In this study, unmanned ships test platform based on the parallel systems framework is proposed to improve the test efficiency and accuracy of unmanned ships in complex ocean environment. The parallel intelligence theory and ACP approach, the efficient interaction between virtual and real environment is achieved, which provides more comprehensive and accurate data for unmanned ships testing. Future research will further expand the scope of virtual environment simulation and improve systems accuracy and response speed to a wider range of unmanned ships test requirements. © 2024 ieee.

The expansion of computer networks and the increase in information sharing over the internet platform have raised the issue of data security during transmission. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and its more secure and updated version, TLS (Transport Layer Security), are encryption and authentication protocols designed for secure communication over computer networks. Unfortunately, the SSL/TLS protocol structure established to ensure the security of the transmitted data has become a target for malicious attackers. This article will discuss the versions of the SSL/TLS protocols, their operational structure, weaknesses in the SSL/TLS protocol, the attacks carried out through these weaknesses, and the measures that can be taken against them.

Due to the unbalanced development of various regions, in most regions, the distribution transformer of medium voltage line has not realized automatic monitoring, so the staff cannot monitor it in real-time. Therefore, an online monitoring system for the reactive power status of intelligent distribution transformers based on edge computing is designed. The system hardware structure configuration consisting of the master station layer, the edge layer and the acquisition layer is constructed, and the system software functional structure consisting of data processing, online monitoring, and system management is designed. On this basis, the continuous sampling data of the reactive power of the intelligent distribution transformer is collected, and based on edge computing, the reactive power operation characteristics of the intelligent distribution transformer are obtained and matched to judge the reactive state of the intelligent distribution transformer operation, so as to realize online monitoring of the reactive state of the intelligent distribution transformer. The experimental results show that the online monitoring accuracy and efficiency of the intelligent distribution transformer reactive state are high. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The paper presents aspects for adoption of the automated test and measurement workflow and algorithms related to the study of power electronic converters. Particularly this is related with some peculiarities of various test bench configurations and how this test-bench configurations affect the speed, performance and accuracy of the carried measurements and produced data. First a test without a device is performed to evaluate the measurement instruments and after that the effect of it has been investigated. Then evaluation of the system is done with a converter in the loop, to investigate its' effect on the transient processes. The test is based on a virtual instrument (VI), written in Python programming language with various instrument control and data acquisition and processing libraries. The main idea of this VI is to preform efficiency tests of power converters. It is of critical aspect that the researcher is aware of this peculiarities in order to make accurate conclusions on power converter parameters such as efficiency, load and line regulation, reliability and safety of the devices tested. © 2024 ieee.

In the process of radar multi-target radar tracking, a variety of multiple targets will lead to a large amount of data to be processed, which increases the complexity of data processing and the computational load. At the same time, the motion characteristics and importance of different targets are different, and it is necessary to allocate data processing resources reasonably to achieve priority tracking of key targets. Aiming at the above problems, this paper proposes a technology that uses advanced data processing algorithms and resource scheduling strategies to achieve efficient tracking of multiple targets by phased array radar systems. The technology determines the priority of different targets according to the importance and mobility of the target, and then changes in real time according to the number of targets and the state of motion. The situation dynamically adjusts the allocation of data processing resources, so that the radar system can process the reflected signals of a large number of targets in real time. Experiments show that the algorithm can accurately estimate the dynamic parameters such as position, velocity and acceleration of the target, and improve the monitoring ability and target recognition accuracy of the radar system. © 2024 ieee.

This paper presents an overview of state-of-the-art data security techniques using low-orbit satellites (LOS) such as CubeSats for high-speed encryption. The paper compares various encryption techniques including quantum key distribution (QKD), chaotic mapping-based encryption algorithms, and genetic algorithm and random feature methods. Particular attention is paid to both the advantages and limitations of each approach and their potential applicability to LEO. The key challenges associated with the development and implementation of high-speed encryption on LEO are identified, such as limited resources, power requirements, and the need to ensure reliability in the space environment. Finally, future research directions are suggested, including the development of specialized encryption algorithms, optimization of hardware implementation, and integration of different techniques to achieve maximum efficiency and security. © 2024 ieee.

This survey explores the potential of recurrent neural networks (RNNs) for analyse eye-trailling data, generally data obtained from Optometry systems. RNNs stand out at distinguishing patterns in consecutive data, making them appropriate for tasks like foretell future gaze, distinguishing areas of interest, and detecting anomalousness in gaze patterns. The abstract synopsis the process of probing Optometry data using RNNs. It highlights data pre-processing steps like cleaning, formatting, and normalization. The assortment of an LSTM network edifice and hyperparameter tuning for optimal execution are discussed. breeding and evaluation operation are explained[12], including using separate breeding, validation, and testing sets. The generation of large quantities of realistic road scenes and scenarios that include adverse weather conditions is essential in the field of robust advanced driving systems, especially for both training deep learning-based methods and validation processes. In order to generate such a large datasets, lots of works have been done with the objective of generating increasingly large and realistic synthetic datasets using graphics engines or synthetic-to-real domain adaptation algorithms. Our research aims to adopt a comprehensive and generic conceptual framework to quantify the level of fidelity of the computed-generated RGB images in degraded weather conditions, unlike existing methods that are predominantly application-specific. To reach this goal, a set of scores based on different features for assessing the level of fidelity of virtual RGB images is proposed. The scores provide probability measurements and reflect in what aspect the computed-generated data has high or low fidelity relatively to real data coming from real cameras. Specifically, we delve into the analysis of texture and high-frequency information in images, specifically focusing on the statistical characteristics of a large set of realistic and synthetic road datasets involving clear, rainy, and foggy conditions. In this paper, a first proof of concept is presented and gives an initial validation of this innovative approach in an urban environment under adverse weather conditions. The obtained results demonstrate the relevance and effectiveness of our method. © 2024 ieee.

In response to the current situation of slow response speed and low warning accuracy of flood disaster warning systems, with the goal of improving the accuracy and real-time performance of flood disaster warning, this paper conducts research on a smart mining flood disaster warning system using visualization technology. This platform integrates BIM and GIS to achieve the integration, analysis, and visualization of multi-source data such as mine internal structure, geological features, and sensor data. By using real-time monitoring and analysis of mine data, combined with advanced warning algorithms and models, the platform can accurately identify potential water hazards and display them to users through 3D visualization. Experimental tests have found that the accuracy of early warning on this platform is between 93% and 98%. The construction of a smart mine water hazard early warning platform based on BIM+GIS 3D visualization has achieved significant results. © 2024 ieee.
