Considering a low-carbon supply chain, the emission reduction capacity and effort level of enterprises are private information. When the government signs subsidy contracts with low-carbon enterprises, it exists problems of adverse selection and moral hazard. For the information asymmetry, from the two situations of whether there is a cloud platform or not, principal-agent models are established respectively. Analyze the utility function of enterprises and the government, formulate the government's low-carbon subsidy contract menu, and summarize the impact of the addition of the cloud platform on government subsidy contracts. The results show that: under the subsidy contract design with the participation of a cloud platform, not only the expected income of enterprises can be improved, but also the information rent obtained by enterprises with low emission reduction capability can be effectively reduced. © 2023 IEEE.

Numerous computational strategies were introduced in the past decades to integrate human aspects into the design process;perhaps, none provided a broader product design capacity equal to digital human modeling (DHM) research. The popularity of DHM usage in product development is increasing, and many companies take advantage of DHM in their virtual prototyping studies. However, DHM is usually interpreted as a post-conceptualization check gate methodology and is often applied to correct ergonomics assumptions. Although this approach provides some insight into product performance, designers often miss more widespread opportunities in terms of utilizing DHM as an early design stage design tool. This research presents our ongoing efforts in developing DHM-based early design computational human Factors engineering (HFE) support tools. We engage this reflection by summarizing two early design frameworks emerging from our recent work: (1) Prototyping Toolbox and (2) human Error and Functional Failure Reasoning (HEFFR). These frameworks are originated from the digital human-in-the-loop (DHIL) methodology. DHIL proposes a simulation-based computational design methodology that builds a bridge between existing Computer-Aided engineering (CAE) software packages and computational HFE tools to address safety, comfort, and performance-related issues early in design. Our primary focus in this paper is to demonstrate the frameworks emerging from our recent D-HIL research to promote better early design decision-making for human-centered product design.

Through the analysis of the construction project in the construction market, this paper discusses the three challenges of the traditional construction cost in the construction project. Because civil engineering is too large and covers a very broad scope, the project is easily disturbed by human factors and natural factors, leading to the construction progress, construction quality and construction safety is difficult to guarantee, so it is necessary to use BIM technology to strengthen construction control and management. BIM is a technology, method or process that uses digital technology to express geometric, physical and functional information of construction projects to support construction, operation and management decisions of project life cycle. Civil engineering is a very key part of the current social development process, with huge economic and social benefits. As far as civil engineering is concerned, its quantity and scale are increasing rapidly. Building information modeling (BIM) technology is leading a global revolution in the construction industry, which represents the future development trend of the construction industry and will have a profound impact on the engineering construction from design, bidding, construction, operation management and other links. Information sharing, paperless construction and whole-process management have been gradually applied to the field of architectural design, construction, management and operation and maintenance engineering. The original practice and training teaching system of civil engineering can no longer meet the needs of enterprises. In actual projects, BIM technology transforms optional factors such as process and change into optimal factors, thus laying a solid theoretical and practical foundation for maximizing investment income of construction enterprises. © 2023 IEEE.

The objective of this paper is to detect the over speed of vehicles on the roads. Although maximum speed limit signs exist on the roads, many accidents keep on because of high-speed driving. It is necessary to solve these problems through automation techniques. This paper describes a speed detection system for vehicles, the traffic police can easily check the speed of vehicles by using this system. This system consists of a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) LOGO! V8.3, two Laser sensors, an HMI (human Machine Interface), a speed camera, and a LOGO! CMR (Communication Module Radio). The detected speed is displayed on the HMI display, moreover, if a vehicle crosses the limited speed, this system displays the over-speed on HMI, and the speed camera is activated to capture an image of that vehicle. Also, an SMS (Short Messages Service) will be sent by the CMR to the traffic authority informing them about the violation to take the necessary legal actions. The system can also store the collected data for documentation purposes. The authors describe a simple, affordable technique for monitoring vehicles' speeds in this paper. © 2023 IEEE.

In view of the increasing number of pets in urban communities, the relationship between urban residents and pets in urban centers has become increasingly complex, and the entanglement between people and pets in urban centers has gradually escalated conflicts. Drawing lessons from Hong Kong's experience in transforming urban micro-spaces into dog-walking parks, the design ideas for dog-walking parks or dog-walking areas are proposed, in order to provide a reference for the future construction of dog-walking parks in my country. Under the concept of urban micro-renewal, this paper selects a 100-square-meter space in Yuyuan Road Community, Shanghai as the public physical space reconstruction project, and uses digital modeling software, Rhino, to model the reconstruction plan in three dimensions. In the modeling process, based on the previous field investigations and questionnaires, the needs for interaction between people and pets in outdoor public spaces were summarized. Table tennis has experienced a century since its birth. With the vigorous development of competitive sports events, rapid changes have taken place in technology, tactics, equipment, rules and training methods. The current industrial landscape is characterized by the immense effort towards the digitalization of systems, networks and processes. Under the light of Industry 4.0, digital technologies such as digital Twins (DT), eXtended Reality (XR), and Additive Manufacturing (e.g. Fused Deposition modeling – FDM) are considered among other key pillars for completing the digital transformation of manufacturing and production systems/networks. Ultimately, the goal is to enhance system dependability, ensure precise process monitoring, and predict future system failures. Consequently, in this research work the design, development, and implementation of a digital Twin based framework for monitoring and improving Fused Deposition modeling (FDM). The focal point of the digital Twin is to assess the quality of 3D printed components, calculate the experimental result and accordingly adjust the process parameters, via the seamless connection of the physical printer to its DT. As a result, a fundamental aspect of this study revolves around outlining the information flow among the previously mentioned components to optimize FDM process parameters, thus reducing the time and resources squandered due to human inaccuracies. The execution of the proposed framework hinges on the integration of appropriate communication protocols and channels between the physical and virtual counterparts in order to achieve seamless and continuous communication. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
