In generating and exploring hypotheses, analysts often want to know about the relationship between data values across time and space. Often, the analysis begins at a world level view in which the overall temporal trend of the data is analyzed and linear correlations between various factors are explored. However, such an analysis often fails to take into account the underlying spatial structure within the data. In this work, we present an interactive visual analytics system for exploring temporal linear correlations across a variety of spatial aggregations. Users can interactively select temporal regions of interest within a calendar view window. The correlation coefficient between the selected time series is automatically calculated and the resultant value is displayed to the user. Simultaneously, a linked geospatial viewing window of the data provides information on the temporal linear correlations of the selected spatial aggregation level. Linear correlation values between time series are displayed as a choropleth map using a divergent color scheme. Furthermore, the statistical significance of each linear correlation value is calculated and regions in which the correlation value falls within the 95% confidence interval are highlighted. In this manner, analysts are able to explore both the global temporal linear correlations, as well as the underlying spatial factors that may be influencing the overall trend.

The popularity of the grid computing meets the requirement of intensive computing in virtual screening and speeds up the drug development process greatly. However, there is a great challenge to manage large-scale small molecules from different heterogeneous databases for virtual screening on grid. Additionally, the collection and analysis of a great quantity of distributed result data turned out to be a heavy task. Therefore, in this paper we developed a data management tool for virtual screening on grid called DMTFVS. It provides a uniform and integrated framework to integrate several heterogeneous databases and supports conversion among a variety of molecular file formats. DMTFVS also implements a visualization client for chemists to search or edit molecules conveniently. Furthermore, DMTFVS is capable of collecting and analysing the massive result files, which are distributed on each Grid node, to help chemists view virtual screening result for further screening. Finally the DMTFVS has been proved the availability and efficiency in practice.

Although the National Satellite Meteorological Center has been authorized to receive data, because of various data formats, file slice distribution, for data management and application are very inconvenient. Therefore, the establishment of a business application system EUMETCast automatic data processing and standardization of storage, visualization sharing become an urgent problem. In this paper, the core business processes to system analysis and description, based on the overall technical architecture describes the system operating environment and system design. Four aspects of the functionality of the system were described in detail, and finally the four sub-systems to achieve results of EUMETCast data Management System were introduced. In a scenario where WWW has become more important every day, to have a clear and well organized web site has become one of the vital goals of enterprises and organizations on the Web. On enterprises' side goals are make more profits by reducing costs or increasing incomes. In the case of content-based web sites their goals is to spread its contents among web users. An automatic ontology learning method is developed for the search engine result analysis, which trains ontology with world knowledge of hundreds of different subjects in a multilevel taxonomy. This ontology is then mined to find important classification rules, and these rules are used to perform an extensive analysis of the content of the largest general-purpose Internet search engines in use today. Instead of representing collections as a set of terms, which commonly occurs in collection selection, they are represented as a set of subjects, leading to a more robust representation of information and a decrease of synonymy. Parallelizing the web search results incorporated with Bookshelf data Structure owe to the simplistic applicability of the aforementioned strategy, and the use of simple data structure. The method was also used to analyze the content of the most popular search engines in use today, including Google and Yahoo. In conclusion, this research paper focus on the ontology based semantic web search results visualization using BSDSC(Book Shelf data Structure Code) based on BookShelf data Structure. Finally, the search results are presented in visual mode, which allows a user to navigate between extracted schemas.

Exploration and analysis of scalar and multivariate volume data play an important role in different domains from physical simulations to medical treatments. In visual analytics of volumetric data sets we need to define a multidimenional transfer functions. This is a challenging task because of the difficulty in understanding multiple attribute spaces and displaying in physical three dimension space. Frequently, the transfer function is designed based on mapping one or two dimensional space to color properties (RGB) and opacity (A). We propose visualization and interaction methods for analyzing individual clusters as well as cluster distribution within and across levels in the cluster hierarchy. We also provide a clustering method that operates on density rather than individual records. We compute density in the given multidimensional multivariate space. Clusters are formed by areas of high density. We present an approach that automatically computes a hierarchical tree of high density clusters. To visually represent the cluster hierarchy, we present a 2D radial layout that supports an intuitive understanding of the distribution structure of the multidimensional multivariate data set. We apply a semi-automatic coloring scheme based on the 2D radial layout of the hierarchical cluster tree encoding hue, saturation, and value of the HSV color space. The system support an easily method to define the multidimensional transfer function over entire multidimensional attributes space. Finally, the surface extract by applying marching cube methods.

As advancement of information society, information leakages grow into a serious problem. It is important for security managers to analysis log-files for finding out cause of leakages promptly. Existing methods of presenting log-files take the method of ordering them in time. It makes easy to understand a flow of operations. However, if a log recording an incorrect operation is included in the back of log-file, finding out it may drop back. To address this problem, this paper presents visualization system for log analysis with probabilities of incorrect operation. Incorrect operations are operations that may cause a security incident. Probabilities of incorrect operation are set up by rate of number of incorrect operations in past log-files. Security analysts set order of priority, and logs are sorted. Also, we introduce Visualize Part to help security analysts understand a flow of operations in spite of not ordering logs in time. We aim to contribute speedy security analyses by combine visualizing log-file with probabilities of incorrect operation. To evaluate our proposal, accuracy and efficiency are measured by user experiment. Our proposal tool was compared with the tool without probabilities of incorrect operation. As the result, in terms of accuracy, there are no significant difference between. However, our proposal demonstrate a 39.5% improved efficiency.
