With the changes in modern families and the needs of infants, traditional parenting methods are no longer able to meet the needs of parents. In order to provide a more advanced and convenient parenting method, this study designed and implemented a mobile parenting monitoring system based on virtual simulation technology of computer service programs. This system utilized virtual simulation technology, combined with mobile devices and cloud computing technology, to provide real-time remote monitoring and intelligent childcare services, providing greater convenience for parents and comprehensive care for infants. The real-time monitoring range of the mobile childcare monitoring system designed in this article was expanded to 100 meters compared to the traditional one, with the number of cameras increasing from 1 to 4, and the storage capacity also expanding to 50GB. The feasibility of the system also had advantages in terms of technical proficiency, economic cost, time cost, market competitiveness, and operational difficulty. The average score in terms of system stability was 85.71, which was also much higher than traditional childcare monitoring systems. The mobile childcare monitoring system designed in this article was significantly superior to traditional childcare monitoring systems and had broad application prospects. © 2025 SPIE.

Video caption generation is an extremely challenging computer vision task that automatically generates the caption for video clips with a clear understanding of the embedded semantics. Due to the extensive use of images for conveying large volumes of information, there exists a huge demand for image analytics in information processing systems. Various techniques are designed for automatic image caption generation to solve the computer vision challenges, but highlighting the contextual information more accurately still results in a challenging task. To overcome such issues, a Hybrid Attention Vision Transformer-based Convolutional Neural Network-Gated Recurrent Unit-Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (HAVisT-CNN-GRU-BiLSTM) is developed for video caption generation. Specifically, the Vision transformer (VisT) effectively captures the global dependencies and learns the intricate relationships present in the image. Moreover, the proposed approach combines the salient information extracted from the CNN, GRU, and BiLSTM models resulting in less memory usage, high dimensional data processing, and improved convergence speed. Moreover, the hybrid attention-based Vision transformer facilitates capturing the global context information and enhances computational efficiency. The experimental results demonstrate that the HAVisT-CNN-GRU-BiLSTM model achieves the efficient metric values of BLEU, METEOR, and ROUGE as 0.48, 0.28, and 0.71 respectively outperforming the other existing techniques. © 2025 ieee.

In this study, we designed a control management mechanism for autonomous vehicles by utilizing the ownership Quality of Service (QoS) of Data Distribution Service (DDS) and implemented and experimentally verified it based on FastDDS. By setting priorities among the three control modes of manual control, Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) control, and emergency control based on ownership strength, we prevented data conflicts and enabled fast and accurate control switching even in emergency situations. The experimental results show that the proposed system minimizes the control transition latency. Also, it effectively guarantees the message throughput and demonstrates its practical applicability in safety-centric systems such as autonomous driving. This research will provide future possibilities for extending ownership QoS in complex environments such as multi-vehicle cooperative driving and vehicle-infrastructure communication. It also aims to contribute to improving the reliability and efficiency of autonomous driving technologies. © 2025 ieee.

This paper presents a communication emulation model for enhancing the efficiency of multi-microgrid (MMG) networks, employing Network Simulator 3 (ns3). MMG systems require robust communication frameworks for coordination, particularly under varying traffic conditions. The introduced model accommodates multiple local area networks (LANs) that support efficient communication across multiple autonomous AC microgrids. The developed model facilitates seamless bidirectional information exchange between the microgrids' local controllers and the MMG control center (MMGCC), employing TCP/IP protocol to ensure high data transmission integrity and low latency. A detailed design in C + is demonstrated, including the configuration of the communication nodes, topology, communication links, and quality of service (QoS) analysis. The network performance is rigorously assessed across low and high traffic conditions, with performance metrics such as throughput, delay, and percentage packet loss at each node. Results confirm the effectiveness of the introduced model in sustaining minimal packet loss, high throughput, and low delays under dynamic operating scenarios. These findings establish the developed model as a viable solution for meeting the real-time communication requirements of MMG energy management systems. © 2025 ieee.

Pneumonia continues to pose a substantial global health challenge, necessitating prompt and precise diagnosis to enhance patient outcomes. In order to detect pneumonia and classify its severity into mild, moderate, and severe phases, the web-based program uses deep learning algorithms to analyse chest X-ray pictures. A Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model that has been trained on publicly accessible datasets and achieved high accuracy is integrated into the application. Furthermore, it provides personalized health recommendation, downloadable PDF reports, and a local hospital database to facilitate users in locating nearby treatment facilities. The system utilizes Fast API for backend processing and user-friendly interfaces to enhance accessibility and efficiency. This solution underscores the potential of artificial intelligence in supporting early diagnosis and effective pneumonia management. © 2025 ieee.

This paper describes the impact of Parylene layer on the hydrostatic strength and resonant frequency of large and thin bulk-micromachined diaphragm of 500 nm thick Low Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition (LPCVD) low-stress silicon nitride (SiN) with 4.8 x 4.8 - 10 x 10 mm2 in size, as 0.5 - 20 μm thick Parylene layers are added to the SiN diaphragm. The experimental results show that the hydrostatic strength of the SiN diaphragm improves by a factor of 10 with only 5 μm thick Parylene layer, and increases linearly as Parylene layer thickness is increased, while the resonant frequency of the diaphragm is mostly not affected by the added Parylene layer. © 2025 ieee.

Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs) are considered crucial for real-time vehicle-to-vehicle communication, which in turn enhances the efficiency of traffic and road safety. VANETs are very vulnerable to Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks, which seriously disrupt communication and degrade network performance. This paper introduces a high-performance neural network-based detection and prevention mechanism that can effectively counter DoS attacks. The proposed method is initiated with the real-time monitoring of the network. Data collection and preprocessing through the Adaptive Self-Guided Loop Filter (ASGLF) are used to filter out noise from the data. The Fast Hybrid Vision Transformer (FHVT) conducts feature extraction for network traffic to effectively preserve the spatial and temporal relationships. Using the Reflecting Equivariant Quantum Neural Network (REQNN) integrated with Heterogeneous Edge-Enhanced Graph Attention Network (HEEGAT) ensures timely anomaly detection accuracy of attacks. Subtraction-Average-based Optimizer (SAO) optimizes the detection parameters to effectively utilize resources. The experimental results have shown accuracy in the detection of DoS attacks as 99.9% with a PDR of 99.9% and also improved throughput efficiency by 99.8%. These results validate the effectiveness of the proposed model in securing VANETs from DoS attacks, offering uninterrupted network availability and improved vehicular communication security for intelligent transportation systems. © 2025 ieee.

The work is devoted to solving the problem of restoring the representation of the source code of a program (and in the future, algorithms, architecture, etc.) in the form of a binary code, which will allow searching for vulnerabilities in them more effectively. For this purpose, it is proposed to use reverse-engineering based on genetic algorithms. The concept of genetic reverse-engineering, consisting of a sequence of deevolutions of individual representations of the program, and created necessary model-algorithmic instrumentry, is described. The results of experiments on restoring the source code for a non-trivial mathematical expression by various methods and the obtained operating time are presented: by expert groups - 30, 15 and 3-5 minutes, by smart brute-force - 10 minutes, by a genetic de-evolution prototype (as a special case of full reverse-engineering) - 0.5 minutes. © 2025 ieee.

Data breaches, identity theft, and the lack of user control within traditional digital identity management systems, it begs a more secure and decentralized alternative. In this study we propose a blockchain based digital identity management framework that implements privacy, security and transparency by employing distributed ledger technology. To provide tamper proof identity storage and automated verification, the proposed model uses cryptographic hashing and smart contracts. The use of a novel token-based access mechanism enables users to safely share their identity data with third parties, while keeping sensitive information out of sight. Security metrics are enhanced by 30% for data integrity with 45% reduction in unauthorized access attempts all through simulations. The framework also achieves improved efficiency reducing identity verification time by 40 percent compared to traditional systems. It offers a promising approach to address important vulnerabilities in centralized identity management in line with the development of marketable and user-friendly digital identity solutions. © 2025 ieee.

In the face of growing demand for high-quality software solutions at reduced costs and development times, the use of open-source software (OSS) has become increasingly prevalent. This study evaluates the speed of OSS support activities - an essential quality factor for OSS users - and proposes a method for early-stage evaluation based on issue resolution time. We analyzed 100 popular OSS projects hosted on GitHub, collecting data on issue creation and completion dates. The results indicate a correlation coefficient of 0.587 between 30 and 180 days of observation, aligning with previous findings on OSS support continuity. Notably, a satisfactory correlation of 0.525 was achieved at just 21 days, suggesting that organizations can assess OSS support speed earlier and potentially accelerate their decision-making process. Our findings provide a practical criterion for evaluating the speed of OSS support activities, which may help organizations adopt OSS with greater confidence and enhance productivity in software-related projects. Future research will expand these criteria by exploring additional factors affecting issue resolution time, such as project scale and corporate support. © 2025 ieee.
