The design of Multiuser Multiple-Input Multiple-Output systems are of utmost importance to meet the increasing demands of modern wireless communication networks. This abstract highlight the key elements of Multiuser MIMO system design, underscoring its significance in optimizing data rates, spectral efficiency, and overall wireless communication performance. Multiuser MIMO exploits spatial diversity and multiplexing gains to enhance the system capabilities. It tackles challenges such as interference management, resource allocation, and user scheduling through advanced techniques like Zero-Forcing Beamforming and Dirty Paper Coding along with Maximum Ratio Transmission (MRT) and Alamouti Coding. The role of Channel State Information (CSI) acquisition in design decisions is discussed, emphasizing the trade-offs between the amount of feedback required and system performance. Additionally, practical considerations, including hardware limitations and signal processing complexity, are examined. The abstract also delves into the application of Multiuser MIMO in emerging technologies like 5G and beyond, where Massive MIMO and advanced techniques like beamforming play pivotal roles in shaping the future of wireless communication. © 2023 ieee.

This research uses a dual-plate verification system for improving vehicle security by using IoT and embedded systems. The system compares front and rear license plates to detect any anomaly, which signals unauthorized modifications. Using real-time image processing and IoT-based data communication, this solution gives us an accurate plate matching system, making sure of reliable vehicle identity verification. Its possible applications include traffic monitoring, parking management, and detecting any unlawful activity. This project is unique because it integrates the dual plate verification system with an Arduino IoT setup. For hassle-free text recognition, this system uses deep learning frameworks combined with a wireless mobile setup that serves as a camera. The system’s accuracy is shown through experiments, displaying its value in improving transportation security with automation. The number plates were detected, and the respective penalties for the vehicles were imposed accordingly. © 2025 ieee.

The project was undertaken to design frame synchronization method for short packet communication systems with non-separable factorial coding. The method employs as a syncword a permutation with the maximum value of the minimum Hamming distance from its binary representation to all its cyclic shifts. The proposed method makes it possible to establish frame synchronism under conditions of high-intensity noise in communication channel. This result is achieved due to correlation and majority processing of the received fragments. The method can be applied to reduce synchronization acquisition time and to increase the stability of telecommunication system. An algorithm to apply the proposed method has been developed and implemented.

In order to reduce wastewater pollution to levels that the environment can handle, wastewater treatment is seen to be the most crucial step in the process. Industrial wastes are the single most difficult issue for plant operators to handle during the treatment process at many sewage treatment plants. In this research, we suggest a novel cloud based industrial IoT paradigm for regulating and monitoring wastewater in real time. To protect the plan from incompatible industrial effluents, the suggested system analyzes the power of hydrogen (pH), CO2 level, turbidity, and temperature parameters from the wastewater inflow that would be processed in the wastewater treatment plant. Using an IOT Module, the system gathers and uploads real-time sensor readings to the cloud. It uses IOT to report on unanticipated industrial wastewater inlets that have been seen or detected and it also have the complete control of the valve gates. For the prevention of industrial wastewater that the plant cannot handle, the development of new real-time pH monitoring and control systems based on the Internet of Things (IoT) is underway. closed-loop technology that uses a microprocessor to manage automatic chemical reactions that modify temperature and pH in real time. This communication addresses the primary concept behind the creation of such a product, which is minimal product cost, simple installation, handling, and data monitoring. Waterways are only allowed to receive, and discharge treated wastewater. This reconfigures the water flow path to reach the appropriate industrial wastewater treatment plant for effective waste management. © 2024 ieee.

with the rapid development of the computer computing, the embedded system has been widely used in industrial control, home appliances, mobile communications and other industries. This paper analyzes the running process of embedded LINUX on ARM, and then studies its data processing according to the principle of embedded system. Then, it studies the data processing of the embedded system based on the principles of embedded system and presents the butterfly algorithm according to discrete Fourier transform (DFT) Principle, which is realized on the basis of S3C2410X microprocessor. Finally, the decimation-in-time radix-2 FFT computation block diagram is established, which lays a foundation for the future programming. © 2024 ieee.

Two examples of interconnected systems and gadgets that have evolved as a result of fast technological developments are the Internet of Things (IoT) and the Internet of Vehicles (IoV). The public safety and catastrophe management sectors are only two of many that may see revolutionary changes brought forth by this technology. An Internet of Things (IoT) and Internet of Vehicles (IoV)-based safety system for remote real-time monitoring and seismic detection is proposed in this *** monitor seismic activity and detect impending fires, the proposed system employs a network of sensors installed in various buildings and vehicles. Among the many data-gathering instruments included in these sensors are vibration sensors, which can detect earthquakes, and smoke detectors, which may detect fires. The acquired data is received by a centralised control unit using wireless *** order to accurately detect earthquakes and fires, the control unit processes the provided data using advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques. The system also makes use of the IoV concept to make the reaction measures more efficient and effective. It utilises the real-time position and trajectory data of cars to aid in rapid emergency response and optimise evacuation *** are several advantages to the proposed method over more traditional forms of monitoring and safety systems. Authorities can respond swiftly to earthquakes and fires because to its real-time monitoring capabilities, which in turn reduces the likelihood of human deaths and property damage. Improving the system's responsiveness, the integration of IoV enables intelligent decision-making based on the varying traffic circumstances and available resources. © 2024 ieee.

This paper presents the design and implementation of an innovative control valve system that integrates a ball valve run by a servo motor, IoT capabilities, and PID control for precise operation. The system uses a 1/4-inch ball valve mounted in a custom 3D printed housing, driven by an MG995 servo motor. An ESP32 WROOM module microcontroller enables Wi-Fi connectivity and data transmission to the cloud via the Thingspeak platform. Ultrasonic sensors are used for tank level measurement, and the valve operation is controlled using a PID algorithm implemented in C++ on the Arduino IDE. The PID parameters are fine-tuned to achieve best performance. This solution offers a cost-effective and precise method for fluid control in various industrial applications. © 2025 ieee.

The amazing success of deep neural network benefits from the rise of big data. As deep learning models are becoming more scale than ever before, their requirements for memory bandwidth are growing at a tremendous pace. Some AI accelerators adopt non-uniform memory access (NUMA) architecture to mitigate this issue and hence complicate device memory allocation. Although extensive studies have been conducted on how to mitigate resource contention and reduce latency, almost all of them target on CPU-oriented NUMA systems but not on AI accelerators where memory allocation precedes task scheduling. The current memory allocator generally adopts an interleaved memory allocation strategy, which is very easy to implement but far from *** tackle this issue, this paper proposes iNUMAlloc, an intelligent memory allocator specialized for AI accelerators with NUMA architecture by combining program behavior and predictable hardware resources altogether. Preliminary evaluation shows that it can help to improve the accuracy and efficiency of memory allocation, thereby achieving stable execution time. © 2023 ieee.

As numerous manufacturing enterprises are progressing towards Industry 4.0, advanced predictive models are required to optimize contemporary construction practices. The precise prediction of the compressive strength of cement is crucial, as it is an integral material for any constructional unit. This research paper explores numerous advanced machine learning and ensemble learning techniques for effective concrete strength prediction, enabling proactive quality control measures in an Industry 4.0 based environment. The research utilizes an open-source dataset and employs advanced machine learning techniques to interpret and learn intricate relationships among input features, such as cement quantity, blast furnace slag content, fly ash ratios, water weight, superplasticizer usage, and coarse and fine aggregate proportions, as well as curing age for predictive modeling. Experimental results validate the Histogram-Based Gradient Boosting model as an optimal technique for effectivey forecasting the compressive strength of cement in Newtons per square millimeter (MPa), with a cross-validation R2 Score of 0.922. The findings of this research work contributes to the increasing demand for accurate and scalable predictive models within the quality control unit of an Industry 4.0 based manufacturing firm. © 2024 ieee.

Skin cancer diagnosis poses significant challenges in the medical field due to its varying presentations and the expertise required for accurate classification. The complexity of skin lesions and the need for specialized expertise often hinder efficient diagnosis. The proposed work provides a reliable and effective method for classifying skin cancer using convolutional neural networks. The CNN model uses deep learning to automatically identify complex patterns and features. The model allows for the accurate and automated classification of skin lesions into benign and malignant categories. The proposed model is trained on a vast and diverse dataset that includes different types of skin cancer, specifically the 'Skin Cancer MNIST HAM10000' dataset, which comprises 10,000 images of various skin lesions. data augmentation approaches are utilized to enhance performance even more, allowing the model to generalize well over a range of skin textures, lighting situations, and lesion sizes. In addition to expediting the identification of skin cancer, the suggested CNN-based method demonstrates impressive accuracy, achieving an overall accuracy rate of approximately 98.10%. The automatic classification system is a valuable addition to a doctor's toolkit, as skin cancer cases increase. Early detection aids in the fight against this crippling sickness, which ultimately leads to progress. © 2024 ieee.
