With the development of vehicle network services and related software, the dedicated short-range communication (DSRC) frequency band is not sufficient to carry the increased wireless service demand in the in-vehicle network. The large television spectrum (i.e., the TV white space spectrum) issued by the US Federal Communications Commission for cognitive access will be used to provide additional bandwidth to the in-vehicle network, and the effective channel allocation scheme for TV White Space (TVWS) has become our goal. In this paper, we design a channel allocation scheme based on the Hungarian algorithm. Our main goal is to increase network throughput while minimizing network latency. We present simulation schemes and numerical evaluations to illustrate the desired performance of the proposed channel allocation scheme.

Computer game is an important research direction in the field of artificial intelligence. Among them, incomplete information poker games are relatively difficult to implement compared to the intelligent algorithm of chess games. Dou Dizhu game is a kind of incomplete information game poker game. This paper uses convolution neural network, through the analysis large number of game data, to obtain a better landlord identity card model. Experimental results show that the model can provide efficient and reasonable results in Dou Dizhu games, similar to poker played by humans.

Battery management system (BMS) is a system for the power balance control of power systems. This system relies on the real-time grasp of important parameters such as SOC (State of Charge), polarization resistance and OCV by EKF (extended Kalman filter) battery algorithm. It is of great significance for drivers to grasp the follow-up mileage reasonably and to control the power of BMS. With the generation of massive data, the traditional EKF battery algorithm will encounter the bottleneck of time and space when running on a single machine and cannot meet the real-time requirements of streaming big data processing. In view of the above problems, the research on EKF battery algorithm under large-scale data sets is carried out. based on the Spark Streaming real-time streaming data processing framework, the EKF battery algorithm is improved by setting batches and performing stateful operations, and the distributed calculation of this algorithm and the dynamic allocation of computing resources are realized. The intermediate results generated during the operation are all stored in memory, thus effectively reducing the I/O consumption of data and improving the efficiency of the algorithm. The experimental results show that the optimized algorithm is superior to the traditional EKF battery algoritlun in large-scale streaming data.

This paper focuses on the typical mobile data assets of telecom operators and explores their internal relations. Furthermore, we propose a novel solution model of data fusion for telecom operator's diverse data and a deeper discussion on the scene-driven applications. For the scenario-driven demand, we construct varied data views for scenario-based applications, make an introduction for constructing knowledge graph as well. Eventually, we propose some typical application patterns for the data assets.

The emergence of novel technologies and high speed networks has enabled a continually generation of huge volumes of data that should be stored and processed. These big data have allowed the emergence of new forms of complex attacks whose resolution represents a big challenge. Different methods and tools are developed to deal with this issue but definite detection is still needed since various features are not considered and tracing back an attack remains a timely activity. In this context, we propose an investigation framework that allows the reconstruction of complex attack scenarios based on huge volume of data. This framework used a temporal conceptual graph to represent the big data and the dependency between them in addition to the tracing back of the whole attack scenario. The selection of the most probable attack scenario is assisted by a developed decision model based on hybrid neural network that enables the real time classification of the possible attack scenarios using RBF networks and the convergence to the most potential attack scenario within the support of an Elman network. The efficiency of the proposed framework has been illustrated for the global attack reconstruction process targeting a smart city where a set of available services are involved.

This paper studies the attitude control of rigid spacecraft model. The spacecraft system exists unknown inertial information and external disturbances caused by the external environment and model uncertainty. In the paper, we adopt radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) technique. The RBFNN has a three-layer structure to restrain the influence of unknown non-linear terms comprised by the both external disturbances and unknown inertial. At the same time, a sliding mode control (SMC) method combined with the RBFNN technique is proposed and designed. It drives the system state to converge to the reference attitude in a closed-loop system. Finally, we manipulate electronic simulation technology to simulate and verify the effectiveness of our proposed algorithm.

Decentralized autonomous system based on blockchain has replaced traditional trusted third parties to process electronic payments. Blockchain has the advantages of decentralization, transparency, security, etc. and thus has great potential for development. But the chain structure and mining in the blockchain increase transaction latency and reduce the number of transactions per second (TPS). Therefore, the SDVP model is proposed to solve the problem in this paper. The model uses a self-referencing directed acyclic graph (DAG) structure and a voting-based PBFT consensus algorithm. The new model not only has good reliability, but also significantly improves the speed of transaction generation and verification, and has high efficiency of transaction processing. These experimental results demonstrate that the TPS of SDVP model under different parameters is between 600 and 1400, which is better than PayPel and has highly efficient transaction processing capabilities. It can also be observed that the model exhibits good fault tolerance when attacked.

As an essential method of fire prevention and disaster control, smoke detection is of great significance to production and life. At present, the convolutional neural network (CNN) has achieved good results in the research of smoke detection. However, the detection accuracy is not high for some scenes. For example, the wind speed is tremendous, and the shape of the smoke changes rapidly. In order to deal with this problem better, this paper proposes an improved algorithm based on cascading classification and deep convolutional neural network. In the cascading classification part, we improve the cascading structure and make it select the appropriate parameter threshold for the smoke generated in different scenes. The convolutional neural network structure is trained to extract the variation characteristics of smoke better. Also, we optimize the parameters on the target data set. The experimental results show that the algorithm has achieved excellent results in accuracy and speed on the selected smoke detection data sets.

Electronic devices have achieved smart functionality due to the emergence of action recognition. More specifically, hand motions classification is one of the main research areas among computer vision research communities, which have tremendous potential in the field of human computer interaction. However, there are various challenges related to the computational cost of this approach. In this paper, a compact method is proposed to recognize hand actions by utilizing 3D convolutional neural network. Without using multiple sensors, our method is merely based on a mono camera. A network is trained using multiple videos of human hand motions, and then an image sequence is forward to the trained neural network for recognizing the corresponding action. Our trained neural network is dubbed as HMRNet, an abbreviation for hand motions recognition network. The HMRNet is trained and tested using 20BN Jester dataset, and experimental results showed that both the estimated error and the accuracy of the proposed network are superior compare to other traditional methods including sensors and features based. The computational efficiency and logical steps of our approach are straightforward that any user interface-based device equipped with a camera and proper hardware can adapt this method. This method allows users to interact with the personal computers in a very interactive and futuristic way, and has the potential to eliminate the use of input devices including mouse and touch pen.

Machine Reading Comprehension (MRC) answers the questions related to the specified passage to accurately locate the position of the answer. In recent years, many deep learning models based on attention mechanisms have evolved because they provide flexible and effective information interaction. Attention mechanism can further improved by introducing a multi-head self-attention mechanism to obtain the information in different subspaces. In this work, we propose a new model called MHT-Reader by improving multi-head self-attention mechanism with residual network, and convolutional neural network (CNN) combined with highway network to learn the vector representation of passage and question. The experimental results show that on DuReader Search, the BELU-4 is 24.8%, and the Rouge-L is 31.7%, they increased by 1.7% and 2.1% respectively compared with Bidirectional Attention Flow (BiDAF). On DuReader Zhidao, the BELU-4 is 42.1%, and the Rouge-L is 45.6%, they increased by 2.0% and 1.0% respectively compared with BiDAF. Experimental results show that our model has a better performance than BiDAF on the DuReader dataset.
