The traditional optical focusing technology cannot meet the demand for high speed, stable and precise laser engraving. In this paper, a mixed focusing technology is proposed,which combines the advantages of the pinhole focusing method and interference focusing method to achieve the high speed, dynamic and precise focusing in laser engraving. The design of the test system is completed. The 200 Hz focus speed with 5μm precision and 500 Hz focus speed with 20μm precision are realized. Experimental results and data are of great significance for the automatic and intelligent development of laser engraving industry.

In order to improve the performance of the aerial hydraulic winch and ensure the dynamic stability of the control system. One type of aerial hydraulic winch is studied in this paper, the control system is designed, and the mathematical model of cable tension control is built based on balance equation and Hooke's law, the PDF (pseudo-differential feedback) algorithm is used in the electro-hydraulic proportional tension control system. The variation of cable tension is analyzed by modeling and simulation in MATLAB/SIMULINK. The experimental results show the accuracy of the algorithm, and the control algorithm can be applied to the cable tension control of the system.

The paper describes a novel pseudorandom bit generator(PRBG) based on chaotic couple map lattice. The state variables of the couple map lattice are combined to produce a block of 32 random bits at each iteration. Various experiments are carefully conducted to evaluate the quality of the proposed pseudorandom bit generator. The obtained results showed the proposed pseudorandom bit generator is suitable for the cryptographic applications.

Based on the analysis and research on the mathematical model of the T-type equivalent circuit of the asynchronous induction motor, the control idea of the torque ripple current limiting start of the asynchronous motor is put forward, and the adaptive fuzzy PID is applied to the current limiting control part. In the basis of this theory, the simulation platform is built by using MATLAB/Simulink tool, and the soft starter of motor torque current limit control is carried out. The results show that the proposed method can reduce the motor starting current and improve the starting torque, which verifies the reliability of the torque ramp current limiting theory.

To the problems of temperature drift in MEMS pressure sensor, inaccuracy of pressure altitude model and noises in height measurement, the temperature compensation, modeling and fusion with inertial navigation system in altitude measurement are studied. Firstly, the pressure error due to temperature is analyzed and compensated. Secondly, numerical integration is applied in altitude computation, which is compared with standard atmosphere altitude model. Finally, information fusion based on INS and pressure sensors is realized by Adaptive Filter. Experiment shows that the altitude and vertical velocity measurement with this method is accurate, swift and free of error accumulation.

With rotor field oriented control mathematic model of the bearingless induction motor, a nonlinear controller based on state feedback linearization is designed such that the nonlinear system with multivariable and strongly coupled motion is reduced to decoupled linear subsystems including its speed and rotor flux as well as two rotor displacements. Expert-PID controllers are designed to these decoupled linear subsystems. To verify the effectiveness of the control scheme, some simulations were carried out and the results show satisfactory static and dynamic performances of the system which enables stable suspension of the bearingless induction motor.
