An automatic controlsystem for a harvester was designed based on the integral separation PID control algorithm under the control of a single-chip microcomputer. With STC12C5A60S2 as the control core, the system collects corresponding data and information through the threshing drum rotation speed signal detection module, the grain feeding amount detection module, the threshing drum torque detection module, and the grain auger shaft rotation speed module. After being processed by the coordinated comprehensive algorithm inside the system, it outputs corresponding control signals to the electric push rod in real time, regulates its AD value to drive the action of the HST transmission, and then obtains the optimal integral separation limit beta value to control the harvester traveling system to reach the optimal state. It can also handle sudden situations such as overload speed reduction or locked rotor during the harvester's operation in real time. Finally, through simulation experiments, the comparison of the control effects between the traditional PID control algorithm and the integral separation PID control algorithm under three different integral separation limits was completed respectively. The results of the simulation experiments show that the optimal design of the mechanical controlsystem based on the integral separation PID control algorithm must be based on the traditional PID control algorithm and appropriately adjusted with the optimal parameter proportion.

In order to adapt to the development of intelligent controlsystem for intelligent, miniaturization and specialization, it developed an embedded CNC engraving machine hand held HMI system based on ARM architecture and Linux operating system. The system consists of S3C2440 core board, ZLG7290 board, LCD keyboard circuit, memory circuit, communication module, input module and so on. Tailoring and porting the Linux3.4.2 kernel, and applying the S3C2440 patch, the manmachine interface of the NC engraving machine based on Linux is developed to realize the human-computer interaction. The experiment shows that the embedded CNC system has good realtime performance and strong function, and it can meet the processing requirements of the embedded CNC system HMI.

IoT devices are increasingly being implemented with neural network models to enable smart applications. Energy harvesting (EH) technology that harvests energy from ambient environment is a promising alternative to batteries for powering those devices due to the low maintenance cost and wide availability of the energy sources. However, the power provided by the energy harvester is low and has an intrinsic drawback of instability since it varies with the ambient environment. This paper proposes EVE, an automated machine learning (autoML) co-exploration framework to search for desired multi-models with shared weights for energy harvesting IoT devices. Those shared models incur significantly reduced memory footprint with different levels of model sparsity, latency, and accuracy to adapt to the environmental changes. An efficient on-device implementation architecture is further developed to efficiently execute each model on device. A run-time model extraction algorithm is proposed that retrieves individual model with negligible overhead when a specific model mode is triggered. Experimental results show that the neural networks models generated by EVE is on average 2.5X times faster than the baseline models without pruning and shared weights.
