With the advent of the artificial intelligence era, the breakthrough of core algorithms and the improvement of computing power, the need for learning samples and data support is also increasing. The exploration and practice of visual cognition and behavioral cognition also require a large amount of data material as the basis [1]. To provide high quality raw materials for machine learning, we designed and implemented a Spring Boot-based data collection system for artificial intelligence, enabling everyone on the Internet to participate in the growth of the artificial intelligence industry.

We present two innovative ways of enhancing parallel coordinates axes to better understand all variables and their interrelationships in high-dimensional datasets. Histogram and circle/ellipse plots based on uniform (linear) and non-uniform frequency/density mappings are adopted to visualize distributions of numerical and categorical data values. These plots are, particularly, helpful in emphasizing data values of low frequencies as well as those with similar frequencies. Color-mapped axis stripes are designed to visually connect numerical variables irrespective of their locations (adjacent or nonadjacent axes) in the parallel coordinates layout so that correlations can be fully realized in the same display. Distribution plots and axis stripes are integrated to further facilitate exploratory analysis of multivariate data with respect to a complete variable set.

Scatterplots are always employed to visualize geographical point datasets, which often suffer from an overdraw problem due to the increase of data sizes. A variety of sampling strategies have been proposed to reduce overdraw and visual clutter with the spatial densities of points taken into account. However, informative attributes associated with the points also play significant roles in the exploration of geographical datasets. In this paper, we propose an attribute-based abstraction method to simplify the cluttered visualization of large-scale geographical points. Spatial autocorrelations are utilized to measure the attribute relationships of points in local areas, and a novel attribute-based sampling model is designed to generate a subset of points to preserve both density and attribute characteristics of original geographical points. A set of visual designs and user-friendly interactions are implemented, enabling users to capture the spatial distribution of geographical points and get deeper insights into the attribute features across local areas. Case studies and quantitative comparisons based on the real-world datasets further demonstrate the effectiveness of our method in the abstraction and exploration of large-scale geographical point datasets.

The AGT Survey and SIM Geospatial Team in collaboration with SOCAR have deployed efficient and low risk geospatial data acquisition technologies based on Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) for exploration and reservoir development projects. This technology provides key imaging data with high visual quality and positional accuracy. Imagery acquisition for a recent project significantly contributed to the reduction of the company needs for regular field expeditions of geologists and geophysicists. The imagery acquired also supported some geological and geophysical analysis through quantitative imagery analysis methods. This project involved imagery acquisition from satellite and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). The use of UAV required extensive collaboration and development work with a UAV acquisition contractor, BP aviation and PSCM teams and SOCAR to ensure that the UAV is operating in full compliance with Azerbaijan, BP and International Civil Aviation Organization regulations. The AGT Survey and SIM Geospatial Team also deployed the acquisition of satellite and airbone imagery for the Shallow Water Absheron Peninsula and ShahDeniz 2 - South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion projects which contributed to the successful starting of exploration and reservoir development analysis in the Caspian Sea and planning of route alignment over Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey. In is well known, that the onshore and offshore deployment of field crews has an associated cost and exposes personnel to Health and Safety risks. The deployment of satellite and airborne observation programs played a significant role in the reduction of risks and costs for survey geographic data collection and analysis without deployment of field crews. 目的研究翻白草治疗糖尿病近23年的发展现状,分析总结研究热点与发展趋势,为该领域学者提供参考资料。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普三大数据库中翻白草治疗糖尿病相关文献,检索年限为2000年—2022年,利用CiteSpace 6.2.R2软件生成知识图谱。结果共纳入中文文献155篇,年发文量总体呈波动趋势,文献发文量第一的作者为崔荣军,机构为湖北中医药大学。其中该领域当前热点关键词糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗、翻白草总黄酮等出现频率较高。结论近20年中国学者在翻白草治疗糖尿病领域开展了积极探索,研究的广度和深度在不断延伸。建议加强各机构间有效的交流合作,开展更多高质量研究,争取相关研究不受学科限制、多学科交叉融合,共同发展。

To perform visual data exploration, many dimensionality reduction methods have been developed. These tools allow data analysts to represent multidimensional data in a 2D or 3D space, while preserving as much relevant information as possible. Yet, they cannot preserve all structures simultaneously and they induce some unavoidable distortions. Hence, many criteria have been introduced to evaluate a map's overall quality, mostly based on the preservation of neighbourhoods. Such global indicators are currently used to compare several maps, which helps to choose the most appropriate mapping method and its hyperparameters. However, those aggregated indicators tend to hide the local repartition of distortions. Thereby, they need to be supplemented by local evaluation to ensure correct interpretation of maps. In this paper, we describe a new method, called MING, for "Map Interpretation using Neighbourhood Graphs". It offers a graphical interpretation of pairs of map quality indicators, as well as local evaluation of the distortions. This is done by displaying on the map the nearest neighbours graphs computed in the data space and in the embedding. Shared and unshared edges exhibit reliable and unreliable neighbourhood information conveyed by the mapping. By this mean, analysts may determine whether proximity (or remoteness) of points on the map faithfully represents similarity (or dissimilarity) of original data, within the meaning of a chosen map quality criteria. We apply this approach to two pairs of widespread indicators: precision/recall and trustworthiness/continuity, chosen for their wide use in the community, which will allow an easy handling by users.

Web based 3D medical data computing and visual synchronization can provide clinical users with critical information for distributed diagnosis and treatment. However, due to the limited internet bandwidth, high computational cost and increasing data size, real-time medical data exploration and information sharing on internet is still a challenging task. Therefore, we developed a new internet based medical data computing and information visual distribution system, in which graphics processing units were utilized for parallel medical data computing and visualization, cloud was used for data storage, Apache HTTP Server and MySQL were employed for medical image management and analysis, and WebSocket Protocol was used for medical information visual synchronization. The major contributions include algorithms developed for high performance medical computing, and medical information sharing and visual synchronization on distributed web browsers. The developed system can provide medical users with intuitive feedback for collaborative diagnosis and remote therapy. © 2019 IEEE.

In recent years, electronic devices have been found everywhere in our lives, and many public places now offer free charging devices that are convenient for people to use. This paper studies the changing rules and future development trends of free charging demand and cost in public places, and gives a concrete model for calculating the cost and demand function of power resources in various occasions. For the first problem, we first found the use of power resources in the past ten years, and then described the trend of the free charging power demand in public places through a visual method. Then we introduce a time series model to predict the future demand of power resources, and use the data from 2000 to 2018 to predict the trend of power demand in 2019-2025. It can be seen that electricity consumption will continue to increase in the next few years, and the trend is more obvious than before. For question two, we first considered the cost of free charging in public. Since the free charging in public areas is somewhat similar to shared charging devices, we used the first question model to predict the cost of sharing charging devices in the coming week. Demand trends, by introducing parameters such as average device charging power, number of devices, and number of outlets, we established a power cost model and discussed the scope and scope of these costs. For the third problem, we revised the second question based on the parameters of different types of public places such as shopping centers, cafes, schools, etc., and constructed different cost models for calculation, and analyzed the models for different public places. Interactivity plays a crucial role in Information visualization (InfoVis). Together with the visual representation, interaction allows the user to implicitly form mental models of the relationships within the data, identify patterns, and pursue analysis hypotheses. To make the most of it, it is vital to fully understand what opportunities and limitations interactivity arise in different contexts. Spatio-temporal (ST) data sets are often extensive and challenging to analyze and display. Although inter-action is essential to mitigate the inherent challenges concerning ST visualization, there has been little research on its specificities. In this paper, we scrutinize these specificities by conducting a case study: we applied a generic interaction taxonomy for InfoVis to 25 examples of ST visualization of reference and performed the necessary adjustments towards a new specialized taxonomy, according to the triad Theme, Time and Space.

The recent generation of compliant robots enables kinesthetic teaching of novel skills by human demonstration. This enables strategies to transfer tasks to the robot in a more intuitive way than conventional programming interfaces. Programming physical interactions can be achieved by manually guiding the robot to learn the behavior from the motion and force data. To let the robot react to changes in the environment, force sensing can be used to identify constraints and act accordingly. While autonomous exploration strategies in the whole workspace are time consuming, we propose a way to learn these schemes from human demonstrations in an object targeted manner. The presented teaching strategy and the learning framework allow to generate adaptive robot behaviors relying on the robot's sense of touch in a systematically changing environment. A generated behavior consists of a hierarchical representation of skills, where haptic exploration skills are used to touch the environment with the end effector, and relative manipulation skills, which are parameterized according to previous exploration events. The effectiveness of the approach has been proven in a manipulation task, where the adaptive task structure is able to generalize to unseen object locations. The robot autonomously manipulates objects without relying on visual feedback.
