The number of satellites in orbit is increasing rapidly. To make better use of the limited ground station resources, an improved genetic algorithm considering satellites and ground station resources is proposed. The hybrid encoding rules, genetic operators, and adaptive operators, which can better adapt to the characteristics of the problem and improve algorithm efficiency, are designed. The simulation comparison with the simple genetic algorithm demonstrates that the improved genetic algorithm has a faster convergence speed and superior searching ability.

This paper explores the vulnerability of AC islanded microgrids to cyber-attacks, focusing on communication links and local controls. Decentralized control methods are proposed to enhance security, with a detailed analysis of false data injection (FDI) and denial of service (DoS) attacks. Approaches to address DoS attacks include consensus of multiagent systems and risk-sensitive control. The study proposes a lightweight prevention model to mitigate FDI, featuring a cooperative stochastic control system with a communication-based controller. In contrast to existing distributed control methods, the proposed approach offers advantages in synchronizing frequency restoration, ensuring accurate power sharing through sparse communication networks, and reducing control update frequency. The study contributes to heightened system security, addresses limitations of centralized control methods, and integrates stationary proportional resonant primary control and intelligent secondary control based on the dragonfly algorithm for improved microgrid performance under various operating conditions.

Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite communication systems are gaining prominence for providing extensive coverage in 6G networks. LEO satellites face challenges owing to the high path loss caused by long distances, thereby necessitating high-power or highly directional antennas. Traditional solutions, such as phased and reflective arrays, fail to meet the size, weight, and price/power (SWaP) requirements, as well as beam flexibility. To address these limitations, this study explores the potential of integrating intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) technology with LEO satellites, offering better SWaP compliance and beam control. Multi-beamforming technology is crucial for LEO satellite communications, and we propose a frequency prism technique to address this requirement. We introduce the delay adjustable-IRS (DA-IRS) as a solution to realize the frequency prism by controlling the time delay for incident wave reflections. Additionally, we model a control strategy to optimize the frequency utilization efficiency to address uneven throughput demands within the coverage area. The proposed approach is assessed through simulations. These findings demonstrate the viability of our model for meeting the key requirements of LEO satellite communication systems.
