This paper details the integration of augmented reality (AR) in a new factory, focusing on enhancing maintenance efficiency and optimization. The innovative approach involves combining AR technology, an Android application, and Siemens PLCs (Programmable Logic controller), for efficient automation. The robustness of the PLC enables seamless integration within manufacturing environments, accommodating diverse programming paradigms. The software aspect features Human Machine Interface (HMI) configuration using Siemens' WinCC software, offering dynamic visualizations, alarm handling, and data logging. WinCC's scalability suits applications of varying sizes. The HMI architecture is designed for easy parameter display. The Android application, developed with Java and Python, leverages their respective strengths in Android app development and image processing. Data exchange is facilitated by OPC-UA, supporting multiple programming languages for seamless communication. The AR Teleassistance is highlighted as a revolutionary solution, fostering real-Time communication among global experts, technicians, and operators. Beyond gaming origins, AR teleassistance enhances efficiency in various sectors, minimizing downtime and facilitating global knowledge transfer. The integration of Teleassistance promotes effective collaboration between human expertise and automated systems, crucial for optimal performance in modern industrial settings. Continuous development is suggested through the addition of more 3D mechanical drawings and real-Time stock information for parts in the application, aiming for future optimization and performance enhancement. © 2024 ieee.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are experiencing a significant surge in their applications across various sectors, including healthcare, surveillance, agriculture, and military operations. This widespread adoption offers manifold advantages, such as effortless mobility, reduced human intervention, and the ability to cover vast areas efficiently. Emerging fields, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and cloud computing, have boosted its productivity. But UAVs are resource and energy-constrained devices, so their performance (regarding the transmission time and throughput) gets degraded as the number of service requests increases. Most of the existing solutions use AI, game theoretic models, and edge computing to improve the UAV's network latency. However, their solutions are not optimized to reduce the UAV's transmission time and enhance the network throughput. Inspired by the aforementioned challenge, the proposed work utilizes a bio-inspired algorithm, i.e., Grey wolf optimization (GWO), in UAV communication. For that, a signal-to-noise-plus-interference ratio (SINR)-based fitness function is formulated for all UAVs participating in mission-critical applications. Then, based on the GWO exploration phase, it provides optimal UAVs iteratively that can send mission-critical data in a minimum time. Further, a 5G network is laid out between the UAVs and UAVs to the ground control station, improving overall network throughput and latency. The proposed system is evaluated using various and diverse performance parameters, such as network throughput, performance of fitness function with time, network latency, and GWO population analysis. © 2023 ieee.

Last decade witnessed a significant growth for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) development, marked by advancements in innovation, production, and diverse applications across various fields. UAVs are nowadays contributing significantly in various fields like in military for surveillance, reconnaissance, planning and executing attacks, in civil applications for remote sensing, precision agriculture, environmental monitoring and conservation, infrastructure inspection and maintenance, urban planning and smart cities, scientific research and meteorology and many more. The use of UAVs has also been rapidly growing in health care and emergency medical response services. Despite this huge growth very little information is available in terms of various design and development strategies available. There is even more inadequacy of available literature sources when it comes to design and implementation of UAVs in practical world. In this paper, we tried to focus on various parameters related to UAV i.e. types, various control strategies available, onboard sensors, and potential applications in different areas. Moreover, efforts have been made to significantly address the challenges and security concerns for their better and interruption free operations. © 2025 ieee.

Electromyography (EMG) signals, which measure the electrical activity of muscles during contraction, deal with the hope of controlling the actions of the exoskeleton. This paper exposes the acquisition and application of EMG signals for precise and responsive control of exoskeletons. Moreover, the natural neuromuscular signals generated by the user aim to create a seamless interface between the human body and the assistive device, enhancing functionality and user experience. The EMG signals are obtained by placing the electrodes in the respective area of our body, filtering the data, signal amplification, and using noise reduction techniques. Furthermore, EMG data is processed for noise removal, where artefacts ensure the clarity and reliability of the acquired signals. Those signals were used to develop a control algorithm to translate muscle activity into corresponding exoskeleton movements. The challenges and limitations associated with EMG-based controls are signal variability, cross-talk, and calibration. Finally, this paper presents results, which demonstrate that EMG-based control offers a high degree of accuracy and responsiveness, especially requiring to control the fine motor rotation and varying force levels. This approach not only improves the usability of exoskeletons for individuals with mobility impairments but also has certain potential applications like EMG-controlled exoskeletons in various domains, including rehabilitation, assistive technology, various military settings and human-machine interfaces. EMG-driven systems to revolutionize the field of wearable robotics, paving the way for more intuitive and effective human-machine interfaces. © 2024 ieee.

The learning rate of a CNN determines the efficiency of the neural network. In brain tumor detection, the learning rate and the optimization function plays a key role in deciding the final output. The Optimized Stochastic Gradient Descent (OSGD) optimizer giver better result in terms of Accuracy, Recall and other determining factors. We have also compared the results obtained with other optimizers and it could be clearly stated that our proposed model. The OSGD optimizer controls the maxima and minima, and move the near optimum solution buy controlling the learning rate. So via this method we can control our right *** we detect our object in les error. © 2024 ieee.

Inductive Power Transfer (IPT) is emerging as one of the promising charging technologies for Electric Vehicles (EVs). With this technology, the power transfer takes place between two charging pads wirelessly, one on the ground and another attached to the vehicle's chassis. The type of charging pad used plays a significant role in determining the overall performance of IPT system and is, therefore, critical for the system. This paper presents a detailed comparison of the performance of various types of charging pads that are typically used in an IPT system, including rectangular, DD (two 'D' shaped pads), DDQ (two 'D' shaped pads along with a Quadrature 'Q' pad), and Bipolar. These pads are designed according to test-specifications in the Standard SAE J2954. The performance parameters presented here include the coupling-coefficient between the two charging pads and the power loss (in the ferrite, copper, shield, etc.) considering lateral misalignment in X and Y directions at different air-gaps. The paper also discusses which type of pad would be more suitable, considering these performance parameters. The analysis for the proposed work is performed through simulations in ANSYS Maxwell 3D. These findings are helpful in determining the suitable charging pads to meet the application requirements. © 2023 ieee.

The proposed collision warning system can be added to various automotive applications. With this precrash detection system, a vehicle can detect and know the position, acceleration, speed, and movement of other vehicles up to certain kilometers under various situations. The situation may be a blind spot, vehicle stopped in a place hidden from view, or around a corner blocked by other vehicles. A vehicle prototype is created and tested under various conditions. The system will use a sonar sensor to identify impediments, and an Arduino is used to apply emergency braking when the situation arises. The device also will provide options for speed control to reduce damage or to avoid collision with another vehicle. Consequently, a fully accessible automated collision avoidance system is suggested. As a result, every car can now have an automated smart speed control and braking system so that it can help to avoid collision and proteus software was used in this study to create a prototype model. © 2023 ieee.

Literature review is the main aspect of this research where special attention is given to learning the ways of applying machine learning to enhancing transparency of supply chains all over the world. This is achieved with the help of big data to blend a classical model with several features of the improved ML tool of demand forecasting, anomaly detection, or better route optimization. Data is the whole information collected for analyzing while pre processing means the step through which data is passed before analysis. Model development refers to the process of developing a model which will be followed in practice while implementation refers to the act of practicing what was envisaged in the development of the model. Last but not least, control is the last step in the model implementation process where the outcome of the model is critically determined. The outcome of the research has presented that reliability and effectiveness has been established to achieve an enhanced level of predictability in terms of hit ratio, delivery performance, inventory and overall organizational parameters. It reveals that, if helms properly, then the ML has the capability to increase the effectiveness and visibility of the global supply chain - which is a vital element of any business.. Learning, knowledge creation cannot be a one time process and hence needs continuous application where the stakeholders are the active participants. This study provides informed guidance on the factors that can be applied in integrating ML in supply management. © 2024 ieee.

Synchrophasors are a cutting-edge wide-area power system monitoring and control technologies, particularly for contemporary networks with a significant renewable energy component. Two reference synchrophasor models are suggested in the ieee/IEC 60255-118-1 standard for the building of synchrophasor units for protection (P-class) and measuring (M-class) applications. In this paper, an improved P-class synchrophasor technique based on modified demodulation is proposed. A frequency adaptable second harmonic oscillator is incorporated at the traditional modulation approach to dampen high amplitude oscillations that result from it. A low pass filter based on delayed signal cancellation (DSC), which is computationally effective and highly capable of extracting selected harmonic is utilized to enhance the performance of estimates in challenging circumstances. Results indicate that the proposed synchrophasor model significantly improves steady state compliance while simultaneously reducing the dynamic error margin. © 2023 ieee.

The progressive displacement of conventional generation towards renewable energy sources requires restoring an adequate capacity of regulating power to ensure reliable operation of power systems. Power systems with large shares of converter-interfaced renewables are characterized by low grid inertia due to the lack of frequency containment provided by synchronous generators. High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) Transmission Systems based on Voltage Source Converter (VSC) technology are considered valuable assets to improve frequency regulation capacity levels. HVDC converter stations based on VSC technology are typically able to operate in either grid forming or grid-following modes. The aim of this paper is to highlight the opportunities and challenges of grid forming control for HVDC applications. A special focus will be on contradictory grid forming control performance requirements from European Transmission System Operators (TSOs). The impacts of these requirements on AC grid, HVDC performance and hardware are discussed. © 2023 ieee.
