To obtain a comprehensive understanding of the evolution and development of state-owned enterprise compensation research in China, 266 articles from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database from 2002 to 2022 are utilized as the research samples, Using CiteSpace visualization software and combining with bibliometric methods, the amount of literature published over the years, authors, institutions, research hotspots and frontiers of state-owned enterprise compensation research were analyzed. The results show that: 1) The annual literature publishing volume demonstrates a trend of change, initially showing expansion and then declining until peaking in 2018. 2) On the topic of SOE compensation, writers and issuing bodies are often dispersed, with very few authors and organizations collaborating closely. 3) "Salary control,""Salary gap,"and "Executive compensation"have the highest intermediary centrality, "executive compensation"is the most frequently occurring of the three terms related to "executive compensation."Research frontiers point to areas such as Salary restriction order and salary control, topics that have become hot research topics in SOE compensation in recent years. In the future, research will concentrate on national policy and conduct in-depth research in five areas: how to close the salary gap in state-owned businesses and strategies;how to create an ideal system for evaluating salaries;and how to optimize and enhance executive compensation. © 2023 ACM.

Pertamina Upstream's strategy is "First Quality, Then Growth". As a part of Pertamina's drive to improve quality (productivity and efficiency), Pertamina DOH SBS which is the biggest upstream business unit of Pertamina located in South Sumatra initiated the steps, towards the end of the year 2000, to improve the overall data quality and information management process related to production monitoring and surveillance. With the vision to fully automate the production information system, Pertamina DOH SBS reviewed the availably commercial software offered in the area of production information management. The solution is intended to provide a structured data capturing system as well as overall framework towards an integrated Production data Management System (PDMS) for Pertamina DOH SBS. The system implementation was successfully completed in the first quarter of 2002. It is used everyday to capture daily field production data, production allocation, and it provides "Daily Morning Production Report" posted at the Pertamina DOH SBS website (intranet) by 8am every morning. This field data capture system replaced the MS Excel™ spreadsheet files that were used previously to capture and store daily production data. It also provides the user quality control tools like graphical visualization of historical data, which has significantly contributed towards increasing the confidence in the quality of data. This Production data Management System provides the engineers with reliable data, thus minimize time spend for data collecting. Instead, more time will be spent for engineering analysis to increase field productivity. Besides savings in the time, the improved quality and timely availability of data will considerably improve the success rate by allowing users to make well informed decisions.

It is important to be able to provide a variety of ways of visualising any data set if the differences between users in terms of ability and preferences are to be successfully overcome. Human variability is a wonderful thing;except perhaps when there is a visualisation being evaluated! There is not likely to be a representation that fulfils the needs of any given group of users and still remains likeable to them all. This provided the impetus to create a visualisation framework that is able to a variety of visualisations and data through a service mechanism. This allows for matching services to be located, and utilised, as necessary, using a contain client application that acts to hold the component parts of the framework together. This provides representations each user is happiest with to be employed (of those made available), and also for a comprehensive analysis and understanding tool because of the multiple sources of data that can be integrated. In order to best exploit the possible distributed nature of visualisations and data sources, and to provide extensibility for collaboration and Grid integration the implementation makes use of Jini.

As powerful as clickpath mining methods can be, they often lead to huge incomprehensible and non-interesting result sets. Our clickpath mining practice at MSN was faced with challenges of keeping analysts closer to the data exploration process, revealing powerful insight from clickpath mining that business owners can directly act upon. These challenges stressed the importance of an interactive and visual representation of clickpath mining results. Most products today that can perform clickpath visualization do so by presenting massive cross-weaving web graphs. We present a new type of clickpath visualization which focuses only on clickpaths of interest, simplifying the visualization space while still retaining the same degree of mineable knowledge in the data. We also describe visualization techniques we have used to enhance the detection of interesting clickpath patterns from data, and provide a real-life case study that has benefited from the use of our implemented clickpath visualizer PAVE.

Biomedical data analysis typically involves large data sets, a diverse user base and intensive visualization procedures. These features place stringent quality demands upon software development and performance for both the architect and supervisor. An invaluable tool for software supervisors would be the automatic qualitative grading of software objects in terms of their extensibility, reusability, clarity and efficiency. This paper examines the quality assessment of software objects by a multilayer perceptron in relation to a gold standard provided by two independent software architects.

Sensor integration for in situ monitoring during additive manufacturing promises to enhance control over the process and assures quality in the fabricated workpieces. Acoustic emissions from the process zone of the laser powder-bed fusion process carry information about the events and failure modes of the printed workpiece. analysis of acoustic signals emitted during different laser regimes, such as conduction, keyhole, etc. in time, frequency and time-frequency domains could provide quantitative information about the underlying physical mechanisms. This article reports a statistical analysis of the features in acoustic signals to perceive the characteristics of failure modes occurring during layering of stainless steel 316L. The visualization of the feature space distribution that corresponds to different failure modes shows the potentials of applying machine learning for in situ classification. The paper also proposes strategies in terms of data acquisition and preprocessing for building a comprehensive monitoring system. © 2020 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

The work describes a new approach to multidimensional data classification or clustering. "Radar" diagrams are the well-known and most widely used data visualization technique with an ability to be used in expert and man-machine systems. This paper extends our earlier work (Karkishchenko et al., 2000) in image analysis and classification by means of fuzzy geometric features for the fuzzy classification of arbitrary data, presented as a radar diagram. We develop a diagram shape matching methodology to accomplish the fuzzy geometric features technique for the man-machine expert systems.

In order to evaluate the performance of multi-input multi-output (MIMO) communication systems accurately, MIMO channel sounding is necessary. DINO (Dynamic Integrated platform for multi-dimensional data analysis) is proposed for the systematic analysis of the data from a MIMO channel sounder. In DINO, through the visualization of the obtained data by recreating the propagation channel virtually in a computer, a fundamental link between the measured data and the physical environment is established.

The analysis of multidimensional functions is important in many engineering disciplines, and poses a major problem as the number of dimensions increases. Previous visualization approaches focus on representing three or fewer dimensions at a time. This paper presents a new focus+context visualization that provides an integrated overview of an entire multidimensional function space, with uniform treatment of all dimensions. The overview is displayed with respect to a user-controlled polar focal point in the function's parameter space. Function value patterns are viewed along rays that emanate from the focal point in all directions in the parameter space, and represented radially around the focal point in the visualization. data near the focal point receives proportionally more screen space than distant data. This approach scales smoothly from two dimensions to 10-20, with a 1000 pixel range on each dimension.
