As evidenced by the works of many recent authors, the particle filtering (PF) framework has revolutionized probabilistic visual target tracking. In this paper, we present a new particle filter tracking algorithm that incorporates the switching multiple dynamic model and the technique of state partition with parallel filter banks. Traditionally, most tracking algorithms assume the target operates according to a single dynamic model. However, the single model assumption causes the tracker to become unstable, especially when the target has complex motions, and the camera has abrupt ego-motions. In our new tracking algorithm, the target is assumed to operate according to one dynamic model from a finite set of models. The switching process from one model to another is governed by a so-called jump Markov process. This strategy can effectively capture the target's dynamics. In addition, we have used the state partition technique and a parallel bank of extended Kalman filters (SP-PEKF) to generate the proposal distribution used in the particle filter to achieve further estimation accuracy. We have conducted the testing for the new tracking algorithm, and key outcomes are given in the results section. The preliminary result demonstrates that this new approach yields a significantly improved estimate of the state, enabling the new particle filter to effectively track human subjects in a video sequence where the standard condensation filter fails to maintain track lock.

In this paper, we present a novel technique for the suppression of the return channel in a multisensor distributed Wyner-Ziv video coding system. The proposed technique relies on a cross-layer approach that takes into account the transmission channel conditions on one hand, and the content of the captured video scenes on the other, in order to allocate different transmission rates and dynamically vary the quantization parameter for each user. Simulation results show significant improvement in the average system performance compared to a traditional system where all users are assigned equal channel resources and a fixed number of quantization levels.

Due to the rapid development in digital technology, image enhancement has become a necessity to extract data and use it in many fields that may be medical, agricultural security, and many other fields. There are many image enhancement technique used in imageprocessing. The proposed method have been presented in this paper attempt to improve the performance of histogram equalization with different kind of medical image by using Gaussian filter and gamma where combined together to improve the illumination, contrast of images ,reduce the noise, and also improve image quality coefficients. Try to measure the entropy of image and compare the result of output image with input image and to give desired result. The quality coefficients for the medical images processed with the HE and Gaussian filter and Gamma with certain value, according to the scientific proof. When the image quality was improved, the visual perception was improved.

The article describes the method of noise elimination is linear averaging over neighboring pixels in a spatial neighborhood. In this case, the arithmetic mean of its neighbors is used as the new value of the central pixel. The larger the window size, the stronger the averaging occurs. Linear averaging partially impairs the perception of the image and complicates its further analysis, since it blurs the contours of objects. Adaptive filters are used to preserve the contours of objects in the image, which can change the filter coefficients in accordance with the features of the processed image. Most adaptive filters are local (implement "windowing"). For each position of the sliding processing window, either the filter mask counts are recalculated or the window configuration is changed. The disadvantage of adaptive filters is that the synthesis of these filters requires precise knowledge of some static characteristics of signals and noise, which is difficult in conditions of uncertainty in the field of application of video sensor-based computing devices.
