This paper addresses the optimization problem and seeks a balance equation between key performance-influencing parameters in a Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) network. A novel mathematical optimization model is proposed, focusing on the interaction between On-board Units (OBUs) and both stationary and mobile Roadside Units (RSUs/mRSUs). The optimization problem is expressed through a multi-objective function considering critical parameters such as data transmission latency, energy consumption, and resource availability. The study demonstrates how RSU density and mobility impact key network performance indicators, including system stability and data loss percentage during peak hours. This work provides a structured analytical approach to optimizing Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) infrastructure, ensuring more reliable and efficient communication between vehicles.

The objective of the research is to formalize the customer service quality assessment system, which allows using digital signal processing methods in developing of the rating systems for the operator of the joint mobility market. At the moment, each company uses its own rating system for mobility services, the calculation of which is based on classical time series analysis approaches, which prevents the formation of a common accessible transport system of the city. This problem is insufficiently covered in scientific publications due to its novelty, but it is key to achieving the same level of satisfaction with services for users on each type of transport. The problem of constructing a rating system model is solved using linear digital filtering methods based on the driver's state graph, where, after fulfilling uniquely specified conditions, movement from one vertex to another occurs. The model opens the way to the formalization of the improvement applied to the rating system and determine the optimal parameters of the model. The effectiveness assessment of the new rating system confirmed its positive impact on the metric evaluating provided service quality and its high sensitivity to the change in parameters, which in turn will serve the long-term goals of creating a comfortable urban environment and reducing the negative environmental consequences from the use of individual vehicles.

The use of technology in education has increased In recent years, especially after the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the trend towards digital learning. Solutions such as e-learning, blended learning, and game-based learning are being used. Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) can help significantly change the style of education towards making it more interesting, useful, and possible. Of course, this type of application requires specific traffic characteristics that must be taken into account when allocating resources in the network in order to obtain an acceptable quality of service. The article provides a numerical study of the influence of the heterogeneity property on the characteristics of the joint servicing of information flows of various types in modern networks. To conduct the study, a generalized mathematical model of a network access node is used, and parameters and characteristics are discussed.

The present article engages with the ongoing discourse surrounding the implementation of artificial intelligence and explainable artificial intelligence within the domain of information security systems. In the context of escalating cyber threats and mounting data volumes, conventional defense methodologies are proving to be inadequate. Consequently, the integration of artificial intelligence has emerged as a pivotal strategy to enhance the efficacy of threat detection and response processes. The article delves into the intricacies of explainability in artificial intelligence decision-making, exploring explainable artificial intelligence techniques such as local interpretable model-agnostic explanations, shapley additive explanations, gradient-weighted class activation mapping, and layer-wise relevance propagation. These techniques facilitate a more profound comprehension of the rationale behind artificial intelligence models' decisions, thereby enhancing the interpretability of these models. The discourse further encompasses the trade-offs between the accuracy and explainability of artificial intelligence models, along with their potential applications in security information management systems to enhance the efficiency and quality of incident analysis. The integration of explainable artificial intelligence into information security systems has the potential to enhance user confidence in artificial intelligence technologies and optimize human-machine interaction.

Learning management systems are an important element of the educational process, providing students with a variety of educational material and giving teachers the opportunity to monitor students' knowledge and assess their progress. However, an increase in the number of students leads to the growth of the load on data transmission channels, which can negatively affect the quality of education. To solve this problem, content delivery networks are used, which speed up the loading of web resources and reduce the workload on servers. An enterprise service bus can significantly improve the performance of content distribution algorithms in a content delivery network. It is especially useful in distance learning, where fast and reliable delivery of educational material, feedback, performance analytics and other functions are required. In this work the features and benefits of using an integration bus to optimize content delivery network operation within learning management systems are discussed. The results of experiments using the content delivery network with an algorithm for optimizing content delivery based on the integration bus 1C:Bus are presented. It is shown that the average time of content distribution across network nodes is reduced by 25%. Implementation of an integration data bus in a distance learning system can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of the educational process.

The demand for satellite communication services is increasing every year. One promising solution is high-throughput satellite (HTS) networks in geostationary Earth orbit (GEO). To provide high-speed communications over a large area on the Earth's surface, HTS nodes use multi-beam onboard antennas. Modern communication systems handle multiservice traffic, including real-time and elastic traffic, requiring efficient radio resource management. This paper addresses the problem of servicing multiservice traffic in an HTS node, where elastic traffic service rates are constrained. To evaluate quality-of-service (QoS) metrics, a mathematical model based on Markov process theory is developed. Efficient resource utilization while meeting strict QoS requirements is crucial; therefore, an approximate method is introduced to estimate key service parameters. The proposed method is both fast and accurate, enabling real-time computation for resource planning and optimization tasks. Its performance is evaluated through numerical experiments, demonstrating its effectiveness in the low-loss region of request servicing. Furthermore, the method is applied to a channel resource planning problem, illustrating its efficiency in determining the minimum resource requirements needed to meet predefined QoS targets.

The article considers the contemporary trends that telecommunication companies are facing in the rapidly changing technological environment. One of the trends is the technology of network virtualization, which allows to significantly increase the efficiency of network resources through the organization of multiple virtual resources based on one physical resource. The objective of this study is to analyze new tools available for the implementation of a virtual IP PBX. Virtualization and containerization technologies that affect the efficient operation of VoIP services are studied in the paper. The implementation of these technologies has been shown to facilitate more efficient use of server resources and more secure interaction with multiple tools for analyzing system operation. The principles of integrating software telephone exchanges into the virtualized environment are considered. Special attention is paid to the integration of a virtual Asterisk exchange into the containerized environment. Approaches to automating Asterisk's deployment and management in the microservice architecture using a Kubernetes platform are also considered. It is recommended that virtualization and containerization technologies should be incorporated into the curricula of technical universities.)

The article is devoted to the study of subjective warmth-coldness of colors for various tasks, primarily color contrasting. The study was conducted for 80 colors at average brightness. Based on the primary data, an inaccurate model was created that allows determining warmer colors for obvious cases. Based on the model, a clarifying method for subjective assessment of warmth-coldness was implemented, which made it possible to reduce the number of subjective tests per subject, thereby increasing the quality of the results. Reducing the number of tests also made it possible to increase the density of the colors in question, which also positively affected the accuracy of the resulting model. The article presents a method for determining warmth-coldness taking into account the inaccurate model, as well as the results of experiments of primary and refined tests. Based on the experimental results, a new model was built, its accuracy was analyzed, and conclusions were made on the possibility of applying the research results for color contrasting. In addition, for convenience and the possibility of using intermediate colors, the model was approximated using polynomial regression, the regression error was analyzed, and conclusions were made on the possibility of practical use of approximated data instead of experimental data.

Combining Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS) with Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) offers a promising way to improve spectral efficiency and energy utilization in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite networks. However, the highly dynamic nature of LEO environments make it challenging to optimize RIS phase shifts and power allocation in real time. This paper introduces a reinforcement learning-based framework that applies the Soft Actor-Critic (SAC) algorithm to jointly optimize RIS configurations and power allocation among users. The proposed method works in two stages: first, SAC fine-tunes RIS phase shifts while keeping power allocation fixed; then, it dynamically adjusts power levels to enhance overall system performance. This method, in contrast to traditional strategies that depend on perfect channel state information (CSI), focuses on adaptive decision-making aimed at maximizing rewards, effectively mitigating the impact of channel estimation errors during training. Simulation results confirm that the SAC-based framework effectively boosts channel capacity without requiring additional transmission power. Furthermore, integrating RIS with NOMA further enhances performance, making it a strong candidate for next-generation satellite communications.

For processes implemented in various control systems, it is often necessary to ensure the presence of selfadaptation (self-learning) properties, in particular, this is important when the control object is characterized by a wide range of transmission coefficient changes, as well as if it is necessary to ensure the stability of the quality of the object's control processes when exposed to a set of parametric disturbances. The successful operation of control systems in such conditions must be ensured so that the system's response to this signal is adequate and effectively formed in accordance with the quality criterion, for example, the minimum error. One of the ways to solve such problems is to integrate additive parametric feedback circuits into the control system. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the condition regarding the independence of the error value from the values of the object parameters is fulfilled. This, in turn, ensures that errors are minimized. The authors of this scientific study have developed and substantiated a way to ensure such a condition for minimizing control errors by forming a parametric feedback subsystem. Other means are also proposed and justified to minimize errors in the management of systems and processes of various types.
