The growing popularity and use of the wireless Internet of Things and cyber-physical systems increase the demand for "green" technologies in the field of mobile telecommunications. To be completely wireless, such devices need an integrated RF energy harvesting system that ensures efficient recharging of the batteries and accumulators used in them. This article provides an assessment of the coverage areas of mobile operators in Moscow and the Moscow region by the frequency ranges used, taking into account the power distribution. An experimental study of the RF-field strength of telecommunication equipment was carried out using a log periodic antenna (KM6-600/6000) with linear polarization and a portable spectrum analyzer with an Arinst SSA-TG R2 tracking generator. The results of attenuation of electromagnetic waves of GSM and Wi-Fi bands under various environmental conditions are obtained, which is of interest for the development of effective intelligent harvesting systems.

The development and use of on-board photovoltaic panels (PVP) makes it possible to improve the energy supply of unmanned or manned aerial vehicles, which are respectively positioned, for example, as flying base stations or vehicles with on-board batteries with a large energy reserve, capable of carrying more payload during long flights. The efficiency of a photovoltaic element (PVE) is seriously affected by clouds, blocking solar radiation, possible contamination or precipitation accumulated on its protective coating, aging of the PVE material, and the most important parameter - temperature. The aging effects and to a greater extent their temperature, affect the current-voltage characteristics of the PVE, so an on-board measurement system for its performance parameters can provide valuable information for optimizing the power generation process. The article proposes a methodology for monitoring the temperature of PVE and PVP in whole, which provides determination of their temperature over an area based on networks of fiber-optic sensors (FOS) and their addressed interrogation using a microwave-photonic approach.

The influence of multiplicative noise on the directional patterns of phased and synthesized antenna arrays is analyzed. Multiplicative noise is regarded as a source of fast phase and amplitude distortion of signals received or radiated by the antenna. It is shown that multiplicative noise changes the multiplier of the array. Expressions of the directional pattern of the phased array exposed to multiplicative noise are obtained, taking into account the aperture distribution of phasing errors, as well as a generalized directional pattern of the array with phase shifters. The features of arrays with delay lines are described, and an expression for determining the directional pattern of such arrays is obtained. The features of synthesized antenna arrays are considered. The directional pattern of a focused antenna array under the influence of multiplicative noise is analyzed. Expressions for the directional pattern are obtained taking into account the time of the relative delay of signal reception relative to the central element of the array. It is shown that the obtained expressions for the phased antenna array and the array with phase shifters are also valid for synthesized antenna arrays.

The work presents modeling results of the fiber-optic multi-sensory strain measurement system for load sensing wheel hub bearings based on the addressed fiber Bragg structures (AFBS) with two symmetrical phase shifts. The system includes six strain sensors attached to the outer ring of the bearing and one senor isolated from strain for temperature compensation. The results of the numerical modeling are presented, as well as the simulation results of a complete optoelectronic interrogation scheme, which confirm the high accuracy of the AFBS central wavelengths determination by means of the microwave-photonic interrogation approach. The proposed load-sensing bearings can be used to estimate of the loads acting on the wheels of the vehicle, which serve as input parameters for active safety systems or fully automated driving, in order to enhance their effectiveness and safety of the vehicle.

In the next 5 years, the total amount of data transmitted from devices is likely to exceed the limit of 160 zettabytes, which is more than 3 times higher than the current value. As the volume of information increases, the volume of traffic also increases, so the possibility of maintaining a stable network operation is seen in the further deepening of virtualization, the transition from cloud to foggy computing and dew computing. The introduction of fog computing technology leads to changes in the algorithms of information transmission, processing and storage technologies, which allows users to receive new types of services at a new level, and the main scope of fog computing technology is the Internet of things. This paper examines the issues of building a cluster model designed for one of the types of boundary computing - the concept of dew computing. It involves user interaction with an electronic device, including the emergence of a new concept based on the emergence of an environment in which it is possible to lease memory on a device owned by another user-memory as a service.

A method for detecting signals with a random moment of occurrence based on the algorithm of cumulative sums with a reflecting screen under the influence of non-Gaussian noise is presented. An example of detecting a signal exposed to non-Gaussian quasi-deterministic additive noise is used for obtaining the dependences of the probability of false detection on the value of the signal-to-noise ratio for different values of the detection threshold. An increase in the detection threshold value, as well as the value of the signal-to-noise ratio, leads to a decrease in the probability of false detection. It is shown that the case of coordinated noise has the highest probability of correct detection. The algorithm for detecting a signal against the background of pulse noise and fluctuating non-Gaussian noise is analyzed and curves for probability of correct detection are obtained. It is found that the mismatch of the cumulative sum algorithm and the real density of probability distribution of noise leads to a decrease in the probability of correct detection. It is shown that the cumulative sum algorithm allows not only to solve the problem of detecting a signal in real time, but is also simple enough to be used when solving some practical problems.

The work examines the construction of program-modeling complex (PMC) in relation Fto the establishment and operation of an integrated system of anti-jamming (ISA) of the radio links of the “Earth-spacecraft”. ISA consists of a broadband communication system (based on signals from the RF and noise-resistant codes) and a system of spatial filtering of signals (based on a multi-beam antenna and adaptive noise compensators. The methodology of construction of PMK on the basis of the maximum strategy of decision-making is given.

The article analyzes the admission process, as well as the procedure and composition of the required reporting on the operation of autonomous vehicles in Russia, the USA, and the countries of the European Union. The methods and relevant standards used by advanced developers of autonomous vehicles to ensure safety are described. Approaches to ensuring the safety of a highly automated vehicle developed by 'BaseTracK Rus' LLC are presented. The results of experimental operation of the developed highly automated vehicle on public roads are analyzed. Based on the comprehensive analysis, an approach is proposed to assess and improve the safety level of autonomous vehicles during operation, which will allow achieving a high level of safety before implementation on public roads, timely identify problems with the current version of the software and hardware of the automated control system during operation and effectively generate requests for improvements and improvements of the developed solutions for improving system performance, reliability and, accordingly, safety.
