In the swift evolution of cyber-Physical systems (CPSs) within intelligent environments, especially in the industrial domain shaped by Industry 4.0, the surge in development brings forth unprecedented security challenges. This paper explores the intricate security issues of Industrial CPSs (ICPSs), with a specific focus on the unique threats presented by intelligent attackers capable of directly compromising the controller, thereby posing a direct risk to physical security. Within the framework of hierarchical control and incentive feedback Stackelberg game, we design a resilient leading controller (leader) that is adaptive to a compromised following controller (follower) such that the compromised follower acts cooperatively with the leader, aligning its strategies with the leader's objective to achieve a team-optimal solution. First, we provide sufficient conditions for the existence of an incentive Stackelberg solution when system dynamics are known. Then, we propose a Q-learning-based Approximate Dynamic Programming (ADP) approach for the online resolution of the incentive Stackelberg solution without requiring prior knowledge of system dynamics. Last but not least, we prove the convergence of our approach to the optimum.

Decentralized strategies have been extensively applied to LQ optimal control problems, whereas, stochastic systems with unknown random parameters have not been comprehensively studied. In this paper, we consider a class of stochastic systems with a decentralized configuration consisting of multiple controllers which have access to Gaussian noises with unknown statistical information. The stabilizing and optimal control strategies are acquired by designing a novel stochastic approximation algorithm recursively evaluating the zero points of certain matrix equations, which is confirmed to be equivalent with solving the corresponding Riccati equations. The proof of convergence and boundness of the proposed algorithm is presented.

More and more portable intelligent devices are connected to the Internet in recent years. A way to effectively use the isolated cyber data without involving privacy and realize the cyber intrusion anomaly detection on the portable intelligent devices with relatively limited hardware storage resources and computing power is worth exploring. In this paper, we propose a framework of federated anomaly detection, which enables the device effectively detect the anomaly by sharing the parameters of the federated model in a fully distributed fashion. We formulate the model training problem as a distributed robust optimization problem and subsequently devise an efficient algorithm for it. Experimental studies have also been carried out to reveal the superior performance of the proposed framework and underscore the significant benefits of federated anomaly detection.
