The article deals problems with the security of software for Intelligent Transport systems that form the basis of national digital economies and critical information infrastructures. An extended system of software security criteria has been proposed, issues of confidence in its security have been considered. A method of software security is proposed, based on the integration of information security requirements and technological independence of software. An example of the implementation of the proposed methodology for ensuring the security of digital economy objects and critical information infrastructures is presented. There is a rapid development of means of fixed and mobile user access to reference and information services. Multimedia communication services are in demand. Accordingly, the functionality of call service centers is expanding. We will discuss improvements in call recognition and distribution. Solutions for the organization of robotic systems are proposed. Software developers take into account the wishes of customers of commercial structures and the special requirements of law enforcement and public safety authorities. Using the example of Asterisk or Naumen Contact Center, we will determine the prospects for the development of call service centers of commercial structures. Outsourcing options considered. Let us discuss the peculiarities of servicing emergency calls in the centralized “System 112”. Operators of “System 112” service transit traffic by issuing electronic notification of incidents. Several emergency services (for example, police, firefighters, ambulance) will receive information about serious emergencies from the operators of the “Service 112”. Let us discuss the tendency of organizing a single call-center in distributed corporate communication networks using a specific example, when calls can come from users of different regions of Russia - Central Russia, Siberia, Far East region. The organization of such a center involves the use of the distance factor. Supervisors organize day and night shifts for operators. An example of calculating the resources of such a center is considered. The creation of large call service centers in the South- West Siberia region is possible with the involvement of satellite communications resources.

A mathematical approach is presented using a unified indicator of assessing economic security in the field of creating on-board complexes of technical equipment as a payload for installation on a given technical platform, based on an assessment of the probability of various kinds of threats and the probability of their successful reflection. Various methods for estimating probabilities are presented, their capabilities and applications are revealed. It is shown that machine learning methods in combination with probabilistic programming are most suitable for the requirements of the digital economy. The analysis of the possibilities of using machine learning technologies and assessing the probability of programming in assessing and predicting economic security in the formation of onboard automation systems based on the rear platform is carried out.

For satellite radio navigation systems, an accelerated digital algorithm for estimating the synchronization parameters of spread spectrum signals is considered: time delay, carrier frequency, and initial frequency phase. signals of both a traditional structure and signals on non-harmonic subcarriers - binary, which corresponds to BOC (binary offset carrier modulated) signals, and multi-position, i.e. MOC (multi position offset carrier modulated) signals are considered. The novelty of the developed approach is the use of an accelerated algorithm for calculating the cross section of the real part of the uncertainty function of a spread spectrum signal along the time axis, taking into account the structure of the used pseudorandom sequence using the generalized fast Fourier transform. It is shown that the accuracy of time synchronization is significantly increased in the case of MOC-signals, due to weaker fluctuations of the real part of their autocovariance functions in the region of the main peak, in comparison with the other types of signals considered.

The possibility of synthesis of ultra-high speed of waveguide-optical analog-to-digital converter (further - ADC) providing conversion of analog information into digital in gigahertz range is considered. The functional scheme of the waveguide-optical ADC containing technologically well-developed optical elements is given, the principle of operation is described in detail. The possibility of increasing the speed of the ADC to potentially possible for optical data processing schemes is shown.

The article describes the impact of digital technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of passenger transportation on urban ground passenger transport. The impact of new requirements to the organization of the transportation process and the role of data enrichment from different automated systems to create new services for all consumers are considered. The preconditions and practical deviations influence examples in individual subsystems on complex performance indicators are considered. Transport planning role, instrumental methods of collecting information in problem solving of increasing land-based urban passenger transport efficiency is shown. It is shown that an important element of digital transformation is route spatial digital model creation of urban passenger transport, an analytical description of track of the route, which is used in process of vehicles movement operational control. The influence of instrumental methods use of obtaining information on social standards observance for transport services quality is described. Goals and objectives of dispatching control and management of routed traffic are described, the main of which are deviation operational recording of actual traffic from the planned one, preventing an increase in traffic intervals, irregular runs, runs disruptions and consequences eliminating of violations and deviations. The role of transport services social standard for population, approved by the Ministry of Transport of Russia, in the transportation implementation of passengers and luggage by automobile transport and urban land electric transport is described.

The article explores the methodology of complex analysis of ways effective management of production systems. A generalized approach to the decomposition of modern digital systems based on physical control actions, signal transmission ways and generalized principles of control system construction is investigated. Additional control physical effects act as one of the target factors of intensification. A generalized formulation of the problem of optimal control of complex multistage processes is proposed, considering the main perturbing processes and a piecewise-constant functions of the local tasks. Methods of search of new technical solutions by means of the morphological analysis as the tool of systemic and cybernetic approaches in scientific research are proved. Intensification of control systems is aimed at increasing their economic efficiency as a result on search for technological resources, of purposeful influence traffic flows and so on. The formulated principles of hierarchy, selectivity, openness, and mutual consistency, which are not exhaustive, but are closely interrelated and determine the application of methods of hierarchically interconnected control, considering the intensification of systems when choosing the control factors, as well as of physical impacts. The proposed approach leads to the possibility of intensification of high-tech industrial production processes and transport systems, and so can be implemented in the process of their technical operation. Identification of possible physical effects, synchronization of signals is a key factor in using the proposed methodology. The modular system of transport companies allows for flexible and transparent management of the system as a set of individual elements. Generalized goal-oriented models are applicable in many branches of industrial production, including the intensification of transport systems and business processes of enterprises.

The work is devoted to the analysis of digital methods for extracting linear and periodic components in highly noisy signals of radio engineering systems. When analyzing random data, situations often arise when it is necessary to find out whether observations or estimates of signal parameters are statistically independent or whether they are subject to a trend - a monotonic or periodic change in the properties of systems or processes. This problem acquires special significance in the analysis of non-stationary data, in which it is necessary to reliably identify the presence of a trend or identify their parameters against the background of random changes (in single measurements).

One of the features of low earth orbit (LEO) mobile satellite systems is to deliver information to the data analytic centers. Many types of alarm information are collected by smart meters and video cameras that are placed where wired telecommunication is not possible due to the technical or economic meanings. It is supposed that requests for servicing are arriving to the data center following the Poisson model and each requiring exponentially distributed computing time. A data center consists of some number of computing units. Each unit processes the requests according to the Processor Sharing (PS) service discipline and cannot accept at the same time more than fixed number of requests. The mathematical model of load balancing between computing units is constructed. Two scenarios are considered: “static” when requests are routed to computing units according to the prescribed probabilities and “greedy” when requests are routed to the least loaded computing unit. Using the model, the main performance measures of interest are given with help of values of probabilities of model's stationary states. The recursive algorithm of performance measures estimation is suggested. The model and derived algorithms can be used for study the scenarios of traffic balancing at the data analytic centers.
