In Recent years, E-commerce stands as a prominent testament to the transformative power of information and communications technologies in driving economic growth and development. Traditional approaches from short video ecommerce marketing had faced several issues which include large data size, required more computational resources. Therefore, this research proposes Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) based Transfer Learning with visual Geometry Group (vGG)16 for Short video E-commerce Marketing. Initially, the data is taken from Buyer-generated Fashion video (BFv) dataset and consists of fashion videos generated by users, showcasing their purchases and experiences with fashion products. The data is preprocessed by using frame extraction and then the features are extracted by using CNN based Transfer Learning with vGG16 which effectively reduces the training time and computational resources. Next, the You Only Look Once (YOLO) is used for feature engineering where YOLO enabled the analysis of object based features. Finally, the evaluation and optimization is done by Multi armed bandit where it provides efficient way to balance exploration and exploitation which enabled real time optimization. The proposed CNN based Transfer Learning with vGG16 achieved accuracy (0.955), precision (0.977), recall (0.968) and F1 Score (0.970) when compared with existing Hierarchical Oversampling Word Embedding Network (HOWNET).

We present an approach for computing camera animations composed of optimal views to support the visual exploration of blood flow data using cerebral aneurysms as major example. Medical researchers are interested in hemodynamic parameters and vessel wall characteristics. The time-dependent character of blood flow data complicates the visual analysis. Our approach is modeled as an optimization problem to automatically determine camera paths during the cardiac cycle. These consist of optimal viewpoints showing regions with suspicious characteristics of wall- and flow-related parameters. This provides medical researchers with an efficient method of obtaining a fast overview of patient-specific blood flow data. © 2021 The Author(s) Eurographics Proceedings © 2021 The Eurographics Association.

There has been a surge in the demand for embedded devices as people prepare for the arrival of the Internet of Things (IoT), which plans for the autonomous interaction of sensors and actuators to provide various forms of smart services. Due to their limited processing power, data storage, and connectivity, Internet of Things gadgets are ripe targets for cybercriminals. Engineering scalable security solutions that are best suited to the IoT ecosystem is essential for ensuring the safe growth of IoT. In recent years, blockchain skill has arose as a central tenet of IoT-based app creation. The blockchain may be used to address concerns about data privacy, security, and reliance on a third party in IoT programmes. Individuals and communities alike stand to gain from blockchain’s incorporation into the Internet of Things. Nevertheless, a DDoS assault on a mining pool in 2017 revealed serious vulnerabilities in the blockchain-enabled Internet of Things (IoT). The data that this programme creates is also massive. As Deep Learning (DL) allows for fully autonomous large data analysis and decision-making skills, it is employed as a decision-making and analytical tool. This research presents a unique distributed (IDS) to identify DDoS assaults on a financial institution’s statement as a solution to the problems mentioned above. Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) is trained to identify attacks against banks and other financial institutions using the Banking dataset, and its effectiveness is then measured. Topological data analysis (TDA) offers a powerful framework for analyzing complex datasets by leveraging algebraic topology to unveil underlying structures. Within TDA, the Mapper algorithm plays a pivotal role in transforming data into a simplified graph representation, known as a simplicial complex. However, selecting appropriate parameters within the Mapper algorithm remains a challenge due to the absence of a standardized approach. In this study, we propose a systematic methodology for choosing Cover parameters by integrating quantitative assessment, using the Netsimile metric and graph topological features, with qualitative visual analysis. We demonstrate the efficacy of our approach using brain features from the Human Connectome Project dataset. Through a comprehensive evaluation, we identify parameter configurations that enhance graph properties stability producing informative graph structures. Our findings highlight the importance of integrating quantitative metrics into the parameter selection process, paving the way for enhanced data exploration and understanding. The open-source nature of our methodology promotes broader adoption and application across diverse datasets and analytical workflows.

There are a lot of Automotive vehicle Identification (AvI) devices in urban traffic environment in some Chinese cities. vehicles will leave a series of timestep-location records when travelling through the road network, which is a valuable data source for macroscopic traffic supply-demand analysis. A method using the AvI data based on the Arcgis platform to reconstruct vehicles' trajectories is proposed, which can obtain nearly full sample of vehicles' reconstructed trajectories in the road network with devices. The macroscopic features of traffic demand are explored based on the reconstructed trajectory data. Through visual analysis, the distribution of traffic OD demand, traffic volume and spatial-temporal changes are obtained. Additionally, the relationship between traffic supply and demand is evaluated from the macroscopic view.

Automated analysis of brain images linked to dementia benefits from the integration of vision Transformers (viT) and object detection methods, aimed at enhancing diagnostic quality through detailed x-ray descriptions derived from dementia-related brain imaging. Traditional diagnostic methodologies rely on manual inspection, susceptible to errors, while conventional computer vision lacks precision. viT models present a remedy by adeptly capturing intricate visual features. The proposed approach employs viT-based feature extraction and object detection to retrieve intricate components from brain images, facilitating comprehensive issue comprehension. This technique also pinpoints dementia-specific regions, enabling a thorough examination. The amalgamation of object recognition and viT-based feature extraction simplifies the generation of precise x-ray descriptions. The architecture encompasses data acquisition, preprocessing, viT-based feature extraction, object detection, GPT-2 text synthesis, and evaluation criteria. Leveraging appropriate loss functions and training techniques, the sophisticated model learns from diverse datasets to yield insightful outcomes. Performance assessment based on established benchmarks demonstrates clinical viability and heightened accuracy compared to prevailing methodologies. This investigation introduces a novel approach that melds advanced deep learning with critical medical diagnostics, addressing pressing healthcare demands. © 2023 IEEE.

data processing, as an intermediate link in adult college entrance examination enrollment and admission, establishes a bridge between the enrollment and admission institution subsystem and the data output window. However, the data processing work is relatively cumbersome. This article combines the characteristics of the college subsystem of the adult college entrance examination enrollment online admission software, and proposes the use of three commonly used office software and processing methods such as visual FoxPro, ACCESS, and EXCEL to achieve enrollment data processing work, all of which can effectively complete enrollment data processing. Firstly, it is necessary to clarify the basic meaning of the admission data table, the basic structure of the data table, and the data relationships between the tables. When using visual FoxPro software to process data, execute the command line through the vFP command window, write SQL statements based on the correspondence between tables, and encapsulate the vFP command line into a visualization program to achieve data processing. When processing admission data in Access 2016, after establishing relationships between tables, creating queries and outputting corresponding field information, the data processing operation can be completed. When using Excel to process data, it is necessary to first convert the admission DBF file into an Excel file, use functions and formulas to match the corresponding fields, delete excess fields, and replace function references with fixed values to complete data processing. The three methods of processing enrollment and admission data can all complete the post-processing work of the data, but each has its own advantages and disadvantages. vFP does not require data conversion in the early stage of data processing, which is efficient, but mastering and flexibly using commands can be challenging; During the data processing of ACCESS, there is no need to write programs or use formula functions, but

The demand for emotion recognition software in various fields of human endeavour is undeniable. Research has focused on the application of various technologies and methods, including machine learning, neural networks and big data analytics. Available software in the field of emotion recognition is characterised by a number of drawbacks: high cost; not always transparent data privacy and ethics; dependence on data quality; and narrow specialisation of data processing. Thus, it is relevant to develop the software taking into account the minimisation of the above disadvantages. In implementing the application, data collection and preparation was carried out, a recognition model was developed using neural networks and machine learning, and the accuracy of the model was evaluated. The application implements user authorisation using encryption algorithms, file uploading, file analysis, saving and viewing the results. The developed software allows recognising six basic emotions: joy, sadness, anger, fear, surprise and neutral state.

A recommendation system is an analytical tool designed to provide personalized suggestions to users for specific resources such as literature, films, or music, derived from a comprehensive dataset. Movie recommendation systems aim to predict movies a user might enjoy based on attributes of previously liked movies. These systems are particularly advantageous for organizations that manage data from extensive customer bases and seek to deliver optimal suggestions. Factors such as genre, cast, and filmmakers significantly influence recommendations, which may be based on a single attribute or a combination of features. This paper focuses on a genre-based recommendation system employing content-based filtering to cater to user preferences. Using Python, the design tools algorithms like Cosine Similarity, Jaccard Similarity, and Pearson Correlation on a large dataset to identify patterns and preferences eIectively. Through a detailed evaluation of these approaches, the system provides robust and applicable movie suggestions. By smoothing user-friendly navigation and aligning recommendations with user interests, the system enhances user engagement and satisfaction. Also, this study examines the strengths and limitations of the applied algorithms, emphasizing the implicit for combining multiple similarity measures to enhance accuracy. The findings emphasize the significance of substantiated content delivery in optimizing user experience.
