While energy prices are seen as the major drive for competitiveness in the manufacturing field, intelligent maintenance scheduling is also one of the most widespread and significant issues plaguing the manufacturing industry. Maintenance activities can cost between 15% and 70% of the price of goods sold, thus it is essential to optimize both energy and maintenance costs. The purpose of this paper is to propose a production line optimization system that focuses on reducing the total costs (i.e., energy and maintenance costs) while also taking into account dynamic pricing, Renewable Energy Resource (RER) usage, and constraints applied in the production plan. In the proposed system, tasks and maintenance activities are scheduled by using a Genetic Algorithm. To validate the proposed system, a baseline scenario that uses real production data is considered. The obtained results show that the system is able to comply with imposed maintenance hours while also minimizing costs by shifting tasks to higher RER generation and lower energy price times, while the opposite is done to maintenance activities. © 2023 ieee.

This paper expounds the construction of an autonomous driving wireless communication system, underscoring the pivotal function of 5G technology in providing high bandwidth and low-latency communication, as well as the advantages of edge computing in data processing and response time reduction. It introduces a multi-path data forwarding strategy that intelligently selects data transmission paths through URL parsing. This strategy, combined with an enhanced SF-RED algorithm and end-to-end dual-connection dual-link technology, effectively reduces packet loss. Furthermore, an optimized task allocation strategy for 5G edge access nodes is proposed, aimed at efficient task delegation and maximizing system utility through reduced execution duration at edge access nodes. Empirical results show that the proposed strategies significantly enhance communication quality, response speed, and control accuracy within autonomous driving systems, thereby offering strong support for the development of autonomous driving technology. © 2024 ieee.

The communication information acquisition system has the problem of high packet loss rate. This paper designs an intelligent communication big data information monitoring system based on genetic algorithm. Through the built-in Transmission Control protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) stack, additional pins are selected as the carrier of the register and connected to the circuit. Through the design of environmental information communication software architecture, coordination node program and terminal node program, the environmental communication software system is designed. The wireless communication network is selected as the network module of the communication information monitoring system, and combined with the transmission link balanced configuration method, the communication information monitoring data is sent and received and the communication route is designed. The simulation results show that the overall stability of the system is superior. The output results are accurate and reliable. © 2023 ieee.

Electroencephalography (EEG) is a valuable non-invasive brain-computer interface technology. However, traditional EEG systems are often prohibitively expensive and bulky. In this paper, we present a novel, low-cost and portable EEG system with 32-channel EEG acquisition for wearable applications. The proposed system consists of signal acquisition, signal processing, WiFi transmission, and computer data analysis. It can acquire 32 channels of EEG data at a high sampling rate of up to 2 kHz and transmits data via WiFi. To evaluate our system, we utilize common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) test, noise analysis, and functional assessments including alpha wave detection and steady-state visually evoked potential (SSVEP) experiments. Experimental results demonstrate that our system has superior performance (more channels and higher sampling frequency) with lower cost compared with existing EEG acquisition systems, providing a feasible solution for most EEG acquisition and analysis applications. © 2024 ieee.

Big data is a term which is nowaday's mostly used in almost all sectors like healthcare, social media, agriculture etc. Just like that one of the areas is medical health care where we always require the help of big data analytics to Predictive modelling and clinical decision support, disease or safety assessment, public health and research. Medical big data analysis is plagued by missing values, curse of dimensionality, bias control, and observation study's inability to verify causality due to residual confounding and reverse causation. We have different types of big data indexing techniques like apache lucene, apache solr, elastic search, splunk, sphinx etc. to process very huge number of datasets to increase speed, efficiency and performance. The purpose of this work is to investigate and analyze the various indexing systems in order to determine which one is superior for the processing of large amounts of data. Elasticsearch is a RESTful, distributed, and analytical engine that has the potential to tackle a wide variety of issues. It is currently being utilized by a growing number of businesses, and many of them are beginning to incorporate it into their rescue gear in the field of industrial sector. © 2024 ieee.

Healthcare monitoring frameworks emerged as one of the most essential frameworks and innovations established over the last decade. As a result of failing to provide adequate clinical attention to patients at the appropriate time, many people are facing the possibility of an untimely death. Ultimately, the goal was to develop an IoT-based integrated healthcare monitoring framework that could be relied upon by healthcare professionals to screen their patients, whether they were in the hospital or at home, to ensure that they were being well-cared for. A mobile phone-based remote healthcare monitoring framework has been constructed with the help of sensors, an information acquisition unit, a microcontroller (such as Arduino), and a product modification. This framework has the potential to provide continuous web-based data regarding a patient's physiological states (i.e., JAVA). Before transmitting it to the specialist's portable device along with the application, the framework examines the patient's temperature, heart rate, and EEG data. It then displays and saves this information. An Internet of Things-based patient monitoring framework may monitor a patient's health condition in an efficient manner and save the patient's life at the appropriate moment. © 2023 ieee.

The paper considers hardware concepts for implementing a polar decoder based on a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). The data flow diagram of the successive cancellation (SC) decoder and the scheduling of the partial sum (S) calculation sequence are analyzed. The advantages of the semi-parallel successive cancellation (SPSC) decoder are shown, the decoder delay is determined for different frame lengths. This is achieved by the given architecture of the SPSC decoder, as well as the described architecture of the block for calculating S. A study of a model of a telecommunication channel with polar coding (PC) for different code rates and different digital modulation multiplicities is carried out. The capabilities of the adaptive modulation format and PC for implementing the required channel bandwidth are investigated. It is expected that the results will be useful in developing PC decoders for 5G/6G systems. © 2024 ieee.

The notion of smart transportation is an extension of the basic idea of intelligent transportation. This paper, in this instance, offers a comprehensive review of the literature that breaks down current IoT-based smart transport systems, particularly in terms of security on the road. The present state of IoT-based smart transport solutions for better road safety is thus provided.
