Aiming at the significant heat generated by high power density batteries in the process of charging and discharging at high current, a design and optimization scheme of battery liquid cooling system based on sliding mode control is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the paper deeply analyzes the important role of the battery thermal management system in ensuring the safety of the battery pack, extending the service life and improving the overall performance, and establishes the effectiveness and superiority of the liquid cooling method. In this study, an efficient and dynamic response liquid battery cooling system was designed. The system uses the fluid cooling medium to directly contact the inside of the battery, and effectively absorbs and takes away a large amount of heat during the battery operation by precisely regulating the flow rate and temperature of the coolant. The core is the introduction of sliding mode control theory, according to the real-time change of battery temperature, dynamically adjust the control strategy of the cooling system, to ensure that the battery temperature is always maintained in the best working range, to prevent overheating phenomenon. In the experimental part, the design process, key parameter selection and simulation verification process of the liquid cooling system based on sliding mode control are described in detail. The results show that compared with the traditional constant cooling strategy, the system has significant advantages in rapid response, temperature stability and energy efficiency. In addition, this study also discusses the problems and challenges that may be encountered in the practical engineering application of the liquid cooling system, puts forward the corresponding solutions, and looks forward to its application prospects in new energy vehicles, energy storage power stations and other fields. Injections into specific retinal layers of the eye present a serious challenge to surgeons in terms of accuracy and perception. The emergence of new gene therapies further emphasizes the need for effective tools for localized drug delivery. Unlike the dominant approach of delivering drugs via a transvitreal intraocular pathway, this paper demonstrates the feasibility of delivering injections into the space between the choroid and the retina using an external approach. The design of a cooperative robotic system for enabling robot-assisted extraocular subretinal injections is presented. The system uses a distal micromanipulator that can serve as a hand-held tool for OCT-aided injection or attach to a six degree of freedom (DOF) serial robot arm for cooperative manipulation. The kinematics and control of the robot for constrained cooperative control motions to enable safe needle injection is presented and experimentally evaluated. These results suggest that the proposed external drug delivery approach is feasible, thereby enabling the advantages of preserving the integrity of the retina and omitting the necessity for vitrectomy.

We introduce a novel deep reinforcement learning (DRL) approach to jointly optimize transmit beamforming and reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) phase shifts in a multiuser multiple input single output (MU-MISO) system to maximize the sum downlink rate under the phase-dependent reflection amplitude model. Our approach addresses the challenge of imperfect channel state information (CSI) and hardware impairments by considering a practical RIS amplitude model. We compare the performance of our approach against a vanilla DRL agent in two scenarios: perfect CSI and phase-dependent RIS amplitudes, and mismatched CSI and ideal RIS reflections. The results demonstrate that the proposed framework significantly outperforms the vanilla DRL agent under mismatch and approaches the golden standard. Our contributions include modifications to the DRL approach to address the joint design of transmit beamforming and phase shifts and the phase-dependent amplitude model. To the best of our knowledge, our method is the first DRL-based approach for the phase-dependent reflection amplitude model in RIS-aided MU-MISO systems. Our findings in this study highlight the potential of our approach as a promising solution to overcome hardware impairments in RIS-aided wireless communication systems.
