to solve the most complex aviation tasks to ensure navigation during takeoff/landing in difficult weather conditions, as well as during search and rescue operations. Such a technical solution allows you to get the direction of the radiation source of the radio signal, as well as the range to it with high accuracy.

Purpose of this study is effective registration of low-amplitude high-frequency components with predictive value - ventricular late potentials (VLPs) - in heart signals (ECS) by single Z lead. 206 signals were preliminary evaluated to detect VLPs by Simson’s method. VLPs were detected in 30 signals. In this study Simson’s algorithm was applicated to signals by Z lead. To realize that algorithm R-peak of heartbeat signal was used as synchronization point. VLPs were detected in 52 signals using designed algorithm. Originality: new approach to detect VLPs by single Z lead was designed. Opportunity to detect VLPs in signals by Z lead was evaluated: it is possible to register VLPs by single Z lead. Results of this research are practically significant: they can be integrated in onboard communication equipment related with telemedicine.

Frequency plan of the new standard of mobile communication systems 5G New Radio contain a large number of time division duplex bands. At the same time number of antennas in MIMO systems increases at the both sides on base station and on user equipment. The main goal of new technologies applying is to achieve high throughput according new enhanced mobile broadband scenarios: eMBB, uRLLC, mMTC. There are a lot of different methods for spatially signals processing, including precoding, beamforming, space-time codes, antenna selection. We proposed combined precoding technique with antenna selection, based on channel reciprocity principle, implemented in frequency bands with TDD mode. Proposed precoding technique with antenna selection can significantly increase the energy efficiency of multi-antenna systems with antenna configurations of the considered type, where user equipment has a large number of antennas. In addition, the proposed precoding algorithm has a low computational complexity and does not require the high efficiency feedback channel.

The methods of mathematical modeling of the cumulative sums algorithm in the problems of detecting signals with a random moment of occurrence in non-Gaussian noise are considered. The probability of false alarm errors and correct detection of imbalance based on the statistical characteristics of the algorithm of cumulative sums obtained by modeling real processes is calculated. An experimental distribution of the cumulative sum in state of imbalance at a current step for detection without reflecting or absorbing screens is obtained. A linear dependence between the means of the cumulative sum taken in separate sections is determined. Based on modeling real processes, the probability of correct detection and false alarm under the influence of non-Gaussian noise with a bimodal distribution is calculated. Effectiveness of cumulative sums algorithm both consistent and inconsistent with the density of the probability distribution of influencing noise is compared.

Fiber-optic communication lines are the basis of telecommunication networks. If at the initial stage of the development of optical communication FOCLs were laid only on transport networks, then as this type of communication develops, there is a transition to fiber-optic technology in intra-facility, including on-board systems. Today, the demand for traffic transmission is constantly growing, which leads to an increase in the amount and speed of transmitted information. Fiber outages result in poor communications, disrupt business processes, backorders, and dissatisfied customers. Even small communication downtime causes huge losses. The introduction of service quality categories will simplify the operation of transport systems and increase the economic efficiency of communication networks. However, this requires significant capital expenditures and annual operating costs, which do not always pay off by avoiding fiber downtime. A method for assessing the effectiveness of the use of a service level agreement (SLA) between an operator of a fiber-optic communication line (FOCL) and consumers of communication services is proposed. The net present value (NPV) is used as an indicator of efficiency; probabilistic characteristics are introduced. The calculation results and their brief analysis are presented.
