English language learning has evolved with the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), offering personalized and adaptive methodologies to cater to diverse learner needs. This research aims at reviewing the effectiveness of incorporating technologies in Language Learning through AI technologies including NLP, recommendation system and intelligent adaptive learning system. These system-based architectures depend on user interactions and offer learned education paths, interaction feedback, and narrated content. The study employed post-experimental experiments based on 500 learners with control and AI-based groups, all of whom were assessed on language acquisition progression for 12 weeks. Analysis of results showed a 35% higher improvement in the Group that received assistance from the AI as compared to those who were part of the control Group-improvements that were noted in Vocabulary, Grammar, and the Ability to Conduct Convergent Conversations. These results highlight how AI might readily be harnessed in making learning experiences insightful and fluid. Therefore, this study establishes that flexible AI technologies are useful in enhancing the teaching and learning of English language for ever-evolving learning environment. © 2025 ieee.

The increasing reliance on medical equipment for accurate diagnostics and treatment highlights the critical need for ensuring their operational reliability. Faulty medical devices can lead to severe consequences, including incorrect diagnoses and compromised patient safety, underscoring the need for effective fault detection. Despite enhancements, existing fault detection approaches face significant problems in accurately identifying defects due to limited feature extraction capabilities, often resulting in suboptimal classification efficiency. To address these challenges, this research proposes an efficient and accurate fault detection system for medical equipment using the ResNet-50 deep learning model. By leveraging residual learning, the proposed method effectively enhances feature extraction, enabling the model to capture intricate patterns within medical equipment images. The study utilizes a comprehensive collection of image samples from various medical devices, providing a diverse and reliable foundation for fault classification. The proposed model achieves a remarkable classification accuracy of 98.15%, demonstrating its effectiveness in distinguishing between functional and faulty devices. Key performance metrics, like Precision (97.3%), Recall (97.9%), Specificity (98.4%), and F1-Score (97.5%), were systematically analysed, validating the model's strength, consistency, and real-world applicability. Experimental findings showcase the model's consistent and outstanding efficiency, highlighting its superiority over current state-of-the-art techniques. The results emphasize the real-world feasibility of implementing such intelligent systems in healthcare settings, marking a notable progression in the automation of medical equipment testing. © 2025 ieee.

Edge-Cloud systems provide efficient computation and storage close to data sources, with lower latency, scalability, and application performance for various applications, such as IoT, autonomous vehicles, and real-time analytics. These systems are highly vulnerable to significant security and privacy challenges, which include the following: data confidentiality and integrity in the process of transmission, secure protection of sensitive data stored on the edge against physical and remote attacks, and maintaining availability under dynamic network conditions. More challenges related to ensuring users' private nature through anonymizing data, obtaining consent for all processes involved, and compliance with specific regulations like GDPR and CCPA. This work incorporates more enhanced cryptographic methods in the transfer of data between heterogeneous systems and environment-based anomaly detection, advanced privacy-preserving analytics to avoid extraction of private data, adaptive control mechanisms in place for Edge-Cloud for minimizing vulnerability with enhanced trust along with the maintenance of data integrity. The key benefits would be robust mitigation of threats, better interoperability between edge and cloud platforms, and alignment with evolving security standards, which promotes wider adoption across various sectors. © 2025 ieee.

Real-time data processing is facing many issues as a result of the Internet of Things' rapid expansion, especially at the network's edge where latency, bandwidth, and compute resources are limited. The creation of hybrid AI-electronic systems for real-time edge processing is investigated as a solution to these problems. To improve the effectiveness and precision of data processing in Internet of Things contexts, the research combines machine learning algorithms with sophisticated electronic circuits. The techniques include creating a brand-new hybrid framework that blends edge computing and AI models and focuses for low latency and low power consumption. When compared to conventional edge processing systems, extensive simulations and real-world research show a 25% reduction in processing latency and a 15% gain in data categorization accuracy. According to the findings, the suggested hybrid AI-electronic system can successfully handle the requirements of contemporary IoT networks and offer a scalable real-time edge processing solution. This strategy has potential for use in smart city applications, industrial automation, and other fields in the future. © 2025 ieee.

This paper presents a decentralized multi-agent system for intelligent traffic management in urban environments, where each agent represents a traffic light controller at an intersection. The proposed system leverages a combination of Distributed W-Learning and Deep Q-Networks (DQN) to optimize traffic flow. Distributed W-Learning enables agents to prioritize decisions based on multiple performance policies, while DQN enhances their ability to handle complex state-action mappings through neural network approximations. By utilizing locally available traffic data, each agent adapts dynamically to diverse traffic conditions. The integration of these machine learning techniques ensures a fully decentralized and self-organizing approach, minimizing congestion, improving traffic efficiency, and addressing multiple objectives simultaneously. Simulation experiments are conducted using SUMO (Simulation of Urban MObility) to evaluate the system's performance in realistic traffic scenarios. This study highlights the potential of combining Distributed W-Learning and DQN in multi-agent reinforcement learning to revolutionize traffic management systems and achieve scalable, adaptive, and efficient urban traffic control. © 2025 ieee.

This paper presents the development and deployment of a secure chat application in a Kubernetes environment for real-time log monitoring and communication. The research addresses the challenges of managing and aggregating logs in a distributed, containerized environment, specifically within Kubernetes clusters. Traditional logging solutions often struggle with providing real-time collaborative troubleshooting, centralized log aggregation, and robust security. The proposed system integrates Kubernetes-native features, along with Fluentd and the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), to centralize log management and provide a unified interface for real-time communication through WebSockets. The application is designed to ensure high scalability, fault tolerance, and security by implementing TLS encryption and Role-Based Access control (RBAC). The outcome is a scalable, secure, and efficient log monitoring solution that improves operational efficiency, enhances system reliability, and fosters collaborative debugging, making it a valuable tool for developers and administrators in Kubernetes-based environments. © 2025 ieee.

This paper introduces an innovative solution to modernize water distribution systems by integrating RFID technology with a 12V DC pump, a microcontroller, and a billing feature displayed through a mobile application. The integration of these components aims to address common challenges such as unequal distribution, wastage, and unauthorized access faced by traditional systems. Each household is provided with a unique RFID card corresponding to an RFID tag installed at a central water tank, ensuring secure and authorized access to water resources. The 12V DC pump, coupled with optimized piping infrastructure, regulates water flow, enhancing reliability and efficiency. The microcontroller serves as the central control unit, managing RFID operations, monitoring water flow, and facilitating communication with a central server for billing data. Key objectives include promoting equitable access, minimizing wastage through continuous monitoring, and supporting sustainable management practices. Additionally, the project incorporates a billing feature displayed on a mobile application, allowing users to view and manage their water consumption data conveniently. By integrating RFID technology, a microcontroller, and a billing feature accessible through a mobile application, the system offers a comprehensive solution to the challenges of water distribution, promoting efficiency, equity, and sustainability in communities. © 2025 ieee.

All over the world, the population of elderly people is increasing a lot. There needs to be special attention to the welfare of the elderly person to make them confident in their independent quality of living. In recent years, researchers have shown much interest in smart home automation for people who live alone without any human assistance. However, the purchase of medical drugs, diapers, etc., outside the house has to be fulfilled by their family members or caretakers. In most cases, it is not feasible, as the family members may stay long away from the elders. Purchasing online is easy;however, analyzing the best product requires knowledge in each e-commerce application for better quality at a low cost. This paper proposes an integrated and intelligent e-commerce framework to avoid the drawback of purchasing items online in a single window using the NLP technique. The proposed framework provides offers, discounts, star ratings, and product reviews by analyzing other customers' review data and purchase patterns. It provides interactive data analysis at a single window for the ease of elderly persons. The performance of the proposed framework was evaluated by 120 elderly persons using a simple questionnaire with a statistical analysis of a sample purchase. © 2025 ieee.

There have been several developments in renewable resources, standby sources of energy, and storage technologies. Because renewable sources are inconsistent, the best method to ensure supply continuity is to combine them with traditional energy to serve mini-grids or the isolated loads that are not linked to the main grid. In hybrid power system, many different energy sources are blended. Every time, effective and efficient Energy Management Strategies (EMS) are necessary when more than a source of energy is employed to supply a given load. This strategy directs the energy flow via the supply chain. This is necessary not just for standalone hybrid systems, but for hybrid power system that are linked to the main network. The intelligent control of hybrid MG has been the subject of a large number of serious research projects. A comprehensive assessment of the approaches used by a number of writers in their research work on applying energy management approaches is conducted. Standalone hybrid energy systems and the hybrid systems those are linked to the electrical grids are examples of these solutions. The aim of this paper is to give summary of various energy management schemes utilized in sustainable hybrid systems. Brief study is conducted for a number of freestanding and grid-linked hybrid system designs in order to make sure and find that which energy management technique that works well and will be applied for one renewable source is not always the best for another. © 2025 ieee.
