With the high-quality development of economy, the use of clean energy has become an important way to ensure the quality of people's living environment. Studying the relationship between stakeholders in the use of clean energy and improving the resource allocation efficiency of clean energy has become an important research hotspot of clean energy. The paper chooses the game of various stakeholders in the promotion and application of electric heating projects as the research object. Based on the evolutionary game theory, a three-party evolutionary game model of power grid companies, users, and governments is constructed, and the evolutionary stability strategy of each participant is analyzed, and the validity of the model is verified by numerical simulation. The research results show that increasing government subsidies for electric heating projects within a certain range, rationally deploying subsidy distribution coefficients, and increasing government penalties for grid companies for adopting 'not developing' electric heating strategies will accelerate the application of electric heating projects. © 2022 ieee.

The world over, EVs with the best performance and zero carbon emissions are becoming more and more popular. The effectiveness of EVs is led by the proper interaction between energy managing systems and electric power modulators. Despite this, there are occasionally significant, uncontrollable, and unstable changes. Conversions are required for the secure and dependable transfer of energy from ESS toDrive system, EVs, control schemes, and modulation schemes. However, Power converters and controlschemes havemany issues, including a large number of parts, a high level of tension, a low rate of change, a slow response time, and a lack of safety features. This is why this survey presents a thorough examination of various electrical converters with a focus on topology, characteristics, components, operation, forces, and weaknesses. This evaluation also looks at the various modulation methods and converter controller types for electric vehicles in terms of their operational capabilities, advantages, and disadvantages. In order to highlight areas for future research, this review also looks at the key problems and difficulties associated with electric vehicle converters, controllers. Finally, significant and detailed recommendations are offered for developing an effective converter for potential future uses with spark-ignited electric vehicles. © 2023 ieee.

Field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) are widely used in avionics equipment, and it is of great significance to explore the FPGA airworthiness system and design path for the development of the field of Chinese civil aircraft avionics. Based on the study of airworthiness standards, design assurance guidelines, and classical methods of electronic hardware, this paper combines the actual development process for airborne FPGAs to produce two results: Firstly, the airworthiness system for FPGAs, in which a series of standards around "complex electronic hardware"and their interrelationships are presented. It is an index of FPGA airworthiness standards;the second is an airworthiness design path for FPGA, which describes in detail the inputs and outputs of the entire FPGA design process, and can be used as a framework for managing the development process. The airworthiness system and design path are references in airworthiness development and certification of avionics equipment containing FPGAs. © 2022 ieee.

Project management and organisation are completely transformed by the introduction of 5G technology, which has brought in a new era of connection. This research investigates how 5G networks will affect Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Agile Project Management (APM) and the larger context of the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) paradigm through a cross-industry examination. Agile approaches may benefit from improved adaptive design, cooperation and connectivity as a result of 5G technology being included into project management procedures. A team of developers can work together more easily and make decisions more quickly with the real-time data transfer made possible by 5G networks' higher capacity and speed. This study looks at how Agile methods for managing projects are more effective and flexible when using 5G's low latency and high data throughput. This research explores how Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems may be affected by 5G. With 5G networks' enhanced capabilities, current information synchronisation is made possible in new ways, enabling ERP systems to function with increased precision and speed. This study investigates how supply chain administration, resource allocation and general organisational agility are improved by 5G-enabled ERP. This study evaluates how various sectors' organisational structures, procedures, and objectives are affected by the deployment of 5G infrastructure. This research outlines critical elements that influence the successful implementation of 5G into project management and ERP systems, including technology preparedness, organisational culture, and external factors. This research provides important insights into the potential for transformation of 5G technology through a thorough cross-industry assessment. It also gives organisations an established basis on which to adapt their Agile Project Management and Enterprise Resource Planning practises in the dynamic context of today's digital world. © 2024 ieee.

An urgent problem in the development of iron ore deposits is the need for effective management of the production process of ore mining. The importance of this management is explained by the direct dependence of obtaining the necessary economic and technical results predicted in the working projects of mining units from the effectiveness of managing the project implementation process in practice. The high level of complexity of the tasks of managing the production process requires the development and use of a system of automated control of the production process APCS at a mining enterprise. All such automated control systems already developed at present are aimed at solving only particular tasks of managing certain areas of enterprise activity and are not integrated with each other. This complicates the implementation of this type of production and the efficiency of making managerial decisions on its preparation and implementation. At present, the authors are developing such a process control system, taking into account the requirements for the integration of its technological elements and ensuring consistency in solving the problems of managing the production process at underground iron ore mining enterprises. The methodological provisions on the basis of which the automated control system is being developed provides for a unified fundamental and methodological approach, mathematical, organizational and technical bases that ensure the full integration of its structural elements, consistency in management and organizational decisions. The key element of the automated control system is the computer-aided design system (CAD) of mining units, as the basic elements of the production process at the enterprise. This CAD is designed to solve one of the most difficult tasks in ensuring the functioning of a mining enterprise - the choice of the optimal variant of the mining system for mining units according to the criteria for ensuring the highest economic efficiency of ore e

The distributed photovoltaic industry is developing rapidly, but the current power data has problems such as large amount of data, many data types, and low value density, and there is also a lack of effective means for data mining. This paper is based on distributed photovoltaic operation data and D-S evidence theory. Based on the data fusion algorithm, the remote analysis technology of distributed photovoltaic power generation operating status is studied. intelligent transport systems heavily depend on reliable positioning information. Recent events, all over the world, have shown the vulnerability of today's satellite-based solutions to jamming and spoofing. The terrestrial-based navigation backup system, called R-Mode, is a potential countermeasure, beside many other current systems under development. However, a common problem when introducing a new system is the lack of commercially available solutions. To enable research in the intelligent transport system based on R-Mode, we developed a software-defined radio-based receiver for this system, which has passed through various software and hardware iterations in recent years. In particular, the size of the receiver was reduced, by optimizing the front-end components. In this paper, we will present the different steps in the development, from our first temporary setup through to our current receivers, which were constructed to meet the requirements of different projects and stakeholders. As the most crucial component, we are developing a band-pass filter for the front end of the receiver that is an important step into miniaturization.

Despite more cancer patients are successfully treated, the cancer registry remains the main challenge in Yemen. The existing cancer registries in Yemen work separately without full coordination and collaboration. Having a comprehensive registry system would assist in planning, controlling, and evaluating cancer in Yemen. However, to date, there has not been any system or model for cancer patients' management system (CPMS). The standard or generic requirements can help in the system development phase and would improve the reliability of the system deliverables. Therefore, the main aim of this study is to construct a requirements model for CPMS by using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The Agile Kanban method was employed to achieve the study objective. This method has gained significant importance in managing software engineering projects due to its flexibility, responsiveness, and reliability. The results demonstrated the requirements model of CPMS using three core UML diagrams: use case diagram, sequence diagram, and class diagram. Then, a prototype was developed based on the CPMS requirements model. Then, five experts were involved in evaluating the usability of the CPMS prototype. The evaluation results showed positive feedback from the users on the usefulness and ease of use of the CPMS prototype. © 2022 ieee.

The background of this paper is to study the situation that the intelligent customer service system needs different response processes in different scenarios, including the high cost of developing and managing these processes. This paper applies the process engine framework Zeebe, which configures the sequence of various question-and-answer processes and other automatically triggered external processes through flexible scheduling. This application enables the system to respond flexibly to business process changes and achieve rapid and agile responses to new requirements. This system can be customized for different scenarios. The advantages of this system are that it reduces development costs and improves system scalability.
