These days, with more and more people using the internet, cloud computing, and other types of networked information systems, protecting people's and companies' privacy and security is crucial. Looking at it this way, encryption is a sort of efficient technology that can secure the transport of public information and hence satisfy these demands. The researchers achieved their objectives by making use of a wide variety of encryption methods tailored to the requirements of this area. In order to safeguard sensitive data while minimizing the possibility of assaults, it also focused on complex mathematical challenges to create an extremely complex encrypted communication mechanism. The proposed method consists of three phases, which are preprocessing, feature selection, and model training. The formulation of the sample data and group data is necessary to establish the model's setup prior to primary processing. When reducing the dimensionality of a dataset for feature selection, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is often used. The model was trained using the GCNN-LSTM. On average, our suggested model has a 95.33% accuracy rate, which is better than competing methods such as GCNN and CNN. © 2025 ieee.

Little is known about how individuals with low vision attend to 3D environments in a virtual environment (VE). This study investigates the visual attention of normal vision under a simulated vision loss and real central vision loss in a VE. We present a qualitative comparison of the saliency maps of visual attention generated from eye-tracking data of participants with normal vision under no loss and simulated low vision, saliency maps generated by a participant with low vision with and without corrective spectacles, and a saliency map generated by a computational prediction model.

Developing a lightweight super-resolution network that can achieve high performance has significant value, but remains under-explored. Many existing methods are devoted to generating rich details, thereby improving the visual quality of single image. However, it may introduce errors or redundant information. To overcome these challenges, we propose a lightweight Frequency Separation Enhancement Network (FSENet) that is focus on both high and low frequency information. Furthermore, we introduce a novel Frequency Gradient-based Perceptual Loss (FGPL), specifically designed to enhance the high-frequency components of the super resolution results. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed FSENet achieves comparable PSNR/SSIM performance with state-of-the-art lightweight SR models, while achieving a processing speed of 107.8 FPS. This performance surpasses that of all previously reported methods.

The digital transformation of smart cities and workplaces requires effective integration of physical and cyber spaces, yet existing digital twin solutions remain limited in supporting real-time, multi-user collaboration. While metaverse platforms enable shared virtual experiences, they have not supported comprehensive integration of IoT sensors on physical spaces, especially for large-scale smart architectural environments. This paper presents a digital twin environment that integrates Kajima Corp.’s smart building facility "The GEAR" in Singapore with a commercial metaverse platform Cluster. Our system consists of three key components: a standardized IoT sensor platform, a real-time data relay system, and an environmental data visualization framework. Quantitative end-to-end latency measurements confirm the feasibility of our approach for real-world applications in large architectural spaces. The proposed framework enables new forms of collaboration that transcend spatial constraints, advancing the development of next-generation interactive environments.

Immersive reality has emerged as a groundbreaking and promising approach for teaching anatomy, providing unique learning experiences while complementing traditional educational methods. Existing immersive software, such as Organon® and HoloLens®, offer valuable tools but remain limited in anatomical detail and interactivity. We present a novel educational approach: an immersive human atlas that integrates anatomical slices from the Visible Korean Human dataset (male and female) into a 3D environment. This platform enhances anatomical visualization and incorporates a Large Language Model (LLM) to support user interaction and understanding. By combining precise anatomical slices within the 3D model, the atlas provides an enriched and comprehensive learning experience for medical education.

The research community has shown increasing interest in designing intelligent embodied agents that can assist humans in accomplishing tasks. Although there have been significant advancements in related vision-language benchmarks, most prior work has focused on building agents that follow instructions rather than endowing agents the ability to ask questions to actively resolve ambiguities arising naturally in embodied environments. To address this gap, we propose an Embodied learning-By-Asking (ELBA) model that learns when and what questions to ask to dynamically acquire additional information for completing the task. We evaluate ELBA on the TEACh vision-dialog navigation and task completion dataset. Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves improved task performance compared to baseline models without question-answering capabilities. Low-code platforms (LCPs) allow the development, testing, and deployment of software applications with minimal manual coding by using pre-built software components and visual design tools. LCPs frequently enter into technology partnerships to offer extensive capabilities required for software development. In this study, we identify and characterize these technology partnerships to understand and develop the structure of the LCP ecosystem. We model the LCP ecosystem and identify nine types of technology partnerships. In doing so, we advance our understanding in three key areas: (1) provide insight into the evolving LCP ecosystem, (2) reveal that LCP vendors use various technological partnerships and strategies across different capability areas with varying partner network sizes and capability compositions, and (3) demonstrate the value of ecosystem visualization. Collectively, our findings can help LCP users and developers understand the foundational, competitive, and niche partnership strategies and enable LCP vendors to innovate and collaborate effectively. © 2025 ieee Computer Society. The rising demand for sustainable energy has increased interest in bioenergy. The primary source of bioenergy is agricultural waste, which offers an environmentally friendly alternative to fossil fuels. The review provides an inclusive analysis of the current agricultural waste and bioenergy literature and emphasizes vital trends, technologies, and challenges. It utilized Vosviewer software to identify key themes and research trends using author keywords, index keywords, and all keywords. 885 Scopus-indexed documents were analyzed. The results reveal that the most recurrently occurring keywords are "bioenergy, " "biomass, " and "agriculture, " which indicates a strong focus on sustainable energy production. The terms "anaerobic digestion, " "biogas, " and "biofuels" emerge as leading technologies. A cluster analysis of 88 phrases revealed three significant research clusters in the title and five in the abstract fields, indicating a wide range of pivotal areas. Despite tremendous progress, there are still gaps in understanding specific kinds of agricultural waste and novel bioenergy technologies, such as microbial fuel cells. This review offers valuable insights into current research trends, opportunities, and future directions for agricultural waste and bioenergy, strongly emphasizing sustainability and technological innovation. © 2025 ieee.

The exponential growth of digital data necessitates efficient and accurate information extraction (IE) from structured documents. Traditional rule-based systems, limited by domain-specific constraints, struggle with scalability and adaptability. This paper proposes Info-ExtNet, an innovative model that leverages the LayoutLM architecture by integrating text, 2D positional, and image embeddings for enhanced document understanding. Our approach operates through three key stages: preprocessing, modeling, and post-processing. Advanced Optical Character Recognition (OCR) techniques and layout parsing are used during preprocessing to transform scanned documents into structured data while retaining essential spatial information. The core modeling phase employs a transformer-based architecture with multimodal embeddings to capture both textual and visual features effectively, and the post-processing stage refines the extracted data to ensure precision and *** model was evaluated using benchmark datasets such as FUNSD and SROIE, achieving high performance metrics, including a Precision of 0.94, Recall of 0.94, and an F1-Score of 0.95. These results surpass state-of-the-art (SOTA) methods, demonstrating the robustness of our model in handling complex document layouts. The extracted information, saved in a structured CSV format, supports immediate integration into various downstream applications. This work provides a scalable solution for document intelligence, paving the way for future research in document processing and analysis.

The development of helicopter transmission systems consumes a significant amount of funding during the early stages of helicopter design, with conceptual design playing a critical role in the overall design of the transmission system. This paper leverages the fundamental principles of graph theory to transform helicopter transmission relationship units and connection relationships into vertex models recognizable by computers. A method for designing helicopter main gearbox concepts is proposed, enabling the exhaustive generation of numerous transmission schemes. Additionally, transmission models are automatically generated through a com-bination of hierarchical layouts and parallel transmission path branching methods.
