A new networked distributed LED power supply scheme is presented in this paper. It is composed of a high power voltage source and multiple digital galvanostats mounted inside the lamps. They share information by half-duplex communication, and realize the group measure and group control of the multiple PC-based power supplies and lamps. This power supply method can not only solve the technical bottleneck problems in reliability, efficiency, and maintenance of the traditional LED lamps, but also work out the information sharing and network management issues. The optimal target aiming Maneuver of an aerodynamic/Thrust Vector control(TVC) aircraft, which is a six-degree-of-freedom trajectory problem, is researched by a two-timescale Chebyshev pseudospectral optimal control method. This problem is transformed to nonlinear programming problem and solved by the toolbox SNOPT. The simulation shows that the TVC can decrease the time of the aiming maneuver significantly by improve the efficiency of elevator, and make the optimal control different from only aerodynamic control.
