The need for a personalized user experience brought recommendation systems to the forefront of digital innovation. However, traditional approaches tend to often forget human emotions, which represent a critical driver in decision making. The paper proposes a new framework in which the detection of emotions becomes part of the recommendation system through advanced facial expression analysis and sentiment evaluation. The paper discusses a hybrid architecture combining emotion recognition via CNN and a collaborative filtering technique for dynamic recommendations. The study outcome demonstrated an enormous improvement in user engagement and satisfaction. It further underlines the transformative potential of emotion-aware systems. © 2025 ieee.

A clear process for automating the deployment of apps on Kubernetes using GitOps concepts is shown, with an emphasis on tools like Helm and Argo CD. The method demonstrates how to improve the effectiveness and reliability of application delivery by utilizing techniques like infrastructure- as-code, YAML configuration files, and CI/CD pipelines through GitHub Actions. The entities can accomplish reliable and repeatable deployments while developing teamwork among development teams by considering Git as the primary source of information. Applications remain in their original state with the support of Argo CD's continuous delivery, and monitoring tools provide data that is insightful on resource use and performance. By optimizing the management of cloud-native apps, our research helps people remain effective in the face of rapidly evolving technology. All things considered, the results demonstrate how applying GitOps techniques can streamline deployment procedures and improve application management in Kubernetes systems. © 2025 ieee.

Education plays an important part in everybody life. As per the study, 92% of college students believe that colleges and universities should incorporate sustainability education into their curriculum. 82% of college students believe that sustainability is a critical issue facing society. This paper emphasizes on application of design thinking principles to create a sustainable education curriculum, focusing on teaching arrays in computer science. By addressing the needs of students and educators, the study aimed to make learning engaging and impactful. The process included primary research, SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats) analysis, and empathy mapping to identify key challenges, such as difficulty in differentiating sorting techniques. A Virtual Reality (VR) prototype is developed to offer an interactive, immersive learning experience, simplifying complex concepts and enhancing understanding. User feedback helped refine the VR tool, ensuring it was educational and accessible. The study demonstrates design thinking's potential to improve educational outcomes and make complex subjects more approachable. © 2024 ieee.

precise estimations of consuming load profiles are crucial for the successful oversight of electrical energy systems in both financial & environmental terms. Based on this foundation, it is feasible to strategize & execute the utilization of manageable power generation and storage systems, along with power acquisition, considering the necessary preparation as well as technological and contract limitations. The documented electrical load profiles will significantly rise throughout the digitization of the energy sector. To enhance prediction accuracy, it is essential to create and analyze models that consider the increasing data volume and aim to enhance predicting accuracy through an increased number of data. Artificial neural networks (ANN) are being more commonly employed to address not linear issues involving large datasets influenced by humans and various other unexpected factors. The artificial neural network (ANN) technique is selected to forecast load patterns. The study aims to simulate and evaluate the efficacy & optimal performance of prediction models using an Artificial Neural Network for power consumption profiles. © 2024 ieee.

When processing text images with traditional binarization methods, the image background noise often causes the results to become blurred or leads to the loss of edge details. To solve this problem, this paper proposes an image binarization method based on stochastic resonance theory. First, we divide the image into sub-blocks and set a binarization threshold based on the statistical properties of the pixels in each sub-block. Next, the image signal is converted into a one-dimensional time series signal using Hilbert scanning. The processed signals are input into a threshold array system, which amplifies the weak edge information in the input signals through the stochastic resonance phenomenon. Subsequently, we performed modulation and inverse scanning on the output signals of the system to generate the binary image for each sub-block. Finally, all sub-block binary images were combined to complete the binarization of the overall image. Experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively retain the detailed information of document images and significantly outperforms the traditional binarization method regarding image quality. © 2024 ieee.

Digital multiplication is an important task in various computer applications, and increasing its performance is essential to enhance performance and power consumption. This article presents a low-power modified booth multiplier(MBM) design scheme reducing energy consumption while maintaining efficiency. A modified booth algorithm is used to reduce partial production, and several low-power methods are included in the multiplier architecture. The proposed design incorporates optimized booth encoding, low-power arithmetic blocks and pipeline platforms to increase energy efficiency. Clock-gating is creatively used to disable passive components and selectively shuts off unused portions of the power-gating multiplier. Also, parallelism is required to increase speed, and supply voltage scaling is judicially applied to balance power reduction with reliable operation. Simulation results and comparisons with conventional multiplier architectures demonstrate the effectiveness of the low-power scheme. The results reveal a significant reduction in dynamic and static energy consumption, establishing the proposed modified booth theory as a viable alternative low-enrgy battery-powered device. This research is in line with the growing demand for energy-efficient design for modern computing systems that helps to maintain efficiency related to statistical units. © 2024 ieee.

Heart illnesses are now an increasing occurrence, and regular human heart testing gets more and more significant. The Phonocardiogram (PCG), a useful diagnostic technique for examining heart sounds, offers insightful data regarding the clinical state of the heart. This research provides an algorithmic method employing PCG sound data to distinguish between abnormal and normal cardiac sounds. Both signal types undergo Cepstrum analysis, and the heart sounds' features are retrieved. Following that, a support vector machine classifier is trained and evaluated using these extracted features, with an accuracy of 95 percentage, generating a method for characterizing heart sound normal or abnormal for PCG signals. © 2024 ieee.

As smart cities advance and increasingly use data from Internet of Things (IoT) sources to enhance urban environments, smart healthcare has become a key focus area. This paper investigates the integration of Deep Learning (DL) techniques in Smart Healthcare Recommendation systems (SHRSs), presenting a foundational taxonomy, that categorizes these systems into four distinct types: Content-Based Filtering (CBF), Collaborative Filtering (CF), Context-Aware Filtering (CAF), and Hybrid Filtering (HF). These approaches, implemented through DL, enable advanced data processing, pattern recognition, and personalization. Additionally, the paper introduces a new classification based on the nature of intervention, dividing SHRSs into preventive, diagnostic, treatment-focused, and hybrid categories. This dual classification fills a critical gap in the comparative analysis of DL-driven healthcare, which demonstrates the efficacy of these systems in providing personalized health advice, leveraging real-time sensor data and optimizing the handling of complex health datasets. Furthermore, this research outlines future work and potential directions for advancing SHRSs, offering insights into the application and impact of sophisticated recommendation techniques within the context of urban health management. © 2024 ieee.
