Pulse sorting is a key part of electronic reconnaissance which is widely used in the modern warfare. In order to suppress the sub-harmonic phenomenon that occurs in the statistical histogram sorting algorithm and solve the problem of poor clustering effect of the current clustering sorting algorithm, a sorting algorithm for radar signals based on haar wavelet transform is proposed. The simulation results show that the new algorithm has a high accuracy of measurement time and good intra-class aggregation, inter-class separation, with a high sorting accuracy at low signal to noise ratio. Haar wavelet transform can be used as a powerful tool for sorting of radar signal.

How to query Linked Open Data effectively is a challenge due to large amounts of distributed datasets and lacking of overall information about it. Source selection that filters query-relevant datasets is a challenge. We propose a graph structure named ‘Predicate Line Graph(PLG)' to summarize dataset by using schema-level information, and then interlink different PLGs to build a global summarization by using schema-level or instance-level mapping information. In experiments, the global view is generated by Linked Open Data sets and then it is evaluated by query sets. The experimental results show that our summarization can select candidate datasets effectively.

This paper presents a new mathematical method to derive PMSM model, which introduces zero sequence inductance that rarely considered in papers before, and was built to observe parameter variation during different states. Moreover the simulation results proved that the PMSM model designed here is correct and more accurate to represent the PMSM body, since the simulation figures illustrates that the magnetic field energy loss increase massively when there was a fault, because of the existence of the zero sequence inductance.

In this paper, based on the existing no-reference assessment method for low-bandwidth speech, an algorithm for broadcast speech quality is proposed after the application scenarios of high bandwidth voice analyzed, which consists of preprocessing, extraction of speech features, reconstruction of reference signal, full-reference evaluation, and multi-layer perceptual neural network mapping. It is shown in experimental results that the algorithm can be used as a reliable basis to a certain extent for the quality of broadcast speech in the case of failure to obtain the reference signal.
