Lung Adenocarcinoma is a kind of NSCLC (non-small cell lung cancer) which is the most occurring form of lung cancer. It progresses in the epithelial cells that coat the Alveoli sacs of the lungs. Adenocarcinoma refers to cancer formed in mucus secreting cells, thus giving it its name. Patients suffering from this disease shows a combination of symptoms such as pneumonia, coughing up blood, fatigue and weight loss which covers a wide range of unrelated manifestation leading the disease to go unnoticed and often causing fatality. Just like any other cancer, Lung Adenocarcinoma desires early and accurate diagnosis. current methods include various forms of imaging techniques such as PET scan, biopsy procedures and genetic testing. Diagnosis is followed by a plethora of treatment options such as Chemotherapy, Targeted therapy and Immunotherapy. Despite such efficacious treatment techniques, their effect entirely relies on the stage of diagnosis and its accuracy. Keeping such dearth in mind, we put forward a high resolution upsampled image generator which is packed with combinations of advanced neural network incorporating Machine learning model and techniques such as GANs (Generative Adversarial Network). This platform utilizes pathological data from several trusted sources to develop the AI model which as a result will increase the accuracy of biopsy diagnosis. Trained on the dataset that was carefully acquired and the initial 750 samples were augmented generating the final dataset of 4500+ image samples using the 'Augmentor' package in python, the model delivers superior results than current diagnosis methods while simultaneously improving biopsy performance. It guarantees model stability to variations which is achieved through minimizing loss function and parameter tuning while enhancing computational efficiency. This development may eventually result in filling the gap in current diagnosis methods by improving its results manifold. © 2024 ieee.

Amidst the dynamic landscape of contemporary energy management, this research delves into the pivotal challenge of power consumption forecasting, a linchpin for efficacious load management within the ambit of smart grids. Conventional power grids suffer from many problems like grid instability which results in power outages, voltage fluctuations, and even grid failures, overloading of transmission and distributed system, energy wastage etc. which are solved by smart grid solutions like two-way communication between the utility company and the consumer, automation and control which provides overall grid resilience, energy efficiency and integration of renewable *** core objective of this research is to confront the limitations inherent in conventional grids through the harnessing of forecasting techniques within a time series framework to address the pressing load management issues through the development and a comparative analysis of three distinct time series forecasting models: ARIMA, SARIMA, and LSTM. Moreover, the project lays the foundation for future enhancements, like the integration of more advanced machine learning techniques and time series models, and the incorporation of additional data sources. This research contributes to the ongoing evolution of smart grid technology, with far-reaching implications for energy management, renewable energy sources and sustainability in the modern world. © 2023 ieee.

Insider threats pose critical security threats through the possession of privileged and access to valuable information and resources. Data leakage is one of the significant challenges faced in cloud computing environments, emphasising the criticality of data protection across various sectors such as education, finance, healthcare, and more. Cloud computing offers numerous advantages, including reliable data storage and transfer, yet it also presents significant risks, including data breaches, server failures, and malicious insider threats. This paper's primary objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of data leakage detection methods, particularly focusing on insider threats. Through the exploration of machine learning models and anomaly detection techniques, the study seeks to identify the most effective strategies for mitigating unauthorised data exposure. The research encom-passes a comprehensive analysis of current security measures, identification of vulnerabilities, and the proposition of enhanced detection methods. By examining real-world data leakage incidents and employing advanced detection tools, the findings aim to contribute to the development of more robust data protection frameworks. This research is poised to offer valuable insights and recommendations that will aid organisations in leveraging cloud services securely and efficiently, thereby enhancing their overall data security posture. The study not only underscores the importance of the CIA triad-Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability-but also highlights the significance of innovative detection methods such as machine learning algorithms and behavioural analytics in safeguarding sensitive information in the ever-evolving landscape of cloud computing. © 2024 ieee.

Car production volumes have increased dramatically over the past decade, reaching 92 million vehicles produced by 2019. This increase has particularly boosted the used car market, emerging as a growing industry thanks to the internet so fashionable methods Need to stay current market trends for determining real value have increased in many applications of machine learning, its use in predicting problems stands out in the way in a remarkable way. This work focuses on the use of machine learning algorithms, in particular linear regression, to predict used car prices and to develop mathematical models using data with specific characteristics. In this period marked by rapid growth, our research is at the forefront of a new approach to car price forecasting. Our solution, using machine learning techniques, aims to provide comprehensive support, significantly saving time and costs associated with car pricing calculations. Forecasting the price of a car is a major one, requiring a great deal of expertise and thorough diligence. We thoroughly examined a variety of factors to make accurate and reliable predictions. We used Linear Regression, a leading machine learning technique, to develop a +model to predict used car prices. This method incorporates multiple independent variables and one dependent variable, so that actual and predicted values can be compared to assess forecast accuracy Our study uses a system with a forced dependent variable on the cost depending on factors such as mileage, year of production, and variety come other characteristics. © 2024 ieee.

This research paper investigates the use of Evolutionary Programming (EP) for dynamic resource management and energy optimization in cloud computing. The goal is to reduce energy consumption and costs by dynamically allocating resources based on the current workload and energy prices. The proposed EP approach is evaluated on a real-world dataset collected from a cloud data centre. The results show that the EP approach is effective in optimizing resource allocation and reducing energy consumption compared to a baseline static allocation approach. Specifically, the EP approach achieved an average reduction of 28% in energy consumption while maintaining similar levels of performance. The findings of this research have important implications for the industrial and commercial use of cloud computing as it can lead to significant cost savings and a reduced carbon footprint. The proposed EP approach can be easily integrated into existing cloud infrastructures and can be customized to meet specific requirements and constraints. © 2023 ieee.

The integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) into various sectors, such as manufacturing, healthcare, agriculture, and transportation, has significantly enhanced the ability to gather data, process it through edge and cloud computing, and deliver IoT services to end users. However, the energy sector has yet to fully leverage these advancements. The primary associated challenge is the acquisition and processing of energy data which can be subject to stringent regulations imposed by data protection laws. This can hinder access to energy data for IoT service providers focusing on energy optimizations and analytics, thus hampering the development of energy IoT services. This challenge is particularly pertinent to manufacturing scenarios where energy-efficient processes are crucial for sustainable development. For example, in the context of battery production, energy data and services can be critical for optimizing processes and enhancing the manufacturing efficiency of battery cells. Thus, energy data can be essential for achieving sustainability and reducing costs as well as ensuring the effective use of energy resources, and minimizing the environmental footprint. To address the challenge of accessing energy data, emerging trends emphasize the application of data sovereignty principles and data policies that facilitate secure and compliant data sharing. This paper delves into these trends, offering a thorough review of existing approaches for sharing energy data and identifying related open problems. Overall, this work provides guidance for practitioners developing advanced energy data management systems and for researchers aiming to design novel approaches based on the latest advances in energy data management. © 2024 ieee.

Intelligent computing is characterized as an empirical computational thinking program and represents a facet within the artificial intelligence system. It is a system endowed with independent thinking capabilities, designed to assist humans in addressing diverse problems. The intelligent computing schemes are crucial for trusted secure routing. However, traditional security mechanisms based on cryptography and identity authentication could not defend against internal attacks. Trust is widely regarded as one of the effective ways to resist these attacks. In this paper, trusted secure routing schemes based on intelligent computing are investigated over the past five years, and compared and analyzed by using key evaluation metrics, as well as summarized the challenges and trends in current research. Furthermore, the future research directions are proposed. Our work will facilitate the application of intelligent computing in trusted secure routing.

In recent years, China's rural energy supply guarantee capacity has been continuously enhanced, and the effectiveness of energy structure adjustment has been significant. However, there are problems such as relatively weak infrastructure, extensive energy utilization, and low proportion of clean energy. Aiming at the problems of rural energy development and utilization such as the irrational structure of rural energy consumption and low level of energy consumption in China, focusing on rural domestic energy consumption, this paper combs and analyzes the current situation of rural energy consumption in China, the internal and external situations faced by energy development, analyzes the potential points of replacing fossil energy in various fields of rural production and life, estimates rural carbon sinks and carbon emissions from a multi-dimensional trend, and lays the foundation for studying and judging the 'carbon neutrality' capacity of rural energy. In view of the particularity of China's national conditions and the specific characteristics of different regions, through the study of key issues such as the energy utilization of rural waste, the application of rural energy electrification, and the construction of rural energy service system, it is proposed that rural energy transformation and development is an important means to promote the 'carbon neutrality' in rural areas, and proposed measures and suggestions to promote the scientific development of China's rural energy. © 2023 ieee.

This paper introduces a noise -aware distributed Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (QAOA) tailored for execution on near-term quantum hardware. Leveraging a distributed framework, we address the limitations of current Noisy Intermediate -Scale Quantum (NISQ) devices, which are hindered by limited qubit counts and high error rates. Our approach decomposes large QAOA problems into smaller subproblems, distributing them across multiple Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) to enhance scalability and performance. The noise -aware strategy incorporates error mitigation techniques to optimize qubit fidelity and gate operations, ensuring reliable quantum computations. We evaluate the efficacy of our framework using the HamilToniQ Benchmarking Toolkit, which quantifies the performance across various quantum hardware configurations. The results demonstrate that our distributed QAOA framework achieves significant improvements in computational speed and accuracy, showcasing its potential to solve complex optimization problems efficiently in the NISQ era. This work sets the stage for advanced algorithmic strategies and practical quantum system enhancements, contributing to the broader goal of achieving quantum advantage.

In the era of big data and advanced computing, a constant escalation in the demand for computational power is observed. This paper addresses the challenges in current computing architectures, with a specific focus on the inefficiencies of the von Neumann architecture and the limitations inherent in Resistive Random Access Memory (RRAM). A novel Digital Twin Enabled Fault Detection Method for RRAM-Based Neural Com-puting Systems is introduced. This method utilizes Digital Twin technology to bridge the physical and digital realms, enabling the creation of precise virtual models of RRAM devices for simulation and analysis without physical risks. The framework of the system, its construction methodology, and experimental results are detailed. Enhanced reliability of RRAM devices is achieved through this approach by facilitating predictive maintenance and early fault detection, thereby reducing unexpected downtimes in various applications. © 2023 ieee.
