This paper presents an in-depth exploration of a Real-Time Global Parcel Tracking system in the Supply Chain Using RFID and GPS, designed to revolutionize logistics and parcel management. By integrating RFID technology for automated identification, GPS for precise real-time tracking, and data analytics for intelligent routing, the system addresses inefficiencies in traditional supply chain operations. A comprehensive review of literature on RFID-based tracking, GPS integration, clustering techniques, and IoT applications in logistics is presented, highlighting their capabilities, limitations, and future potential. As part of the project's initial implementation, a prototype was developed using an Arduino-based RFID system that links unique order IDs to RFID tags. This low-cost and scalable solution demonstrates how emerging technologies can be harnessed to automate parcel identification and streamline tracking processes. The study underscores the transformative potential of such a system to reduce delays, enhance resource optimization, and provide unparalleled real-time visibility, setting the stage for a further efficient and reliable global supply chain. © 2025 IEEE.

This research paper presents the design and implementation of an automated hydroponic system capable of managing both closed and open setups in indoor and outdoor environments. The system integrates sensors and microcontrollers to monitor, control, and display key parameters like temperature, humidity, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in the nutrient solution, water level, and pH. Through automated monitoring and control, it reduces the need for human intervention, ensuring optimal growth conditions and continuous plant health. The project is driven by the vision of enabling agriculture in any environment, regardless of geographical constraints. Hydroponics, a soil-less method of growing plants, forms the core of the system, allowing for cultivation beyond traditional soil-based farming. By applying these techniques, the system aims to overcome the limitations of conventional agriculture, enabling the growth of various plant species in diverse locations. Through the integration of microcontrollers and sensors, this automated hydroponic system ensures continuous monitoring and precise control of environmental conditions, significantly reducing the need for manual intervention. This research contributes to the advancement of agricultural technology by providing a sustainable solution to enhance food production while addressing the challenges faced by traditional farming. By leveraging automation and sensor technology, the system optimizes resource usage, reduces environmental impact, and empowers individuals to cultivate crops with minimal expertise. © 2025 IEEE.

The integration of Large-Scale Solar (LSS) photovoltaic plants into Malaysia's power grid aims to lower dependency on conventional electricity generation sources, including coal and fossil fuels. The government intends to generate a total LSS capacity of 2.5 GW, providing 10% of the nation's electricity needs. Nonetheless, the complex configuration of the power grid often resulted in technical challenges during the integration of LSS, including power flow, system losses, and instability issues. Thus, the goal of this project is to design a 30 MW LSS power plant that complies with Malaysia's Grid Code Requirement. In phase 1, the optimal sizing of the photovoltaic system and inverter is calculated via SEDA's mathematical approach. In phase 2, the theoretical calculation is validated using PVSyst software, and in stage 3, load flow analysis is conducted in ETAP 19.0.1 software to evaluate the feasibility of integrating LSS into a 9-bus test system. The PVSyst simulation results indicated that the system could provide a 30 MW AC output utilizing all parameters derived from SEDA's mathematical approach. The feasibility analysis indicates that the test system, with an integrated LSS photovoltaic plant, functions within safe parameters under base conditions and complies with the Malaysian Grid Code. © 2025 Institute of Physics Publishing. The progressive rise of integration techniques in the modern power systems invites some issues in the systems such as stability, reliability and power quality. This paper presents power quality analysis of such a system and its solution using a Shunt Active Power Filter (SAPF), the proposed SAPF is fed through a hybrid Renewable Energy Source (RES) based Photovoltaic (PV) and Wind Energy (WE) hybrid system. Implementation of Proportional Integral (PI) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) controller combined techniques is used to regulate the DC link voltage across the capacitor of the voltage source inverter to obtain the accurate reference signal with synchronous reference method. Switching action is carried out by comparing the actual load signal to the reference signal. MATLAB Simulink platform is used for the proposed work and the effectiveness of different operating condition of the system is verified through simulation. © 2025 IEEE.

Intrusion detection system is highly effective and easy to understand in the situation of ubiquitous cyber threats. The trustworthiness and interpretability of traditional intrusion detection systems are balanced due to their dependence on transparent deep learning (DL) and Machine Learning (ML)methods. To overcome these issues, this research proposes a hybrid IDS which makes use of Explainable AI(XAI). An integration of ML methods like random forest and support vector machine with DL methods like CNN ensure efficient detection accuracy in the system. The decision-making process can be better efficient with the help of XAI methods like SHAP and LIME, which increases transparency. The CICIDS 2017 dataset is used to validate the feature extraction of framework, model training and interpretability components. The result show that proposed method performs better with 98.5% accuracy rate and better precision, recall and F1-socre when compared to existing methods. This method provides useful data for securing networks while reducing the number of false positives and negatives. Through the integration of advanced machine learning/deep learning methods with XAI, the proposed IDS ensures dependability, openness and practicality. © 2025 IEEE.

The global refugee crisis has created unprecedented displacement, making access to essential services like education, healthcare, and employment challenging due to unreliable identification. Traditional certification methods are prone to forgery, loss, and accessibility issues. This project introduces a Blockchain-based Certificate Generation and Validation system for refugees, utilizing MetaMask for digital identities, the Solidity compiler on Remix IDE for certificate generation, and Ganache and Truffle for development and testing. The Django-developed frontend enables user-friendly certificate generation and validation. This system enhances security, integrity, and efficiency, reducing human errors and streamlining administrative procedures. By providing secure, verifiable certificates, it improves refugees' access to essential services and supports their integration into new communities, offering a scalable solution to certificate management in refugee contexts. © 2025 IEEE.

This research dives into the design of a solar energy system that can generate electricity and supply it for both household appliances and the power grid. To maximize the power output from the solar panels, the system implements a special control technique called Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT). The MPPT technique utilizes an algorithm called Incremental Conductance to achieve this. Before the inverter stage, a boost converter is incorporated to elevate the voltage from the solar panels further. The inverter itself plays a critical role in seamlessly integrating solar energy into the power grid. It employs a complex synchronization method known as synchronous reference frame control. To thoroughly assess the system's performance under various operating conditions, the researchers modelled and simulated the entire system using MATLAB/Simulink software. This software allows them to test the system's behavior and fine-tune its operation for optimal efficiency and grid integration © 2025 IEEE.

The traditional signalling systems have a high degree of independence, leading to high costs in resources and labor. In order to reduce the number of servers and achieve unified management of infrastructure, the automatic train supervision (ATS) subsystem can be incorporated into the cloud platform. The deployment scheme for integrating the servers and workstations in the control center into the cloud platform is described in this paper, based on the characteristics and existing architecture of the signal ATS. On this basis, the deployment mode of each host and the interface scheme between ATS and other systems are described. To ensure the normal use of the system in the event of malfunctions, the ATS subsystem of signal adopts a multi-level redundancy strategy. The integration of the ATS system into the cloud platform can meet the functions of ATS as well as the requirements of high security and reliability. © The Authors.

Due to the rapid growth of technology usage of Internet of Things devices has revolutionized in multiple domains and areas, but still there are few challenges to address like security and performance issues. Most of the traditional approaches are not sufficient in solving those issues related to IoT ecosystems. This paper aims to present a block chain technology-based solution to the problems of security challenges and improvement in integrity, confidentiality, and availability for IoT systems. The features of Block chain in the sense of an immutable nature help secure the IoT system to share data with others, enhance authentication, and transparency. The integration of block chain with IoT devices can also ensure data provenance thus creating an environment for trust with users and stakeholders. To build this blockchain-based IoT system, the proposed architecture ensures a framework of not only ensuring the security of the IoT ecosystem but also sustainability. Future work will be based on designing prototypes and applications within real-world environments to validate the effectiveness of these proposed solutions in various IoT scenarios. © 2025 IEEE.
