With the advent of the intelligent era, computer-aided motion video analysis has become an important branch of computer science application field. In line with this research trend, this study proposes an intelligent sports training video tracking algorithm based on reinforcement learning, aiming to improve the tracking accuracy of athlete movements in sports videos. First, in order to achieve efficient video tracking from a theoretical perspective, this study first introduced a skeleton key point detection model to maximize the extraction of the main features of human actions in the video. At the same time, considering the instantaneous and explosive nature of sports videos, a motion recognition model with adaptive learning capabilities was constructed by introducing small sample modeling and posture estimation technology. Second, the high-resolution network (HRNet) structure is combined to perform parallel processing of multi-resolution feature maps, so that the high-resolution branch can maintain feature consistency throughout the network depth, thereby accurately identifying targets in complex motion scenes. Third, to further optimize the tracking performance, the reinforcement learning part of this study adopted an algorithm based on the Markov decision process, using a linear weighted template update strategy to adapt to the morphological changes of the target in dynamic scenes. In the experimental part, we first collected relevant data and tested it on a video database containing basketball, baseball, swimming and football, and the tracking accuracy reached 99.23%. The comparative experimental results show that the accuracy of this study is higher. © 2024 ieee.

The proposed work involves the development of a robot that can intelligently recognize its surroundings and navigate in a specified direction. The robot's design incorporates several components, including a motor, IR sensor, motor driver, Arduino UNO, power supply, and push-button. The robot's specifications include a weight of 25 kg, 500 RPM 12 volt DC motor, 120mm diameter wheels, a maximum weight limit of 35 kg, a maximum operation time of 12 hours, and a height of 1.5 meters. The robot's objective is to operate autonomously while accurately detecting obstacles in its surroundings and navigating towards its intended direction. The proposed work aims to develop a prototype that can potentially be used for various applications, such as environmental monitoring, surveillance, and automated delivery systems. The implementation of the proposed robot could lead to increased efficiency and productivity in various industries while minimizing the risks associated with human intervention. The proposed work aims to contribute to the development of advanced robotics technology that can significantly improve the quality of life and enhance the capabilities of human society. © 2023 ieee.

Electrical load is a stochastic variable;hence its prediction can be a difficult task. The 'curse of dimensionality' can also reduce a predictor's capacity for generalization. In contrast to choosing a subset of features that could lead to lost information, the ensemble system for load forecasting in this paper is based on random forests and uses all available features. Regression systems are built using various feature sets in the proposed method, and they are then combined using the average method. The system is trained on a large dataset using various machine learning algorithms and evaluated using various performance metrics. The results show that the proposed system is able to achieve high accuracy and outperform traditional forecasting methods. The developed system has the potential to improve the efficiency of power systems and enable better decision-making in the energy sector. © 2023 ieee.

This paper addresses the challenges moxibustion robots face as they transition from laboratory settings to clinical applications, specifically the difficulties in regulating moxibustion temperature and controlling the application distance. The paper reviews and analyzes relevant literature on the design technology of moxibustion robot actuators, temperature control technology for moxibustion robots, robotic arm trajectory planning technology, and closed-loop control technology for robotic arms. To tackle these issues, this article proposes a comprehensive research plan for the design and closed-loop control technology of moxibustion robots, offering guidance for future development directions in moxibustion robotics and promoting the advancement of robotics in the medical field. © 2024 ieee.

This paper studies the finite-time prescribed performance synchronization of complex dynamical network under event-triggered mechanism and pinning control. A new finite-time prescribed performance function and event-triggered pinning controller are designed. Some sufficient conditions are proposed to ensure the synchronization can be realized. An easy-to-implement selection algorithm is adopted to update the pinning node set. A theoretical analysis is proved that the strategy can avoid the occurrence of Zeno phenomenon. Lastly, the effectiveness of the results is verified by simulation results. © 2023 ieee.

Semantic communications represent an advanced approach to information exchange where the focus is on transmitting the meaning (semantics) rather than the raw data itself. Reconfigurable intelligent Surface (RIS) consists of a two-dimensional metasurface made up of energy and cost-efficient passive reflective elements and a control unit for real-time reconfiguration. Adjusting the phase shifts of the RIS can enhance the received signal strength through constructive reflection or reduce user interference through destructive reflection. Integrating RIS into semantic communications presents a promising solution for adapting these systems to dynamic channel environments. This paper aims to analyze the research trends and open issues in RIS-based semantic communication technology. © 2024 ieee.

With the increasing demand for smart home-automated systems, there is a growing need for efficient and intelligent control mechanisms that enhance comfort and energy efficiency. A smart fan control system is proposed, utilizing ultrasonic and PIR sensors for reliable person detection and an LM35 temperature sensor for dynamic fan speed regulation. The system ensures immediate fan activation upon detecting a person, contributing to a comfortable environment. The LM35 sensor adjusts the fan speed based on room temperature, maximizing energy efficiency. Unlike existing approaches that rely on complex fuzzy logic systems, this method prioritizes simplicity and effectiveness. The widespread availability of sensors enhances user-friendliness without compromising functionality. The proposed system offers valuable insights into smart room control. It presents a robust solution, particularly beneficial for individuals with physical disabilities by improving their quality of life through sensor-based activation and environmental control. © 2024 ieee.

With the acceleration of urbanization, affected by factors such as increasingly frequent population movements and the improment of housing conditions, the scale of living alone population has gradually expanded, but there are few intelligent life assistants for this population. In view of the above problems, we design an intelligent life assistant for solitary people based on AnyCloudV500 development platform. The intelligent life assistant uses AK3760 chip as the main controller and ESP8266 chip as the slave controller. The server communicates with each other through Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol and cooperates with cameras, microphones and sensors. Users can interact with the system through LCD touch screen or voice instructions. At the same time, in order to facilitate users to operate outside, WeChat mini program is added as the carrier of remote control and monitoring, which is convenient and suitable for various mobile phone systems. Therefore, this system realizes real-time monitoring and intelligent control of family environment with high cost performance, rich functions and strong practicability. © 2022 ieee.

The smart grid is a critical cyber-physical infrastructure;attackers may exploit vulnerabilities to launch cyber attacks. The smart grid control system relies heavily on the communication infrastructure among sensors, actuators, and control systems, making it vulnerable to cyber-attacks. We propose a method for injecting a false data injection attack (FDIA) into the smart grid using generative adversarial networks (GAN). A sample of disturbance vectors generated using deep temporal convolutional GAN (DTCGAN) is superimposed on the original phasor measurement unit (PMU) measurements to generate compromised data. The performance results show a significant impact of the developed attack on data-driven methods for grid monitoring. In a world of rapid technological changes and growing interest in cultural heritage, the development of innovative tools for travelers and history enthusiasts becomes incredibly important. Even in the digital age, interactive ways of exploring historical landmarks remain relevant and attractive. In this research, an AR intelligent Real-time Method for Cultural Heritage Object Recognition has been developed. The method is implemented through a chatbot, which, when using a smartphone's camera, recognizes objects of cultural heritage and provides descriptions of these objects. The chatbot opens up new possibilities for travelers, allowing them to enjoy history and cultural heritage using intelligent tools and augmented reality. © 2023 ieee.
