Voice pathology detection plays an important role in diagnosis and medical intervention. Existing methods suffer from inferior performance with limited and imbalanced training samples since the pathological information is coupled with other linguistic and paralinguistic attributes. In this work, a novel adversarial feature disentanglement framework is proposed to achieve the voice pathology detection task by extracting task-oriented features and optimizing feature space. Specifically, to suppress noise features in the coupled representations, an adversarial feature disentanglement mechanism is proposed to decouple pathological and non-pathological information, in which a mutual information discriminator is introduced to prevent information leakage. A classification and contrastive learning (CCL) module is designed to cluster intra-class embeddings in high-dimensional space. Experiments on the open-source SVD and FEMH datasets demonstrate that the proposed model outperforms other competitive baselines, achieving 87.94% and 92.06% accuracy, respectively. The visualization also validates the effectiveness in distinguishing pathological and non-pathological features. © 2025 ieee.

The advancement of Augmented reality (AR) technology has made it possible to use it in surgical precision and better the lives of patients. This paper outlines a real-time visualization and navigation framework where AR is integrated into surgical work. CT and MRI imaging data are used in the system to create accurate and rather detailed preoperative 3D anatomical models. These models are overlaid on the surgeon's vision, being the integral part of the system, providing the surgeon with dynamic constant assistance during procedures. To surmount the problem of misalignment of the virtual overlays with the patient's anatomy due to movements of the patient in the operating room, the framework uses complex tracking algorithms as well as machine learning techniques. It highlights planner pre-operative, intra-operative visualization and decision support mainly in complicated surgical cases. In the case of minimally invasive surgery, the framework was used to position the instruments correctly with improved accuracy, cutting short on time to operate, and countering complications. This research shows how AR can benefit today's surgery, as an origination of increased accuracy and a closing of the gap between conception and operations. It has also discussed some of the issues like scalability, cost, and the required training for the surgeon for the use of such system and has therefore provided a direction for the large-scale use of AR-assisted surgical systems. © 2025 ieee.

Flooding is one of the major problems in Indonesia, especially in areas with high rainfall and topography prone to inundation. This research utilizes the Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data, which is processed using the D8 algorithm to determine the direction of water flow. In contrast, the Bernoulli equation calculates flow velocity based on elevation differences. To facilitate analysis and interpretation, the HSV color model was applied to visualize the intensity of the river flow through different color gradations. This method allows for more intuitive river flow patterns and energy distribution mapping without the need for risky direct measurements, especially during high water discharge. The visualization results greatly benefit watershed management, water resources planning, and flood mitigation more effectively and safely. In addition, this approach also has broad potential to be applied in other fields, such as fluid dynamics and environmental modeling, to support more sustainable water resources management. The case study shows that the method can accurately describe river flow patterns, even under complex flow conditions. The results of this research can serve as a reference for the government in setting watershed boundaries, designing water management strategies, and strengthening flood disaster mitigation measures. However, this study still has some limitations, such as not fully considering environmental change factors, including sedimentation and variations in river characteristics, which can be the focus of further research to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of this method. © 2025 ieee.

This project aimed to implement a prototype capable of real-time monitoring and control of various parameters in information management setting with Internet of Things (IoT). Research methodology involved designing and implementing the system prototype to resemble a supply container or transportation truck with installed sensors controlled by a microcontroller. Main components used temperature sensors (AHT20), RFID reader for access control, GPS module for location tracking, and a web/mobile dashboard for remote monitoring. Additionally, a robust database system was developed to store sensor readings and transaction history, ensuring data integrity and facilitating seamless communication between components for real-time data transmission. Key findings indicate that the system effectively monitors temperature, manages access control through RFID authentication, tracks real-time location via GPS, and provides a user-friendly dashboard interface for data visualization. © 2025 ieee.

In the dynamic field of architectural design, effective communication stands as a requirement for successful project realization. However, traditional 2D methods often struggle to convey the depth and essence of architectural visions to stakeholders. Augmented Reality (AR) emerges as a revolutionary tool, poised to transform architectural communication and stakeholder engagement. This work is an exploration of the transformative power of Augmented Reality in architectural design communication, employing a comprehensive methodology. By leveraging state-of-the-art technological innovations, the aim is to provide architects and designers with groundbreaking tools to translate their blueprints into immersive, dynamic experiences. Beginning with collaborative requirement analysis, conceptual design, and data acquisition, the optimization of assets for AR rendering follows suit. Augmented Reality, in tandem with Unity 3D, Figma, and specifically smartphones as AR devices are used for realization of the work. In this paper, we present an automated integration approach for BIM and 3D GIS data about infrastructure projects to improve human-machine interaction with respect to sustainable project management. Based on the step-by-step process that starts with the preparation of data in BIM about buildings and complex infrastructures, CAD for the buried networks and terrain models, and BIM itself for buildings and complex infrastructures by generating IFC models. This is followed by a cleansing and optimisation step to find geometric conflicts. ETL processes automate the development of a unified spatial database integrating BIM and GIS data, without loss to geometric or attribute data. Automation tools are used to transfer data between BIM and GIS environments. This process enables the design of a 3D GIS application for 3D visualization and advanced spatial queries, such as efficient monitoring and decision making. From a case study in preliminary infrastructure projects, such as underground networks and building structure mapping, significant improvements in workflow efficiency were observed, improving by 30%, and data errors were reduced by 20% compared to manual methods. It is an essential gain for infrastructure integration and management, in particular within the complex environments involving smart cities. This approach contributes to sustainable infrastructure management through the use of global real-time views about projects. © 2025 ieee.

Challenges include handling unstructured chat data, ensuring privacy and ethical standards, managing large data volumes, accurately interpreting sentiment despite context, sarcasm, and irony, and creating effective visualizations. The proposed paper aims to develop a robust chat analyzer for WhatsApp conversations, leveraging Python libraries like pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, and natural language processing techniques. By filtering out irrelevant messages and group notifications, the tool focuses on meaningful interactions and employs sentiment analysis to provide insights into user dynamics. This comprehensive analyzer offers visualization and statistical analysis of chat data through a user-friendly application deployed on the Heroku web platform. The project improves comprehension of WhatsApp messages by integrating machine learning and NLP, allowing users to extract important data and handle unwanted content effectively. The suggested procedure involves utilizing a machine learning algorithm that combines VADER sentiment analysis for accurate emotion detection with keyword frequency analysis for trend identification. The new system shows a 15% boost in accuracy and a 20% increase in processing efficiency for sentiment analysis and user activity detection when compared to current models. © 2025 ieee.

Visual data is an integral and essential aspect of any science, a powerful tool for description and exploration in social sciences005. Abstract: In this study, we apply new advanced ways of visualization to bring light on steps helping policy makers better understand multifaceted social phenomena using datasets publicly available. Through combining geospatial, temporal and network visualizations, the framework provides an intimate understanding of urban growth patterns of i-Social networks and behavior characteristics. Findings show that attractive visualizations make interpreting and revealing otherwise hidden patterns easier and provide insight into policy. Such an approach would finally close the gap between data complexity and actionable insights, offering social scientists a solid foundation for research with real impact. © 2025 ieee.

The evaluation of tunnel route needs to consider many factors such as natural environment, geography and geology. How to evaluate tunnel route objectively, fairly and effectively has always been a difficult problem for tunnel route selection specialty. The spatial analysis and visualization based on GIS can show the spatial relationship between the tunnel and the evaluation factors, and can make accurate judgments by analyzing the geographical and geological characteristics of the tunnel location combined with the corresponding evaluation model. Based on this, this paper uses GIS to construct the comprehensive geospatial data set of the tunnel scheme to be evaluated, and constructs the comprehensive evaluation model of the tunnel according to the analytic hierarchy process, etc., and evaluates the tunnel scheme from the angles of geography, geology and humanities, and puts forward a set of comprehensive evaluation method of tunnel route based on GIS, which is mature in technology and easy to operate, and has great reference value for railway route selection. © 2025 SPIE.
