This Health and medicine are definitely important to human life in modern times. With many hospitals employing different Record Management Software (RMS), healthcare stakeholders have various alternatives when it comes to electronic patient information. Some store it locally in their databases;others use a cloud service provider. Patients do not have direct control over their own medical data because it is kept on a centralized system. Sharing information among the medical community (from one hospital to another) is a major challenge. Blockchain technology can be employed to ensure secure sharing of Electronic Medical Records (EMR). The Electronics Medical Record (EMR) is a digital representation of a patient's medical history, encompassing patient information, personal details, drugs, prescriptions, medical background, health history lab results, diagnostic tests, and reports such as X-rays. However, the current centralized storage of EMR limits patients' Patients lack autonomy over their own medical data and poses challenges for secure sharing among different healthcare providers. To address this issue, we propose a decentralized and secure approach using Interplanetary File systems (IPFS) for storage and the RSA algorithm for record encryption. By utilizing blockchain technology and cryptography, our solution seeks to provide patients total ownership over their medical information while maintaining data integrity.

Digital information exchange has become commonplace due to the growth of the internet and information technology breakthroughs. Academic institutions are placing a greater emphasis on developing digital campuses, of which digital libraries are an essential part. Though cloud computing is a well-known idea, what matters more are the security precautions performed within the cloud environment. Numerous technologies have been developed in recent years to offer cloud network security. This paper investigates the integration of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) for improving data security and access control in library management systems, which enables logical separation between public and private clouds, to facilitate remote access to digital library resources securely and effectively. There are undoubtedly many risks to the public cloud because resources within it are accessible to everybody. With the aid of the Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), these potential risks are effectively avoided. We have presented VPC principles and examples in this article, along with an explanation of the benefits and necessity of VPC. The implementation involves creating a VPC, setting up gateways, configuring route tables, and establishing both private and public subnets. Secure Shell (SSH) keys and EC2 instances are utilized to deploy OpenVPN, followed by RDP connections. This setup provides a secure, encrypted tunnel specifically for the library management website, allowing authorized users to access resources from anywhere.

This paper aims to investigate the stabilization problem of stochastic linear system via path-dependent state-feedback control. For the given stochastic linear system, a novel feedback control is designed with the path-dependent information of the system states, and the control gains are determined by the stochastic algebraic Riccati equation. To prove that path-dependent control can drive the stochastic linear system to be exponentially stable, a novel Lyapunov function is proposed. Combined with the general theory on stability of stochastic system, it is shown that stochastic system will be stabilized in mean-square via path-dependent control.

Developments in industrial manufacturing systems, through the use of new digital technologies, are revolutionizing the traditional means by which companies operate in terms of productivity and competitiveness. The adoption of technologies related to Industry 4.0 (I4.0) has led to the possibility of digitizing industrial assets to achieve more responsive, reconfigurable and efficient production systems. The Asset Administration Shell (AAS) corresponds to a form of digital representation of a physical asset, such as, a machine or device, that describes its properties, functionalities, and behaviours, as well as guarantee interoperability between different systems. Implementing AAS in the industrial environment allows the creation of a standard for digitalising asset scenarios, which can be used for intelligent and non-intelligent products. This paper explores modelling geometric inspection assets on an automotive assembly line using AAS standards. Once modelled, the AAS of the assets are applied to a new approach for reactive AAS based on a REST API for real-time data transmission to a framework focused on Zero Defects Manufacturing. The implications associated with the asset modelling and the creation of the AAS server are presented and discussed, giving a critical opinion on the current status of the technologies associated with AAS in I4.0.
